Menjadi wanita muslimah merupakan kewajiban apabila harus berpakaian tertutup dan tidak menonjol bagian tubuhnya, terlebih di era seperti sekarang ini tuntutan lifestyle yang terlalu njlimet sebenarnya sehingga ada tiga model gaya yang sangat berbahaya bagi kaum wanita, penampilan atau mode yang membuat wanita muslimah diancam tidak akan mencium bau surga.
Padahal bau surga dapat dicium dari jarak sekian dan sekian. Di antara penampilan yang diancam seperti itu adalah gaya wanita yang berpakaian namun tel*njang. Yang kita saksikan saat ini, banyak wanita berjilbab atau berkerudung masih berpenampilan ketat dan seksi.
Dari Abu Hurairah radhiyallahu ‘anhu, beliau berkata bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda,
“Ada dua golongan dari penduduk neraka yang belum pernah aku lihat: (1) Suatu kaum yang memiliki cambuk seperti ekor sapi untuk memukul manusia dan (2) para wanita yang berpakaian tapi tel*njang, berlenggak-lenggok, kepala mereka seperti punuk unta yang miring. Wanita seperti itu tidak akan masuk surga dan tidak akan mencium baunya, padahal baunya dapat tercium dari jarak sekian dan sekian.” (HR. Muslim no. 2128).
Tiga Sifat Wanita yang Tidak Mencium Bau Surga
Dalam hadits di atas disebutkan beberapa sifat wanita yang diancam tidak mencium bau surga di mana disebutkan,
Yaitu para wanita yang: (1) berpakaian tetapi tel*njang, (2) maa-ilaat wa mumiilaat, (3) kepala mereka seperti punuk unta yang miring.
Apa yang dimaksud ketiga sifat ini?
Berikut keterangan dari Imam Nawawi dalam Al Minhaj Syarh Shahih Muslim.
(1) Wanita yang berpakaian tetapi tel*njang.
Ada beberapa tafsiran yang disampaikan oleh Imam Nawawi:
1- wanita yang mendapat nikmat Allah, namun enggan bersyukur kepada-Nya.
2- wanita yang menutup
sebagian tubuhnya dan menyingkap sebagian lainnya.
3- wanita yang memakai pakaian yang tipis yang menampakkan warna badannya.

(2) Wanita yang maa-ilaat wa mumiilaat
Ada beberapa tafsiran mengenai hal ini:
1- Maa-ilaat yang dimaksud adalah tidak taat pada Allah dan tidak mau menjaga yang mesti dijaga. Mumiilaatyang dimaksud adalah mengajarkan yang lain untuk berbuat sesuatu yang tercela.

2- Maa-ilaat adalah berjalan sambil memakai wangi-wangian dan mumilaat yaitu berjalan sambil menggoyangkan kedua pundaknya atau bahunya.
3- Maa-ilaat yang dimaksud adalah wanita yang biasa menyisir rambutnya sehingga bergaya sambil berlenggak lenggok bagai wanita nakal. Mumiilaat yang dimaksud adalah wanita yang menyisir rambut wanita lain supaya bergaya seperti itu.
(3) Wanita yang kepalanya seperti punuk unta yang miring
Maksudnya adalah wanita yang sengaja memperbesar kepalanya dengan mengumpulkan rambut di atas kepalanya seakan-akan memakai serban (sorban). (Lihat Syarh Shahih Muslim, terbitan Dar Ibnul Jauzi, 14: 98-99).
Mode Wanita Saat Ini …
Ada beberapa gaya yang bisa kita saksikan dari mode wanita muslimah saat ini yang diancam tidak mencium bau surga berdasarkan hadits di atas:
1- Wanita yang memakai pakaian tipis sehingga kelihatan warna kulit.
2- Wanita yang berpakaian tetapi tel*njang karena sebagian tubuhnya terbuka dan lainnya tertutup.
3- Wanita yang biasa berhias diri dengan menyisir rambut dan memakerkan rambutnya ketika berjalan dengan berlenggak lenggok.
4- Wanita yang menyanggul rambutnya di atas kepalanya atau menambah rambut di atas kepalanya sehingga terlihat besar seperti mengenakan konde (sanggul).
5- Wanita yang memakai wangi-wangian dan berjalan sambil menggoyangkan pundak atau bahunya.
Semoga Allah memberi petunjuk pada wanita muslimah untuk berpakaian yang sesuai petunjuk Islam. Karena penampilan seperti ini yang lebih menyelamatkan mereka di dunia dan akhirat.
