Selain mengkonsumsi makanan sehat dan bergizi, perempuan muslimah juga harus memohon doa perlindungan keturunan yang baik pada Allah SWT.
Berikut doa-doa untuk ibu hamil:
“Rabbii habli miladunka dzurriyyatan thoyyibah. Innaka sammi’uddu’aa”
“Ya Allah berikanlah kepadaku dari sisiMu keturunan yang baik. Sesungguhnya Engkau adalah pendengar permohonan (doa).” (Q.S. Ali ImRan : 38)
“Rabbii hablii minash shaalihiin”
“Ya Tuhanku, anugerahkanlah kepadaku (seorang anak) yang termasuk orang-orang yang saleh.”(Q.S. As-shaffaat: 100)
“Rabbij’alnii muqiimash sholaati wa min dzurriyatii robbanaa wa taqobbal du’aa”
“Ya Tuhanku jadikanlah aku dan anak cucuku orang- orang yang tetap mendirikan shalat. Ya Tuhan kami perkenankanlah doaku.”(QS. Ibrahim 40)
“Rabbanaa hablanaa min azwaajinaa wa dzurriiyaatinaa qurrota a’yun, waj ‘alnaa lil muttaqiina imaamaa”
“Ya Tuhan kami, anugerahkanlah kepada kami isteri-isteri kami dan keturunan kami sebagai penyenang hati (kami), dan jadikanlah kami imam bagi orang-orang yang beRtakwa.” (Q.S. Al-Furqan : 74)
Doa lain :
“Robbi auzi’nii anasykuro ni’matakallatii an’amta alaiyya wa ‘alaa waalidayya wa an a’mala shololihan tardhoh wa ashlihlii fii dzurriyyatii. innii tubtu ilaika
wa inni minal muslimin”.
Artinya:
Ya Allah Tuhan kami berilah kami ilham untuk tetap mensyukuri nikmatMu yang telah Engkau anugerahkan kepada kami dan kepada anak cucu kami. Sungguh kami bertaubat kepada MU dan sungguh kami adalah termasuk golongan orang yang berserah diri.
Bolehlah juga amalkan semasa ibu mengandung.. Si ibu memegang perutdan membaca ayat2 ini setiap kali selepas solat… Semoga tumbuh besar anak normal dan lahir sebagai anak yang normal, sehat, dan cantik/tampan:
1) Al Hajj ayat 22
2) Al Mukminun ayat 12 – 14.
Dengan itu timbullah banyak amalan2, zikir2 serta surah2 yang bagus untuk diamalkan semasa mengandung, antaranya:
Surah Yusuf – untuk anak yang cantik/tampan rupa dan akhlak
Surah Luqman – untuk anak yang cerdik
Surah Yaasin – untuk anak yang teguh hati dan tidak terpengaruh dengan maksiat
Bacaan – bacaan lain yang baik dibaca pada saat hamil yang aku dapet dari berbagai sumber (surat2 dibawah di bacain waktu syukuran 4 bulanan):

Do’a mohon diberikan keselamatan (dibaca oleh ibu yang sedang hamil) :
“ Ya Allah jagalah anaku selama ada dalam kandunganku, sembuhkanlah dia (apabila ada penyakitnya), Engkau adalah Dzat yang Maha Menyembuhkan, tidak ada kesembuhan kecuali kesembuhan yang datang dari-Mu, kesembuhan yang tidak akan membawa penyakit. Ya Allah jadikanlah anak-anak yang ada dalam kandunganku dengan bentuk yang bagus (tampan/cantik) dan tetapkanlah di dalam hatinya untuk senantiasa beriman kepadaMu dan RasulMu. Ya Allah keluarkanlah anakku dari kandunganku pada waktu aku melahirkan dengan mudah dan selamat. Ya Allah jadikanlah anakku, anak yang sehat, sempurna, berakal, cerdas, baik pengetahuan agamanya dan senantiasa mengamalkan ilmunya. Ya Allah berilah anakku umur yang panjang, badan yang sehat, akhlak (budi pekerti) yang luhur, lisan yang fasih serta suara yang bagus untuk membaca Al Qur’an dan Hadits berkat kebaikan Nabi Muhammad SAW. Segala puji hanyalah untuk Allah yang menguasai seluruh alam”.
Do’a untuk ibu hamil dibaca oleh suami-istri.
– Q.S.2 (Al Baqarah) ayat 286 :
”Ya Tuhan kami, janganlah Engkau menghukum kami jika kami lupa atau salah. Ya Tuhan Kami, janganlah Engkau bebankan kepada kami beban yang berat sebagaimana Engkau bebankan kepada orang-orang sebelum kami. Ya Tuhan kami, janganlah Engkau bebankan kepada kami beban yang kami tidak sanggup untuk memikulnya. Berilah kami maaf, ampunilah kami dan rahmatilah kami. Engkaulah penolong kami, maka berilah kami pertolongan (untuk menang didalam menghadapi) orang-orang kafir.”
– Q.S.25 (Al Furqan) ayat 74 :
”Ya Tuhan kami, anugrahkanlah kepada kami dari isteri-isteri kami dan anak keturunan kami penyenang hati (keturunan yang baik), dan Jadikanlah kami pemimpin bagi orang-orang yang bertakwa”.
– Q.S.3 (Ali Imran) ayat 173 :
“Cukuplah Allah menjadi penolong kami dan Allah adalah Sebaik-baik Pelindung”.
– Q.S.8 (Al Anfal) ayat 40 :
“Dia adalah Sebaik-baik pelindung dan Sebaik-baik penolong, tidak ada daya upaya dan kekuatan, melainkan dengan pertolongan Allah Yang Maha Tinggi dan Maha Mulia”
Doa memudahkan melahirkan/bersalin

Doa untuk bayi yang baru lahir sesudah di adzankan :
“Ya Allah Yang Maha Esa, tempat semua orang meminta, aku mohon perlindungan-MU untuk anakku dari segala kejahatan orang yang hasad/dengki”.
“Ya Allah dengan segala kesempurnaan kalimat-MU, aku mohon perlindungan untuk anakku dengan kalimah-kalimah Allah yang sempurna dari segala gangguan setan, dari gangguan semua binatang, dan dari gangguan pandangan mata yang dapat membawa akibat buruk kepada apa yang dilihatnya”.
Doa untuk ibu nifas :
Dalam keadaan nifas seorang ibu masih diperbolehkan membaca sholawat, istighfar, tasbih, tahmid dan tahlil.
Doa untuk ibu nifas ketika istinja’ (cebok) :
“Ya Allah bersihkan hatiku dari kemunafikan, dan lindungilah kehormatan (kemaluan) ku dari kejahatan (penyakit)”.

78. “(Dia-lah Allah SWT) yang telah menciptakan aku, Maka Dialah yang menunjuki aku”,
79. “dan Dia-lah Tuhan yang memberiku makan dan minum”,
80. “dan apabila aku sakit, Dialah yang menyembuhkan aku.”
