Yang dimaksud di sini adalah serangan terhadap aura Anda tanpa izin secara sadar oleh seseorang, suatu tempat, benda atau sekelompok orang. Itu akan menjadikan Anda merasa terbuka, tidak terlindung, mudah diserang dan kadang-kadang merasa berada dalam bahaya dan gelisah atau panik. Saya katakan "sadar" karena dalam keadaan bawah sadar, dalam diri kita ada rasa takut, kita tidak pernah berusaha mengetahui hal itu, rasa takut seharusnya tidak menyatu dengan diri kita. Selama rasa takut menyatu, maka diri kita akan terbuka dan itu menyebabkan diri kita tidak terlindung. Sehingga seseorang dapat menyerang aura kita dan menguras prana kita.
Dalam profesi saya sebagai penujum (shaman), saya terbiasa berinteraksi dengan hampir semua jenis serangan psikik, baik oleh seorang pribadi maupun oleh sebuah kelompok. Yang saya jabarkan disini adalah apa yang saya alami, saya tidak bermaksud mengatakan bahwa saya tahu segalanya, karena saya memang tidak demikian. Saya juga tidak faham benar mengenai berbagai metodologi perlindungan diri sendiri, dan apa yang saya ketahui, ada dalam artikel ini.
Mari kita kembali pada hal yang dapat membuat kita ketakutan. Khawatir terhadap serangan psikik yang mungkin kita terima sebenarnya juga suatu bentuk rasa takut. Anda tidak dapat bekerja sebagai penujum kalau punya rasa takut.
Akar dari setiap serangan psikik terhadap setiap orang, dirancang untuk meningkatkan rasa takut. Bisa saja rasa takut pada sesuatu yang tidak kita ketahui, takut untuk dikontrol oleh orang lain, takut cedera, takut dibunuh. Ada banyak rasa takut di luar sana, memang pada dasarnya, serangan psikik dapat terlaksana karena ada rasa takut dalam diri kita.
Siapa yang melakukan serangan psikik?
Biasanya, seseorang sama sekali tidak sadar kalau dia menyerang Anda. Ini adalah jenis serangan psikik bawah sadar. Tetapi ada juga orang yang melakukannya dengan tujuan tertentu dan dengan sadar, dalam situasi yang manapun, Anda harus menghadapinya dan memberitahu bahwa mereka sedang menguras energi Anda dan itu harus segera dihentikannya.
Seringkali, dalam keluarga yang kacau, kita dapat melihat orang tua menghisap prana anaknya atau sebaliknya. Serangan secara tidak disadari ini bisa juga dilakukan oleh rekan kerja Anda, atau boss Anda sendiri. Saya pikir kita semua merasa senang kalau orang lain menyukai kita, tetapi kenyataannya tidaklah demikian. Kita tak dapat mengelakkannya, di dunia ini pasti ada saja orang yang tidak menyukai kita. Kuncinya adalah: jangan memasukkannya kedalam hati.
Kalau Anda tidak punya kelekatan secara emosi (seperti pada zen) pada mereka yang tidak menyukai Anda, maka Anda telah menghentikan pemberian atau penghamburan energi Anda pada mereka. Anda dapat secara harafiah membocorkan atau menghamburkan energi Anda pada sebuah pokok persoalan, seseorang, atau lingkungan, bukan karena mereka yang menyerap Anda sampai habis. Kebanyakan dari kita melakukan ini terutama ketika kita masih muda dan semakin berkurang setelah kita lebih matang, kita "menyadarinya" dan kemudian menghentikannya sehingga dapat mengatasi masalah ini.
Sangat mudah mengatakannya bukan? Buanglah rasa takut Anda dan Anda tidak akan dapat diserang. Kebanyakan orang berusaha seumur hidupnya untuk mengatasi rasa takut dan membebaskan diri darinya. Tetapi jangan lupa! Walau Anda dapat menurunkan tingkat rasa takut Anda atau bahkan menghapuskannya dari diri Anda selamanya, tidak berarti Anda tidak dapat diserang oleh seseorang atau kelompok. Tetapi bila hal itu terjadi, itu tidak akan sampai membuat Anda tersungkur kecuali kalau yang menyerang Anda ternyata sebuah kelompok, kalau demikian, sebaiknya Anda minta bantuan.
