Mulai dari lokasi yang sepi, hingga kecerobohan korban.
Termasuk menggunakan modus ilmu sihir berupa gendam.
Modus semacam itu biasanya digunakan saat pelaku mendapatkan kesempatan.
Itu seperti yang terjadi baru-baru ini.
Tepatnya, kejahatan yang baru saja menimpa sebuah keluarga, dan pembantu di kawasan perumahan mewah yang ada di Surabaya, yaitu Galaxy Residence.
Penjahat tersebut menyatroni lokasi.
Caranya memanfaatkan pembantu rumah tangga (PRT).
Sehingga, pembantu tersebut akhirnya menjadi tak sadar usai terkena gendam pelaku.
Kapolrestabes Surabaya, Kombes Pol Rudi Setiawan menjabarkan kejadian tersebut bermula saat pembantu itu ditemui pria tak dikenal.
Pria tersebut diketahui bernama Sandy Ardiansyah warga Cianjur, Jawa Barat.
"Dipengaruhi. Pertama disapa, kenalan, tanya alamat dan langsung pelaku mengatakan mbak ini punya masalah, kebetulan saat itu pembantu punya masalah. Diyakinkan," ujar Rudi pada Selasa (5/12/2017).
Sandy pun mengajak kedua pembantu ke mobilnya dan memberikan tisu, selanjutnya sandy meminta pembantu tersebut meludah.
"Saat itu diyakinkan ludah pembantu itu berdarah. Pelaku bilang ini lo darah, mbak ini benar bermasalah. Dia kasih solusinya untuk ikuti instruksinya," ujar Rudi.
Saat itulah, pembantu tersebut terpengaruh ia kemudian diberi nomer handphone dan diperintahkan melakukan hal gila di kamar majikannya.
Pembantu tersebut saat itu hanya menuruti saja permintaan pelaku.
Sebab, saat itu dia sudah terkena pengaruh ilmu gendam pelaku.
Yaitu, membuka kamar, dan lemari milik majikannya.
Dikontrol melalui handphone, pembantu berinisial S mengambil barang berharga milik majikannya yang ada di dalam kamar.
Usai mengambil barang berharga, pembantu tersebut menyerahkan barang tersebut kepada rekan kerjanya yang berinisial A.
A memberikan barang tersebut kepada pelaku Sandy yang merada di dalam mobil.
"Satreskrim Polrestabes Surabaya beserta rekan-rekan polsek berhasil menangkap pelaku tersebut di rumahnya Cianjur," ujar Rudi Setiawan.

Seorang gadis berjilbab dengan menggunakan pakaian serba hitam dengan tulisan LINMAS di dada sebelah kanannya tampak sedang duduk menunggu untuk ikuti peresmian traffic light di kawasan Darmo Satelit, Surabaya, pada Selasa (5/12/2017).
Sesekali dia tampak bercengkrama dengan kawannya yang juga memakai pakaian senada di sebelahnya.
Gadis itu bernama Erika Andhini Putri, dia adalah anggota Badan Penanggulangan Bencana dan Perlindungan Masyarakat (BPB Linmas) Kota Surabaya.
Gadis berparas ayu itu mengatakan dirinya bergabung dengan BPB Linmas Kota Surabaya karena panggilan jiwa.
"Saya memang berada di lapangan, selain itu saya juga tidak bisa terpaku pada satu hal. Jadi menurut saya, saya memang cocok bekerja disini," katanya.
Awalnya, Rika, panggilan akrabnya, penasaran dengan tugas BPB Linmas yang banyak ditujukan dalam hal kemanusian, seperti mengatur lalu lintas, membantu menyebrangkan jalan hingga melakukan kegiatan pengamanan.
Karena rasa penasaran itulah, Rika rela meninggalkan usaha jualan onde-ondenya yang beromzet Rp 2,8 juta tiap dua minggu.
Rika juga rela meninggalkan profesi sebelumnya sebagai model di sebuah agensi foto yang saat itu dibayar sekitar Rp 400 ribu sekali tampil.
"Ayah saya saat itu bilang, kalau memang ingin terjun ke masyarakat, tinggalkan usaha jualanmu atau usaha-usaha yang lain dan mulailah mengabdi, daftarlah," ujarnya.
Usai mendaftar, Rika ternyata berhasil sebagai salah satu orang yang diterima, padahal waktu itu ada 200 orang yang mendaftar sebagai anggota BPB Linmas Kota Surabaya.
Saat sudah resmi jadi anggota BPB Linmas Kota Surabaya, alumni SMK Sejahtera Surabaya itu mendapatkan banyak pengalaman.
Satu di antaranya saat dia harus menolong korban kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terluka parah sehingga banyak mengeluarkan darah.
Akibatnya, Rika sempat syok dan mual-mual seharian.
"Tapi setelah kejadian itu sudah enggak syok lagi hingga sekarang," ucap perempuan yang pernah bekerja di sebuah rumah sakit itu kemudian tertawa pelan.
Selama tiga tahun menjadi pasukan BPB Linmas di lapangan, pada April 2017 lalu Rika dipercaya mengemban tugas baru sebagai Humas BPB Linmas Kota Surabaya.
"Sekarang saya dipercaya untuk memegang humas bersama satu orang rekan, khususnya menangani sosial media dan informasi yang masuk untuk diteruskan ke Command Center 112," tandasnya.
Rika kedepannya berharap masih tetap jadi anggota BPB Linmas dan bisa kuliah.
"Sebenarnya saya ingin lanjut kuliah, tapi belum tahu kapan dan mau daftar dimana," pungkas perempuan ayu berpawakan mungil tersebut kemudian tersenyum.
3. Rindu Kegemaran Lamanya, Anggota Dewan Surabaya Ini Kenakan Pakaian Classic Country ke Tempat Kerja
Meski menjadi anggota dewan yang sibuk, tidak lantas membuat pria ini menghilangkan hobinya.
