Mereka pun tak bisa meminta ganti rugi begitu saja.
Tak hanya itu, pembatalan juga sering dilakukan oleh pelanggan ojek biasa.
Apapun alasannya, tentu aksi pembatalan tanpa kesepakatan ini merugikan sang driver.
Kejadian tak mengenakkan juga dialami oleh seorang driver ojek ini.
Pada saat itu, Rizal mengambil sebuah orderan dari Jl. Jambu 7 menuju Jalan Tugu Raya.
Begitu Rizal sampai di rumah customer-nya, ia melihat di sana sudah ada bapak tua yang juga adalah driver ojek.
Ternyata driver tersebut datang terlebih dahulu daripada dirinya.
Rizal menanyai apakah si pria datang untuk menjemput juga.
Ternyata nama pelanggan mereka sama.
Bapak tersebut mengatakan bahwa si pelanggan melakukan orderan 2 kali.
Tapi, tak lama setelah itu, orderan si bapak tua mendadak di-cancel oleh sang customer.
Tak terima, bapak tersebut marah sambil menunjukkan pembatalan pesanan di aplikasinya.
Akhirnya, bapak tersebut akhirnya pergi.
Tak lama kemudian, sang customer yang ternyata adalah seorang perempuan, keluar dari rumahnya.

Udah jauh-jauh jemput malah di-cancel dan seperti yang mbak bilang tadi kan siapa cepat dia dapat.
