Kasus pemerkosaan pada umumnya dialami seorang wanita. Namun, kasus pemerkosaan di Palembang, Sumatera Selatan, ini cukup janggal. Bak film porno, pelaku pemerkosaan justru seorang wanita dengan korbannya pria. Tak Tanggung-tanggung, korbannya merupakan seorang bocah di bawah umur.
Peristiwa itu terjadi di Jalan Gotong Royong, Kelurahan Demang Lebar Daun, Kecamatan Ilir Barat I, Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. Korban seorang pelajar Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) berinisial AR (13) dan pelaku berumur 61 berinisial JW.
Kasus itu terungkap setelah korban didampingi ibunya RHN (33) melaporkan kelakuan binal sang nenek ke SPKT Polresta Palembang, Sabtu (15/7). Dalam laporannya, korban mengaku beberapa kali diajak paksa oleh terlapor bersenggama di kediamannya. Agar nafsu bejatnya tercapai, terlapor mengancam membunuh korban. Bahkan terlapor kadang menjanjikan uang Rp 15 ribu kepada korban.
"Dugaan perkosaan itu telah terjadi sepuluh kali, semuanya dengan ancaman, setelah berhubungan badan, terlapor kasih uang," Kanit Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak Polresta Palembang, Ipda Henny Kristyaningsih, Senin (17/7).
Dua saksi dihadirkan keluarga korban telah dimintai keterangan oleh pihak kepolisian. Namun, hingga saat ini, belum didapatkan laporan hasil pemeriksaan.
"Hari ini dua saksi dari pihak korban kita panggil. Sejauh mana hasilnya, kita tunggu nanti," ungkap Henny.
Dalam waktu bersamaan, petugas juga menggali keterangan saksi korban untuk melengkapi berkas perkara. Selanjutnya, petugas akan memanggil terlapor dan akan dijemput paksa jika dua kali tidak memenuhi panggilan.
Henny mengatakan, keluarga korban merasa diteror dengan adanya beberapa surat yang dikirim terlapor sejak kasus ini dilaporkan ke polisi. Dalam surat itu tertulis keinginan terlapor untuk bertemu dengan korban.
Keberadaan surat dari terlapor membuat korban semakin syok. Apalagi, terlapor pernah nekat mendatanginya ke sekolah.
"Ada yang diselipkan di pintu rumah korban. Ada dua surat diterima, isinya ingin bertemu, tapi tidak tahu apa maksudnya," ujarnya.
AR mengaku, awal mula kejadian saat dirinya bermain di sekitar rumahnya kawasan Ilir Barat I, Palembang, beberapa bulan terakhir. Dia dipanggil terlapor untuk menemui ke rumahnya yang kebetulan masih bertetangga.
Tanpa mengetahui akal bulus terlapor, dengan polos AR menemuinya. Korban disuruh masuk lalu diajak terlapor ke kamarnya dan memaksanya berhubungan intim.
"Aku tidak bisa apa-apa karena dimarahi," ungkap korban AR saat memberikan keterangan di Mapolresta Palembang.
Kejadian itu kembali terulang berkali-kali. Korban tak bisa mengelak lantaran diancam akan dibunuh terlapor, apalagi jika mengadu ke orangtuanya. Terkadang, terlapor memberikan uang sebesar Rp 15 ribu dengan maksud tutup mulut.
Sementara itu, ibu korban mengaku baru mengetahui aksi cabul itu karena curiga jika JW datang bertandang ke rumahnya. Jika bertemu dengan AR, JW kerap terlihat berbisik, tidak diketahui apa yang dibicarakannya.
"Dari situlah saya baru tahu, anak saya cerita dia digituin (cabuli). Saya minta polisi menangkapnya," ujarnya.
Terpisah, terlapor menepis semua tudingan pemerkosaan oleh keluarga AR. Terlapor yang kerap disapa nenek Jawo ini bahkan mengaku siap dijemput polisi untuk memberikan fakta yang sebenarnya.
Dia menceritakan, sebutan nenek Jawo lantaran dirinya berasal dari Madura, Jawa Timur. Nama aslinya adalah Harni.
Sehari-hari, nenek Jawo mencari nafkah sebagai tukang urut. Kadang, ada warga yang meminta bantuan untuk mencucikan pakaian. Jika ada waktu selang, nenek Jawo, mencari barang rongsokan untuk menghidupi suaminya, Gimin (70) yang sakit-sakitan.
"Saya rantauan dari Madura, sudah lama di Palembang, ada 30-an tahun. Dari situlah orang-orang panggil saya dengan nenek Jawo," ungkapnya, Selasa (18/7).
Dia mengaku bingung dengan tuduhan bejat yang dilakukan keluarga AR (13). Sebab, selama ini AR telah dianggapnya sebagai anak sendiri karena kenal baik dengan keluarganya.
"Dia (AR) selalu minta duit sama saya. Kalau saya enggak punya saya ngutang saking sayangnya, padahal dia cuma buat main warnet. Sekarang dia malah menuduh seperti itu," ujarnya.
Menurut dia, tuduhan perkosaan bahkan disebut telah sepuluh kali dilakukan merupakan fitnah. Sebab, selama ini dirinya tidak pernah sama sekali melakukan seperti yang dituduhkan.
Dia mengaku hubungan dengan AR normal-normal saja. Bahkan seperti ibu dan anak.
"Astaghfirullah, percuma saya salat kalau berbuat seperti itu (mencabuli). Apa untungnya saya. Demi Allah saya tidak pernah melakukannya," tegasnya.
Nenek Jawo menduga laporan itu karena dirinya memarahi AR karena nakal dan meminta uang saat dirinya sibuk dan tidak punya uang sama sekali. Menurut dia, sikapnya itu wajar karena AR sudah sangat sering datang ke rumah untuk meminta uang kepadanya.
"Mungkin itu alasannya, dia pulang dan mengadu. Tapi tidak tahu juga apa alasan pastinya," kata dia.
Terkait dengan surat yang dia kirimkan ke keluarga AR setelah dipolisikan, nenek Jawo mengaku karena tidak bisa menemui keluarganya. Dia hanya ingin meminta maaf kejadian sebelumnya.
"Keluarganya selalu lari kalau saya temui, makanya saya kirim surat dua kali. Tidak ada maksud lain, saya masih mikir yang baik-baik saja," pungkasnya.
Hingga kini kasus tersebut masih diselidiki pihak kepolisian. Kita tunggu kelanjutan perkembangannya. [gil]