Tanda-tanda adanya serangan gaib/ilmu hitam adalah sebagai berikut:
* Kelelahan, karena seseorang atau kelompok menaruh "selang" pada aura Anda, dan menghisap energi prana Anda, maka dalam tubuh Anda hanya tinggal sedikit prana yang tersisa. Tanpa prana tidak akan ada daya. Kalau tiba-tiba Anda merasa sangat lelah, atau mendadak jadi lemah ketika Anda berada di dekat barang tertentu, ruang tertentu, atau tempat tertentu, ini merupakan tanda bahwa prana Anda sedang di serap dari aura Anda.
* Perasaan sangat lemah atau sangat lelah yang timbul pada jam-jam tertentu setiap hari. Saya menjumpai orang yang secara rutin punya jadwal untuk memasuki aura orang lain pada jam tertentu setiap hari. Umumnya, kita semua kurang bersemangat pada jam 2 siang sampai jam 4 setiap hari – dalam biologi ini dikenal sebagai "post prandial dip", ini merupakan phenomena metabolisme yang dialami setiap manusia. Hampir tanpa kecuali kita semua mengalaminya setiap hari. Ini bukan serangan psikik. Bila kebugaran Anda tiba-tiba merosot di waktu-waktu tertentu yang berbeda dengan siklus di atas, maka ada kemungkinan serangan psikik sedang terjadi.
* Pusing – setelah bersama seseorang, pada keadaan atau tempat yang penuh dengan ketegangan, dan tiba-tiba Anda sakit kepala, maka mungkin energi Anda sedang terserap, dan yang cukup menarik perhatian adalah, begitu Anda menjauh dari orang atau suasana atau tempat itu, pusing Anda segera mereda.
* Merasa terkuras. Anda hanya bersama pemangsa ini selama lima menit saja dan pergi dalam keadaan lutut yang lemah dan seakan-akan terpaksa harus pulang dengan merangkak. Padahal beberapa menit yang lalu Anda masih bisa berjalan tegak. Kalau hal ini terjadi, biasanya Anda memerlukan tidur selama beberapa jam atau semalam suntuk untuk memulihkan diri.
* Mimpi buruk. Kalau biasanya Anda tidak pernah mengalami mimpi buruk dan tiba-tiba sekarang Anda mulai memperoleh mimpi yang menakutkan, memburu atau berusaha membunuh Anda, ini kemungkinan adalah serangan psikik. Tapi Anda harus terlebih dahulu meyakinkannya, karena mungkin saja ada alasan lain yang menyebabkan munculnya mimpi buruk itu. Dari waktu kewaktu, bawah sadar kita menginginkan perhatian kita pada material "bayangan" yang tidak kita satukan dengan diri kita sedangkan emosinya tetap dalam keadaan tertindas, maka dia akan mulai mengirimkan mimpi "bayangan". Mimpi bayangan selalu merupakan mimpi tentang pengejaran, Anda diburu dan diserang, baik oleh suatu wujud yang sudah Anda kenal maupun tidak. Satu hal yang Anda ketahui adalah bila dalam mimpi itu Anda membiarkannya menangkap Anda, maka Anda akan mati. Biasanya, dalam mimpi seperti ini, Anda selalu menghindar, merunduk, berlari dan bersembunyi. Anda perlu bertanya pada diri Anda sendiri, apa sebenarnya yang sedang terjadi dalam hidup Anda yang tak sanggup Anda hadapi.
* Kedinginan dibagian tubuh tertentu, atau disekujur tubuh. Kalau aura Anda terkuras, tubuh Anda akan merasa kedinginan.
* Perasaan kejang atau kaku di daerah perut atau solar pleksus. Ketika Anda masuk ketempat tertentu dan tiba-tiba ketika seseorang mendekati Anda, dan solar pleksus Anda mendadak menutup, waspadalah. Anda sedang diperingatkan bahwa orang ini berbahaya bagi Anda. Solar pleksus kita adalah tempat rasa takut, kegelisahan, perasaan tertekan dan ketegangan. Disinilah terletak isi bayangan Anda. Ketika perasaan kejang ini menyerang Anda, teruslah mengamatinya dan bersiap siagalah. Bila tiba-tiba Anda merasa lemah atau gemetar, menghindarlah segera dari orang atau kegiatan itu.
* Gelisah dan panik. Seringkali, kita terkuras dan terhisap dan sama sekali tidak menyadarinya sampai itu sudah lama terjadi, kemudian Anda mulai merasa gelisah atau kadang kala, kepanikan yang luar biasa karena pada tingkat bawah sadar Anda bereaksi terhadap serangan itu. Kalau Anda mempunyai gejala yang seperti ini, maka berpikirlah kembali ke beberapa jam atau 1-2 hari yang lalu dan dengan teliti ingat-ingatlah siapa yang Anda jumpai dalam kurun waktu itu, kemana saja Anda pergi dan kemudian cobalah menghentikan serangan psikik yang mungkin telah terjadi.
