Setelah dingin, minum ramuan tradisional ini sebanyak 3 kali dalam sehari secara rutin.
2. Temulawak
Cara mengobati usus buntu selanjutnya adalah dengan memanfaatkan temulawak. Adapun bahan-bahan yang harus disediakan adalah temulawak segar 30 gram, kunyit 25 gram dan 500 ml air.
Cara pengolahannya adalah cuci dan bersihkan temulawak dan kunyit yang sudah disediakan, lalu rebus campuran temulawak dan kunyit tersebut ke dalam 500 ml air hingga tersisa setengahnya.
Setelah itu, saring air rebusan tadi, lalu minum dengan teratur.
3. Mengkudu dan madu
Campuran mengkudu dan madu juga berkhasiat menyembuhkan usus buntu. Bahan-bahannya adalah 1 sdm madu, 1 buah mengkudu masak. Cara pengolahannya cukup mudah, bersihkan mengkudu terlebih dahulu hingga bersih, lalu parut buah mengkudu yang sudah dibersihkan dan peras airnya. Ambil air mengkudu, lalu campurkan dengan 1 sdm madu. Setelah itu, minum ramuan tersebut sebanyak 2 kali sehari.