Adalah Riswanto, anggota Komisi C DPRD Surabaya yang memiliki hobi dan kegemaran pada jenis musik era 80an.
Tak hanya jenis musiknya, ia pun mengoleksi pakaian mode classic country ala penyanyi slow rock pada zamannya.
Seperti yang dikenakannya hari ini, Selasa (5/12/2017).
Ia menggunakan kemeja putih dengan aksen retro, ikat pinggang bertulis "Rock," jeans, dan sepatu pantofel.
"Ini pakaian paling sederhana, karena classic country yang retro biasanya dipenuhi aksen hiasan, logam-logam dan rumbai. Ini kan cuma ikat pinggang saja yang menonjol," kata Riswanto, Selasa (5/12/2017).
Politisi PDI Perjuangan tersebut mengatakan, jarang sekali mengenakan pakaian ala retro sejak duduk di kursi DPRD.
Posisinya sebagai wakil rakyat membuatnya tidak ingin tampil mencolok dengan pakaian yang sebenarnya telah banyak ia koleksi.
Namun kadang ia mengaku merasa rindu mengenakan kostum tersebut.
Maka ia akan memilh pakaian dengan mengurangi aksen heboh untuk dikenakan.
Meski tetap kerap terlihat berbeda dengan pakaian sehari-hari.
"Kadang kan kangen pingin pakai. Ini sudah tiga tahun sejak jadi anggota dewan jarang pakai. Pakai pun disederhanakan gak pakai yang terlalu rame," cerita Riswanto pada TribunJatim.com.
Sejak jadi anggota dewan, ia memilih kostum yang lebih bisa dipakai untuk bekerja sekalipun tak meninggalkan perhitungan modisnya.
Ia mengakui menaruh perhatian pada penampilan, khusunya pakaian yang dikenakan.
"Suka yang rapi meski suka musik slow rock, tidak suka dengan penampilan acak kadut," tambahnya.
Kegemarannya mengenakan kostum modis pernah membuat ia ditertawakan Wali Kota Surabaya, Tri Rismaharini.
Saat itu, di sidang paripurna, Riswanto mendapat tugas membaca pandangan partai.
Ia yang menggunakan jas batik ketat terlihat nyentrik dengan celana yang senada.
"Pernah ditertawakan Bu Risma, padahal belum pakai yang rumbai-rumbai," cerita Riswanto.
4. Sasar Rumah Kosong Saat Libur di Rungkut, Pria Ini Nekat Curi Sepeda Pancal, Nasibnya Jadi Begini
Kesempatan long weekend digunakan pria asal Rungkut Menanggal gondol sepeda angin milik warga.
Manghayu Kukuh Bagaskara alias Koko harus berurusan dengan polisi.
Pria berumur 20 tahun itu ditangkap lantaran mencuri sepeda angin milik warga Wonoayu, Rungkut, Jumat (24/11/2017).
Ia bersama rekannya terekam kamera CCTV rumah korban berinisial EF (49).
Dari situlah, jejak kejahatan pria bertato ini terekam.
Tak berkutik, Koko ditangkap polisi tim anti bandit Polsek Rungkut, Minggu (3/12/2017).
"Berdasarkan rekaman CCTV, pelakunya berhasil ditangkap oleh Team Anti Bandit Polsek Rungkut. Kami masih lakukan pengembangan," ujar Kanit Reskrim Polsek Rungkut, AKP Abdul Karim Renggur, pada Senin (4/12/2017).
Selain mengamankan pelaku, polisi juga mengamankan barang bukti satu unit sepeda motor honda beat no pol L 5052 FX yang digunakan pelaku.
Koko harus mendekam di tahanan Polsek Rungkut.
Seperti diberitakan sebelumnya, rumah korban EF ditinggal berlibur ke Gersik bersama keluarganya.
Korban mengaku lupa mengunci pagar rumahnya.
Saat itulah pelaku menyelinap masuk dan menggondol sepeda angin milik korban.
5. Sasar Perumahan di Surabaya, Penggendam Raup Barang Mewah Mulai Berlian hingga Arloji
Sejumlah uang dan perhiasan mewah dibeber polisi di meja sebagai barang bukti kasus gendam di sebuah perumahan di Surabaya.
Gendam tersebut dilakukan oleh Sandy Ardiansyah (29), warga Cianjur, Jawa Barat.
Sandy melibatkan dua pembantu perumahan, sebut saja Siti dan Ana.
Ia menyuruh pembantu tersebut mengambil barang-barang berharga milik majikannya.
Barang-barang tersebut berupa arloji bermerek Guess, Fossil, dan Alexandre Christie.
Selain itu, ada juga puluhan batu berlian emerald, aquamarine, king safir, kecubung brazil, dan black diamond (berlian hitam).
Sejumlah pakaian, kacamata dan uang jutaan rupiah dan dolar juga turut menjadi barang bukti.
"Pembantu ini disuruh membuka lemari dengan cara mencongkel menggunakan obeng besar. Ditemukan barang-barang ini terbagi dari perhiasan mewah, jam tangan, permata, berlian dan sebagainya," ujar Kapolrestabes Surabaya, Kombes Pol Rudi Setiawan sembari memegang berlian, Selasa (5/12/2017).
Usai mendapatkan barang mewah, pelaku menyuruh pembantu tersebut keluar dan memberikannya kepada pelaku yang sudah menunggu di mobil.
"Mobil yang digunakan adalah mobil sewaan," ujar Rudi Setiawan.
Usai meraup barang mewah tersebut, pelaku meninggalkan pembantu.
"Pembantu mengaku tidak sadar. Di bawah kontrol tersangka," tambah Rudi.