* Depresi. Serangan psikik yang telah berlangsung lama dan dilakukan dalam siklus mingguan atau bulanan, pada akhirnya dapat membuat Anda menjadi murung, sedih, putus asa, tanpa gairah dan merasa hidup ini tak ada gunanya. Ini merupakan serangan yang serius dan membutuhkan pertolongan yang serius pula agar dapat terhindar kerusakan energi dan memutuskan hubungan aura Anda dengan si penyerang. Setelah itu kegembiraan Anda akan segera pulih kembali.
* Cenderung bunuh diri. Serangan psikik dalam jangka waktu yang cukup lama benar-benar dapat menguras energi prana seseorang sehingga akhirnya yang dipikirkan atau ketahuinya hanyalah bahwa ia sedang sekarat. Tidak mengherankan kalau orang semacam ini punya kecenderungan bunuh diri atau punya pikiran akan segera mati. Bila energi prana Anda dalam jumlah besar diisap keluar terus menerus, akibatnya bisa kematian, atau paling tidak kesehatan Anda menjadi sangat buruk.
* Gemetar. Reaksi seperti ini biasanya muncul selama atau sesudah serangan. Korban kadang dapat menyadari serangan ini, tetapi bisa juga tidak tahu mengapa tiba-tiba dia gemetar. Dari tingkat bawah sadar, di mana serangan itu dapat disadari, menyebabkan adrenalin Anda mengalir dengan sangat cepat – karena sebagian dari diri Anda ingin membebaskan diri. Dalam keadaan seperti ini, biasanya Anda tidak terhubung secara sadar dengan apa yang sebenarnya sedang terjadi di antara Anda dan penyerang Anda.
* Menjadi pesimis. Bila biasanya Anda seorang yang optimis atau idealis dan tiba-tiba pikiran Anda menjadi pesimistis, putus asa, marah, mudah tersinggung, tidak sabar, maka Anda perlu menyadari bahwa ini bukanlah diri Anda yang sebenarnya, tapi karena Anda sedang berreaksi terhadap sesuatu yang sedang terjadi tanpa Anda sadari. Dalam serangan yang berlangsung lama, kepribadian seseorang jadi berubah, dari seorang yang periang sekarang dia menjadi orang yang pemurung, depresi, berkepribadian negatif, tapi ini hanya berlangsung selama beberapa minggu atau bulan saja tanpa dia ketahui apa yang terjadi. Dia baru menyadarinya setelah pasangan atau anggota keluarga lainnya memberitahukan keadaannya.
* Tidak percaya diri. Kalau Anda biasanya selalu percaya diri, tetapi dalam waktu beberapa minggu atau bulan kepercayaan diri Anda terkikis habis sehingga Anda merasa seperti seekor kelinci kecil yang ketakutan, mudah diserang di tengah dunia yang luas dan kejam ini, maka akhirnya seseorang benar-benar akan mencincang Anda.
* Bermental pecundang. Kalau seseorang sebelumnya tidak pernah mengalami keadaan seperti itu tetapi dalam jangka waktu beberapa minggu atau bulan, dia mulai merasa putus asa dan tanpa harapan dan tidak mampu menolong dirinya sendiri, seringkali, orang seperti ini harus dilecut. Yang dapat menyelamatkannya adalah dirinya sendiri, setelah dia dapat menjadi cukup marah dan melawan. Kemarahan, disini digunakan dengan cara yang positif, untuk memutuskan hubungan antara dirinya dengan penyerangnya.
* Problem kesehatan. Seseorang menjadikan organ tertentu sebagai sasaran, dan mengirimkan energi ke organ itu, seperti palu godam, mencecar organ itu termasuk cakranya terus-meneus. Biasanya, bila seseorang atau suatu kelompok bermaksud membunuh Anda, mereka akan menjadikan jantung Anda sebagai sasaran dengan tujuan menciptakan serangan jantung, kalau ini gagal, dan Anda memperoleh perlindungan, ini tetap dapat mengakibatkan penumpukan di paru-paru, menyebabkan bronkitis atau pneumonia. Sasaran yang dituju bisa saja organ tubuh lainnya. Kalau ini berjalan dengan baik, maka tiba-tiba saja Anda mendapat serangan rasa sakit, yang terus menerus hilang dan timbul. Dalam kasus seperti ini, sebaiknya Anda segera pergi ke dokter, kalau kemudian dokter tidak dapat menyembuhkannya, barulah Anda berpikir bahwa Anda telah terkena serangan psikik.
