Seorang pilot penerbangan sipil ditangkap anggota Satnarkoba Polres Kupang Kota, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Senin(4/12). Pilot pesawat Lion Air JT 924 berinisial MS itu ditangkap di kamar T‑more Hotel Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur, sekitar pukul 21.20 Wita.
MS diduga menggunakan narkoba jenis sabu. Saat ditangkap, polisi mengamankan barang bukti sabu seberat 0,3 gram.
Seorang wanita cantik ikut diamankan saat penangkapan sang pilot. Wanita yang belum diketahui identitasnya itu diduga sudah bersuami.
Foto MS dan si wanita beredar dan diberikan dari sumber terpercaya. Keduanya difoto saat masih berada di kamar hotel tempat kejadian perkara. MS memakai baju kaos oblong warna biru dengan bagian dada tertulis 'Iron Maiden' dipadu jeans.
Memakai kaos lengan pendeng membuat tato di lengan kirinya terekspose.
Pria yang tinggal di RT 005 RW 009 Kelurahan Jurang Mangu Barat, Pondok Areng, Tangerang tersebut merupakan pilot senior. Sedangkan si wanita memakai baju hijau dipadu jeans hitam. Setelah diamankan, MS dan teman wanitanya digelandang ke Mapolres Kupang Kota.
Kabid Humas Polda NTT Kombes Jules A Abast mengatakan polisi telah memeriksa urine MS, pilot senior Lion Air yang ditangkap di salah satu hotel di Kupang. Hasilnya, urine MS positif mengandung narkotika.
"Diduga telah mengonsumsi narkotika jenis sabu dan terdapat sisa narkotika yang belum dikonsumsi seberat sekitar 0,57 mg," ujarnya.
Sejumlah barang bukti disita dalam penangkapan itu, seperti 1 bong, 4 sedotan, 2 pemantik, 1 ponsel genggam, dan 1 botol minuman keras merek Black Label yang telah dikonsumsi. "Untuk tersangka MS saat ini telah diamankan di Polres Kupang Kota," ucapnya.
Ramaditya Handoko, Corporate Communication Lion Air Group mengatakan manajemen Lion Air mengucapkan terima kasih kepada BNN dan pihak Kepolisian yang terus melakukan pemberantasan pengedaran dan penggunaan narkoba.
Lion sangat mendukung termasuk pemberantasan penggunaan di kalangan awak pesawat.
"Manajemen Lion Air melakukan pengecekan urine awak pesawat setiap pagi pada penerbangan perdana mereka sesuai ketentuan. Khusus untuk pilot juga dilakukan tes kesehatan setiap 6 bulan sekali," kata Rama.
Penerbang yang diduga tersebut adalah pilot senior yang telah bekerja di lion air sejak tahun 2014 dan mempunyai catatan kesehatan, serta sikap dan perilaku yang baik.
Jika yang bersangkutan terbukti sebagai pengguna maka akan dikenakan sanksi sesuai dengan peraturan perusahaan termasuk pemberhentian sebagai pegawai. "Tentunya kami akan pecat," tegas Rama.

Pintu depan hitam dihias dengan ornamen natal. Rumah satu lantai itu tampak sepi. Tak ada satu pun penghuni yang keluar dari dalam rumah. Selisih delapan rumah dari kediaman MS, berdiri rumah Ketua RT 05 bernama Poppy.
Rumah Poppy berpagar cokelat dengan cat tembok hijau. Perempuan berpostur tinggi ini, mengatakan kalau MS telah tinggal sejak tahun 90‑an di wilayahnya. "Tinggal sejak 90‑an. Telah memiliki dua anak, satu laki‑laki dan satunya lagi perempuan," ujar Poppy.
Poppy menyebut sosok MS sebagai orang yang cukup aktif di lingkungan. MS dikenal sebagai sosok yang dermawan. Tak ada gelagat aneh dari MS selama tinggal di Japos Graha Lestari, "Pak MS orang yang baik," ujar Poppy.
Raut muka Poppy berubah saat mendengar kabar Pilot Lion Air dengan penerbangan JT924 itu diciduk oleh aparat. Poppy langsung meninggalkan sesi wawancara. Ia masuk ke salah satu kamar di rumahnya selama 15 menit, saat ke luar "Maaf mas saya mau ke acara pengajian," ujar Poppy, seraya menutup pintu.
Duduk di warung dekat kediaman Poppy, seorang pria setengah baya bernama Satrio menceritakan sosok MS. Ia kerap berbincang dengan MS di warung tersebut. Menurutnya, MS, dikenal ramah.
Kedermawanan MS, ucap Satrio, dapat dilihat dari empat warung yang ada di sekitar Perumahan Japos Graha Lestari. Listrik dari keempat warung dibiayai oleh MS, "Kaget saya dengar kabar itu, (MS diciduk). Orangnya baik kok, ini empat warung listriknya dari dia," ujar Satrio.
