Ikan tersebut biasanya tidak berkepala. Ternyata, kata sarden juga ada dalam shalat. Ya, kita bisa menyebutnya dengan virus sarden. Apa itu?
Seseorang yang melaksanakan shalat, kebanyakan hanya raganya saja yang melakukan gerakan shalat, sedang pikirannya melayang kemana-mana, artinya tidak pokus dalam shalat.
Bagaikan ikan sarden dalam kemasan makanan kaleng, ikan yang tak berkepala. Sedang kita tahu bahwa melaksanakan shalat itu haruslah khusyuk.
Sebab, kekhusyuan bersama dengan Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala dalam shalat adalah suatu nikmat. Tapi, bagaimana caranya untuk menghilangkan virus sarden agar bisa khusyu dalam shalat?
Dikutip dari islampos buku Bermalam di Surga karya Dr. Hasan Syam Basya bahwa agar kita bisa khusyu dalam shalat, ialah dengan melakukan beberapa cara.
#1. Jadikan dzikrullah sebagai bagian hidup Anda setiap hari. Sehingga, ketika Anda shalat, Anda dalam keadaan berdzikir kepada-Nya. Ketika keluar dari shalat, Anda dalam keadaan berdzikir kepada-Nya.
#2. Bersegeralah pergi ke masjid ketika mendengar adzan berkumandang. Bacalah Al-Quran sebelum shalat, berdzikir dan beristighfar. Istighfar itu dapat menyebabkan khusyu dalam shalat.
#3. Jika Anda berwudhu, mohonlah kepada Allah agar Dia menyucikan diri Anda dan tingkah laku Anda dari kotoran kehidupan, seperti Dia telah menyucikan jasad Anda sehingga Anda bersih bersinar.
#4. Jika Anda masuk masjid, tinggalkanlah dunia ketika Anda hendak memasuki pintu masjid. Jangan ikutkan ia bersama diri Anda masuk ke dalam masjid. Berpikirlah akan pertemuan dengan Allah, Anda sekarang sedang menghadap Allah.
#5. Shalatlah tahiyatul masjid dan shalat sunnah dua rakaat sebelum shalat wajib. Siapkan diri Anda untuk ikut shalat berjamaah.
#6. Jika imam berkata, “Luruskan!” Ingatlah Anda berdiri di shaf pertama berhadapan langsung dengan Rabb semesta alam. Katakanlah, “Ya Allah baguskanlah keberadaanku dihadapan-Mu.”
#7. Jika Anda mengucapkan takbir, angkatlah kedua tangan Anda, buanglah semua keresahan dunia untuk beberapa menit saja.
#8. Bayangkanlah kalau ini adalah shalat terakhir yang Anda lakukan di dunia ini.
#9. Jika Anda ruku, sempurnakanlah ruku. Dan jika Anda sujud, ketahuilah Anda sekarang sangat dekat kepada Allah. Gunakan kesempatan ini untuk berdoa.
فَإِنْ هُوَ قَامَ فَصَلَّى فَحَمِدَ اللَّهَ وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ وَمَجَّدَهُ بِالَّذِي هُوَ لَهُ أَهْلٌ وَفَرَّغَ قَلْبَهُ لِلَّهِ إِلَّا انْصَرَفَ مِنْ خَطِيئَتِهِ كَهَيْئَتِهِ يَوْمَ وَلَدَتْهُ أُمُّهُ
Apabila dia berdiri untuk mengerjakan shalat, kemudian memuji dan mengagungkan Allah dengan pujian yang pantas bagi Allah, dia mengkhusyu’kan hatinya untuk Allah, kecuali dia berpisah dengan kesalahannya sebagaimana keadaannya pada hari dilahirkan oleh ibunya. [HR Muslim].
Seperti inilah buah dari ibadah, dan sedemikian besar hasil dari pelaksanaan ibadah shalat ini, sehingga pantas untuk diperhatian dan ditegakkan. Mari kita jadikan shalat sebagai penghias hidup kita dan bisikan hati kita.
Allahu Akbar; Hayya ‘alash shalat; Hayya ‘alal falah (mari kita kerjakan shalat, mari menuju kebahagiaan), panggilan yang bergema di segenap penjuru, adzan yang menembus telinga untuk membangunkan jasad yang bercahaya dengan keimanan dan hati yang khusyu’.
قَدْ أَفْلَحَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي صَلَاتِهِمْ خَاشِعُونَ
Sesungguhnya beruntunglah orang-orang yang beriman (yaitu) orang-orang yang khusyu’ dalam shalatnya. [Al Mukmin/23 : 1-2].
Dengan khusyu’, seseorang yang shalat dapat menyatukan antara kebersihan lahiriyah dan kebersihan batiniyah, ketika dia berkata dalam ruku`nya :
خَشَع لَكَ َ سَمْعِي وَبَصَرِي وَمُخِّي وَعَظْمِي وَعَصَبِي
Khusyu’ kepadaMu pendengaranku, penglihatanku, otakku, tulangku dan otot-ototku. [HR Muslim].
Sedangkan dalam riwayat Ahmad :
وَمَا اسْتَقَلَّتْ بِهِ قَدَمِي
Dan ketika terangkatnya kedua kakiku untuk Allah.
Dengan kekhusyu’an, akan diampuni dosa-dosa dan dihapus kesalahan-kesalahan, dan ditulislah shalat di timbangan kebaikan, sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Shahih Muslim, bahwa Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda:
مَا مِنِ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ تَحْضُرُهُ صَلَاةٌ مَكْتُوبَةٌ فَيُحْسِنُ وُضُوءَهَا وَخُشُوعَهَا وَرُكُوعَهَا إِلَّا كَانَتْ كَفَّارَةً لِمَا قَبْلَهَا مِنَ الذُّنُوبِ مَا لَمْ يُؤْتِ كَبِيرَةً وَذَلِكَ الدَّهْرَ كُلَّهُ
Tidaklah seorang muslim mendapati shalat wajib, kemudian dia menyempurnakan wudhu`, khusyu’ dan ruku’nya, kecuali akan menjadi penghapus bagi dosa-dosanya yang telah lalu, selama tidak melakukan dosa besar; dan ini untuk sepanjang masa. [HR Muslim]
Shalat, apabila dihiasi dengan khusyu’ dalam perkataan, dan gerakannya dihiasi dengan kerendahan, ketulusan, pengagungan, kecintaan dan ketenangan, sungguh, ia akan bisa menahan pelakunya dari kekejian dan kemungkaran.
Hatinya bersinar, keimanannnya meningkat, kecintaannya semakin kuat untuk melaksanakan kebaikan, dan keinginannya untuk berbuat kejelekan akan sirna.
Dengan khusyu’, bertambahlah munajat seseorang kepada Rabb-nya, demikian pula kedekatan Rabb-nya kepadanya.
Khusyu’ memiliki kedudukan yang sangat besar. Ia sangat cepat hilangnya, dan jarang sekali didapatkan.
Terlebih lagi pada jaman kita sekarang ini. Tidak bisa menggapai khusyu’ dalam shalat merupakan musibah dan penyakit yang paling besar.
Rasulullah juga merasa perlu berlindung darinya, sebagaimana beliau n berdoa :
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ قَلْبٍ لَا يَخْشَعُ
Ya, Allah. Aku berlindung kepadaMu dari hati yang tidak khusyu’. [HR Tirmidzi]
Semoga bermanfaat dan bisa lebih khusyuk dalam sholat agar “Sindrom Sarden” tak lagi menyerang diri kita yang tidak fokus atau khusyuk dalam sholat.
