Solusi KONDOM adalah KEBOHONGAN BESAR
Prof. Dr. Dadang Hawari pernah menuliskan hasil rangkuman beberapa pernyataan dari sejumlah pakar tentang KONDOM sebagai pencegah penyebaran HIV-AIDS. Berikut sebagian pernyataan tersebut:
Direktur Jenderal WHO Hiroshi Nakajima (1993), “Efektivitas kondom diragukan”. Penelitian Carey (1992) dari Division of Pshysical Sciences, Rockville, Maryland, USA: Virus HIV dapat menembus kondom.
Laporan dari Konferensi AIDS Asia Pacific di Chiang Mai, Thailand (1995): Penggunaan kondom aman tidaklah benar. Pada kondom (yang terbuat dari bahan latex) terdapat pori-pori dengan diameter 1/60 mikron dalam keadaan tidak meregang; dalam keadaan meregang lebar pori-pori tersebut mencapai 10 kali. Virus HIV sendiri berdiameter 1/250 mikron. Dengan demikian, virus HIV jelas dengan leluasa dapat menembus pori-pori kondom.
V Cline (1995), profesor psikologi dan Universitas Utah, Amerika Serikat, “Jika para remaja percaya bahwa dengan kondom mereka aman dari HIV-AIDS atau penyakit kelamin lainnya, berarti mereka telah tersesatkan”.
Hasil penelitian Prof. Dr. Biran Affandi (2000): Tingkat kegagalan kondom dalam KB mencapai 20 persen. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung pernyataan dari Prof. Dr. Haryono Suyono (1994) bahwa kondom dirancang untuk KB dan bukan untuk mencegah virus HIV-AIDS. Dapat diumpamakan, besarnya sperma seperti ukuran jeruk garut, sedangkan kecilnya virus HIV/AIDS seperti ukuran titik.
Artinya, kegagalan kondom untuk program KB saja mencapai 20 persen, apalagi untuk program HIV-AIDS; tentu akan lebih besar lagi tingkat kegagalannya.
SISTEM IMUNITI
Sel yang paling berperan di dalam menghasilkan sistem pertahanan tubuh adalah sel darah putih. Begitu pula B Limfosit yang berkaitan dengan Imuniti Humoral atau T Limfosit yang berperan sebagai penghasil imuniti perbaikan sel (Cell-Mediated Immnue System).
Apabila virus HIV menyerang manusia, ia akan masuk ke aliran darah, maka limfosit menjadi media pengembangbiakkan virus. Sistem pertahanan akan dimusnahkan dengan cara virus itu melekatkan dirinya di permukaan T4 Limfosit untuk mematikan fungsi T4. Jika sel-sel limfosit T4 mati, maka seiring dengan itu virus HIV akan memperbanyak diri. Kemudian virus akan dengan bebas menyerang sel-sel limfosit T4 lainnya yang masih sehat.
Setelah jumlah HIV menjadi demikian banyak, akhirnya sistem kekebalan tubuh semakin menurun sehingga tidak mampu lagi melawan penyakit-penyakit lain yang masuk. Sistem kekebalan tak mampu melindungi tubuh. Telah terjadi kelumpuhan sistem pertahanan tubuh manusia, maka inilah AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome).
Pada masa ini, mulailah virus akan menghancurkan sebagian besar atau seluruh sistem kekebalan tubuh manusia sehingga mulai tampak adanya INFEKSI OPORTUNITIS.
INFEKSI OPORTUNITIS adalah 'KESEMPATAN' yang diambil oleh berbagai patogen seperti virus, bakteri dll untuk masuk ke dalam tubuh manusia disebabkan karena keadaan sistem pertahanan tubuh sangat lemah.
Ketika, seseorang mengalami masa AIDS, maka patogen-patogen yang biasanya tidak berbahaya, justru pada saat seperti ini bisa menyebabkan KEMATIAN.
HATI-HATILAH dengan PENYEBARAN HIV !!!
Pengidap HIV tidak dapat dibedakan dengan seorang yang belum terinfeksi. Dalam waktu 2 - 10 tahun sesudah terinfeksi HIV, sangat mungkin gejala- gejala yang terkait dengan AIDS tidak akan terlihat sama sekali. Berarti seorang pengidap HIV dapat tetap merasa dan kelihatan sehat dalam waktu yang panjang.