Hal yang perlu dipertimbangkan
Di depan tadi adalah pengalaman pribadi saya, dan mungkin juga pengalaman penujum yang lain. Kalau seseorang datang kepada kami dan memberitahukan bahwa mereka telah terkena serangan psikik selama bertahun-tahun atau bahkan selama puluhan tahun, maka biasanya kami benar-benar sedang berurusan dengan seorang yang punya potensi sakit jiwa atau seseorang yang benar-benar gila. Mereka memang benar : mereka sedang terkena serangan psikik. Biasanya oleh "sampah astral", apa yang mereka lihat atau dengar memang nyata. Bila orang ini tidak memperoleh psikoterapi, bisa jadi mereka tidak akan dapat menuntaskan masalah ini selama hidupnya.
Orang-orang seperti ini, sudah mengeluarkan banyak biaya dan waktu untuk sejumlah penyembuh, dukun dan penujum untuk mencoba memperoleh bantuan, tetapi pada akhirnya, semua gagal. Tak seorangpun dapat menolong mereka.
Untuk mengatasi hal seperti itu, dibutuhkan kerja nyata yang sangat berat, dan ini masih harus digabungkan dengan penyembuhan energi, walau kadang itu saja ternyata belum cukup juga. Berdasarkan pengalaman saya, seseorang memang harus menjalani kehidupan semacam ini guna mempelajari sesuatu yang tak dapat dirubah atau ditukar dengan sesuatu yang lain.
Menghadapi rasa takut
Menghadapi rasa takut merupakan langkah pertama dalam membebaskan diri kita dari serangan psikik yang mungkin terjadi.
Kita semua punya rasa takut, pertanyaannya adalah : Apakah rasa takut itu melumat Anda dan kehidupan Anda atau tidak? Jika Ya, maka Anda bisa terkena serangan psikik. Anda sebaiknya membuat daftar dari apa yang Anda takuti, tidak usah malu, amati apa yang membuat Anda takut, dan bertanyalah pada diri sendiri kenapa Anda takut padanya? Seringkali rasa takut kita dilandasi oleh pengalaman masa kecil, atau pengalaman tertentu yang lain, atau mungkin juga karena dahulu orang tua kita terlalu protektif dan selalu mengkawatirkan keadaan kita.
Rasa takut membuat kita dengan mudah dapat dihisap oleh seseorang yang begitu senang menguras prana kita sampai habis, kita berhak untuk mempertahankan hidup, untuk itu tak ada seorangpun yang dapat kita persalahkan selain diri kita sendiri. Bagaimanapun, rasa takut kitalah yang membuat kita tak terlindung dan menjadi mudah diserang.
Rasa takut dapat diatasi dengan berbagai cara. Dibawah ini ada sedikit daftar "sarana" yang dapat Anda ambil dan Anda gunakan, untuk memperbaiki kehidupan Anda. Ini adalah kemampuan yang berhubungan dengan keadaan yang sudah kronis.
* Psikoterapi. Diperlukan penyembuhan dengan psikoterapi karena kebanyakan rasa takut kita disebabkan oleh pengalaman di masa kanak-kanak.
* Penyembuhan Homeopati dan latihan kebugaran. Saya pernah melihat orang yang kejang karena takut akan sesuatu yang tidak masuk akal, dapat benar-benar sembuh setelah memperoleh penyembuhan yang tepat. Ramuan homeopati dapat menghilangkan dan mematahkan serangan psikik yang dilakukan oleh seseorang maupun kelompok.
* Pemulihan jiwa dan penambalan. Kalau Anda kehilangan sebagian dari diri Anda, maka sebagai akibatnya akan ada "lubang" dalam aura Anda. Lubang ini akan terisi oleh sampah astral yang tidak melakukan apapun selain membuat hidup kita menjadi seperti neraka, mengisi mimpi kita dengan teror, atau membuat kita jadi gelisah atau panik. Seorang fasilitator dapat mengembalikan bagian diri Anda yang hilang dan menyatukannya kembali dengan diri Anda. Bila lubang-lubang ini sudah tertutup kembali, Anda tidak lagi terbuka atau mudah diserang.
