kejelasan hukum agar apa yang dilakukannya itu tidak menyalahi kehalalan apalagi jika ternyata yang dilakukannya adalah makruh bahkan haram. Tentu hal ini sangat penting diketahui oleh muslim yang telah menikah, saat ingin berhubungan intim di suatu tempat, semisal kamar mandi.
Mengapa hal ini dibahas, bukankah kamar mandi adalah tempat pribadi yang tertutup, dan bukankah suami istri adalah halal saat akan berhubungan intim di mana saja? Tentu saja ada hubungannya, karena akan berpengaruh pada beberapa hal salah satunya menyebut nama Allah di suatu tempat yang sebenarnya tidak diperbolehkan atau makruh untuk melakukannya.
Ada beberapa pembahasan mengenai hal ini yang akan lebih mudah jika dikelompokan dalam beberapa poin:
1. Pasangan suami istri sesaat akan melakukan hubungan jima’ (hubungan intin) dianjurkan untuk berdoa terlebih dahulu, seperti yang dilakukan Rasulullah:
Dari Ibnu ‘Abbas radhiyallahu ‘anhuma, ia berkata bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda, “Jika salah seorang dari kalian (yaitu suami) ingin berhubungan intim dengan istrinya, lalu ia membaca do’a: [Bismillah Allahumma jannibnaasy syaithoona wa jannibisy syaithoona maa rozaqtanaa], “Dengan (menyebut) nama Allah, ya Allah jauhkanlah kami dari (gangguan) setan dan jauhkanlah setan dari rezki yang Engkau anugerahkan kepada kami”, kemudian jika Allah menakdirkan (lahirnya) anak dari hubungan intim tersebut, maka setan tidak akan bisa mencelakakan anak tersebut selamanya” (HR. Bukhari no. 6388 dan Muslim no. 1434)
Analoginya, dikamar mandi terlarang (makruh) untuk berdoa, menyebut asma Allah juga berzikir, seperti hadist riwayat Muslim yang menyatakan Rasulullah tidak membalas salam dari seseorang saat ia sedang di dalam kamar mandi.
2. Imam Nawawi mengatakan jika hukumnya makruh untuk orang-orang yang buang hajat untuk berzikir mengucapkan Subhanallah, laa ilaaha illallah, tidak menjawab salam, berdoa dan menjawab doa orang yang bersin, juga menjawab Adzan.
3. Jika terpaksa bersin di kamar mandi, hendaklah berdoa dalam hati saja, begitu pula saat berjima’ jika dilakukan di kamar mandi, maka hendaklah berdoa dalam hati. Hal ini hukumnya makruh tanzih bukan haram dan yang melakukannya bukan kategori dosa, demikian imam Nawawi menambahkan. (lihat Syarh Shahih Muslim, 4:61)
4. Sebaiknya berhubungan intim jangan dilakukan dalam kamar mandi, apalagi kamar mandi umum, karena disamping itu bukan tempat ideal dan nyaman untuk ibadah seperti itu, hal ini juga berhubungan dengan tempat lalu lalang banyak orang, apalagi pintunya yang tidak bisa tertutup sempurna.
5. Menjaga kerahasiaan hubungan intim dari pengamatan orang lain, anak-anak dan dari orang-orang yang bisa mengetahui jika dilakukan di suatu tempat yang bisa saja didatangi mereka. Padahal hubungan intim adalah hal yang patut dirahasiakan.
Dari Abu Sa’id Al Khudri, ia berkata bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda, “Sesungguhnya termasuk manusia paling jelek kedudukannya di sisi Allah pada hari kiamat adalah laki-laki yang menggauli istrinya kemudian dia sebarkan rahasia ranjangnya.” (HR. Muslim no. 1437).
“sebarkan”, disini bukan hanya secara sengaja, namun juga karena kelalaian pelaku hubungan intim tersebut yang melakukan ditempat yang tidak aman dari pendengaran dan penglihatan orang lain.
6. Ada pula yang menyebutkan (Fatwa Islam web) jika hukum berhubungan intim dalam kamar mandi tidaklah terlarang, dan tak ada pula kafarah yang ditunaikan, hanya saja hal tersebut menyelisihi adab kesopanan, dan satu lagi masalah yang cukup krusial yakni membaca doa sebelum jima’ di kamar mandi makruh atau cenderung terlarang jika dilakukan secara lesan.
7. Lakukan hubungan intim di tempat yang semestinya (semisal kamar) yang tertutup rapat, yang lebih nyaman, tenang dan tidak ada rasa was-was jika ada yang mendekati tempat umum tersebut. Akan tetapi jika dalam keadaan terpaksa (oleh keadaan), sesuatu yang darurat dalam Islam, tentu dari yang Harampun bisa jadi halal begitu juga hukum makruh maka bisa beranjak jadi mubah.
Demikian sahabat Ummi, semoga adab dalam Islam apapun bentuknya dapat dijalankan dengan mengikuti sunah Rasulullah. Seperti halnya berhubungan intim, semoga bisa dilakukan dengan lebih menyenangkan ditempat nyaman.