Akan tetapi orang tersebut sudah dapat menularkan HIV kepada orang lain. Karena itu kita harus berhati-hati jika melakukan suatu perilaku yang beresiko untuk penularan HIV.
PANDANGAN ILMIAH
Bagi manusia yang belum menikah, mereka mempunyai antibodi T4 Limfosit yang kuat dan masih bertenaga. Seandainya manusia yang belum menikah tertular virusi HIV selepas bersenggama,maka T4 Limfosit akan diserang oleh HIV sehingga menyebabkan sel-sel T4 Limfositnya mati.
Sum-sum tulang belakang sebagai komponen penting dalam menghasilkan sel-sel T4 yang baru, harus mengalami lipatan produktivitas antibodi yang sangat tinggi. Apabila hal ini tidak terjadi, maka virus HIV semakin banyak dan AIDS pun mengancam.
Pesakit jenis ini masih mempunyai kemungkinan untuk disembuhkan. Tetapi dengan syarat: Ia harus dicambuk badannya, ia harus mengalami kerusakan sel yang banyak sehingga akan memicu sum-sum tulang mengeluarkan antibodi baru dalam jumlah banyak dengan waktu yang relatif cepat, sehingga dengan itu, ia bisa menghasilkan beribu-ribu sel-sel T4 baru per harinya.
Bagi manusia yang sudah menikah, sel-sel T4 mereka telah lemah berbanding dengan sel-sel T4 mereka yang belum menikah. Kelemahan ini disebabkan oleh sum-sum tulang yang telah kurang menghasilkan antibodi karena fungsinya lebih banyak dicurahkankan ke arah menghasilkan sperma-sperma baru.
Ia hanya akan menghasilkan 10 unit sel T4 baru per harinya, sekalipun badannya dicambuk 100 kali. Dan pasien seperti ini tidak bisa diselamatkan dari AIDS.
"HUKUM CAMBUK" mengobati AIDS
Cara terbaik adalah dengan cara mencambuk di bagian tulang belakang manusia di kawasan antara bawah tengkuk dan di atas pinggang bagian belakang tubuh manusia dengan sebatan, sehingga akan merangsang produksi antibodi T4 yang baru.
Dan pasien dapat sembuh dari HIV-AIDS setelah antibodi sel-sel T4 Limfosit menjadi dua kali lipat dibandingkan dengan jumlah virusnya.
SOLUSI KURATIF dalam kasus HIV-AIDS
Orang yang terkena virus HIV/AIDS, maka tugas negara untuk melakukan beberapa hal
sebagai berikut:
Orang yang tertular HIV/AIDS karena berzina maka jika dia sudah menikah dihukum rajam. Sedangkan yang belum menikah dicambuk 100 kali dan selanjutnya dikarantina.
Orang yang tertular HIV/AIDS karena Homoseks maka dihukum mati.
Orang yang tertular HIV/AIDS karena memakai Narkoba maka dicambuk selanjutnya dikarantina.
Orang yang tertular HIV/AIDS karena efek spiral (tertular secara tidak langsung) misalnya karena transfusi darah, tertular dari suaminya dan sebagainya, maka orang tersebut dikarantina.
Penderita HIV/AIDS yang tidak karena melakukan maksiat dengan sangsi hukuman mati, maka tugas negara adalah mengkarantina mereka. Karantina dalam arti memastikan tidak terbuka peluang untuk terjadinya penularan harus dilakukan,terutama kepada pasien terinfeksi fase AIDS. Hal ini berdasarkan sabda Rasulullah Saw yang artinya: “Sekali-kali janganlah orang yang berpenyakit menularkan kepada
yang sehat” (HR Bukhori ). “Apabila kamu mendengar ada wabah di suatu negeri, maka janganlah kamu memasukinya dan apabila wabah itu berjangkit sedangkan kamu berada dalam negeri itu , janganlah kamu keluar melarikan diri” (HR. Ahmad, Bukhori, Muslim dan Nasa’i dari Abdurrahman bin ‘Auf)
PREVENTIF>> ISLAM pasti selalu SOLUSI
Transmisi utama (media penularan yang utama) penyakit HIV/AIDS adalah seks bebas. Oleh karena itu pencegahannya harus dengan menghilangkan praktik seks bebas tersebut. Hal ini meliputi media-media yang merangsang (pornografi-pornoaksi), tempat-tempat prostitusi, club-club malam, tempat maksiat dan pelaku maksiat.
1. Islam telah mengharamkan laki-laki dan perempuan yang bukan muhrim berkholwat (berduaan/pacaran).Sabda Rasulullah Saw: ‘Laa yakhluwanna rojulun bi imroatin Fa inna tsalisuha
syaithan’;bd6ktr`.0artinya: “Jangan sekali-kali seorang lelaki dengan perempuan menyepi (bukan muhrim) karena sesungguhnya syaithan ada sebagai pihak ketiga”. (HR Baihaqy)
2. Islam mengharamkan perzinahan dan segala yang terkait dengannya.Allah Swt berfirman:
“Janganlah kalian mendekati zina karena sesungguhnya zina itu perbuatan yang keji dan seburuk-buruknya jalan” (QS al Isra',17 : 32)
3. Islam mengharamkan perilaku seks menyimpang, antara lain homoseks (laki-laki dengan laki-laki) dan lesbian (perempuan dengan perempuan ).Firman Allah Swt dalam surat al A’raf ayat 80-81 : “ Dan (kami juga telah mengutus) Luth ( kepada kaumnya). (Ingatlah) tatkala dia berkata kepada mereka : Mengapa kamu mengerjakan perbuatan kotor itu, yang belum pernah dikerjakan oleh seorangpun manusia (didunia ini) sebelummu? Sesungguhnya kamu mendatangi lelaki untuk melepaskan nafsumu ( kepada mereka ), bukan kepada wanita, Bahkan kamu ini adalah kaum yang melampaui batas.QS. Al A’raf, 7 : 80-81)
4. Islam melarang pria-wanita melakukan perbuatan-perbuatan yang membahayakan akhlak dan merusak masyarakat, termasuk pornografi dan pornoaksi. Islam melarang seorang pria dan wanita melakukan kegiatan dan pekerjaan yang menonjolkan sensualitasnya. Rafi’ ibnu Rifa’a pernah bertutur demikian:
’ Nahaana Shallallaahu ’alaihi wassalim ’an kasbi; ammato illa maa ’amilat biyadaiha. Wa qaala: Haa kadza bi’ashobi’ihi nakhwal khabzi wal ghazli wan naqsyi.’artinya: “Nabi Saw telah melarang kami dari pekerjaan seorang pelayan wanita kecuali yang dikerjakan oleh kedua tangannya. Beliau bersabda “Seperti inilah jari-jemarinya yang kasar sebagaimana halnya tukang roti, pemintal,atau pengukir.”
5. Islam mengharamkan khamr dan seluruh benda yang memabukkan serta mengharamkan narkoba.
Sabda Rasulullah Saw : “Kullu muskirin haraamun” artinya : “Setiap yang menghilangkan akal itu adalah
haram (HR. Bukhori Muslim) “Laa dharaara wa la dhiraara” artinya : ”Tidak boleh menimpakan bahaya pada diri sendiri dan kepada orang lain.” (HR. Ibnu Majah) Narkoba termasuk sesuatu yang dapat menghilangkan akal dan menjadi pintu gerbang dari segala kemaksiatan termasuk seks bebas. Sementara seks bebas inilah media utama penyebab virus HIV/AIDS .
6. IAmar ma’ruf nahi munkar yang wajib dilakukan oleh individu dan masyarakat.
7. Tugas Negara memberi sangsi tegas bagi pelaku mendekati zina. Pelaku zina muhshan (sudah menikah) dirajam, sedangkan pezina ghoiru muhshan dicambuk 100 kali. Adapun pelaku homoseksual dihukum mati; dan penyalahgunaan narkobaihukum cambuk. Para pegedar dan pabrik narkoba diberi sangsi tegas sampai
dengan mati. Semua fasilitator seks bebas yaitu pemilik media porno, pelaku porno, distributor, pemilik tempat-tempat maksiat, germo, mucikari, backing baik oknum aparat atau bukan, semuanya diberi sangsi yang tegas dan dibubarkan.
