“MEMBONGKAR KECURANGAN DI TOKO EMAS”
Saya hobi beli² cincin emas, tapi cuma sekedar hobi beli. Nggak suka pakai, dan belum pernah menjualnya. Beberapa hari yang lalu, saya butuh duit. Jadi saya pengen menjual beberapa cincin yang saya anggap modelnya ude enggak banget 😁.
Cincin² ini saya beli di 3 toko. Sebut saja toko A, B, dan C.
Sekitar jam 8-an, saya start bawa cincin² itu beserta surat²nya. Destinasi pertama, ke toko A yang letaknya paling deket dengan rumah.
.: Di Toko A :.
Kesalahan saya, langsung ke counter bertuliskan ‘khusus jual’. Seharusnya saya tanya² dulu, pura² jd orang mau beli cincin, jd tahu harga pasaran sekarang berapa. Nah, namanya belum pernah, jd ya begitu dateng, langsung keluarin cincin ma suratnya.
“Mas, mau jual cincin. Laku berapa ya sekarang?” <— salah banget.
Kemudian Mas² itu melihat² surat emasnya, ngecek² cincinnya, lalu bilang, “Sekarang harga emas lagi turun, Bu..” <— ini senjata penjual buat orang yang mau jual emas. Kalau kita di posisi orang yang mau beli, ya sebaliknya. 😏
“Jadi, kena berapa se-gram-nya?”
“Masih ajeg Bu,, tapi dipotong 15rb pergramnya.”
“Oh gitu ya? Ga bisa lebih kah?” tanyaku.
Lalu Mas² yang agak melambai itu menjelaskan panjang lebar yang intinya harga emas lagi turun, di mana² kalau jual emas ya kena potongan. Ituuu.
Ok lah, aku manut. Namanya pertama kali, ya terima² aja. Harga beli di nota 370rb, kena potongan 15rb, jd kenanya 355rb/gram. aku lupa pastinya, pokoke aku dapet 3jt sekian untuk 2 cincin 70% & 1 cincin 75%.
.: Lanjut ke Toko B :.
Berbekal pengalaman di toko A, aku lebih pede lagi pas ke toko B. Tapi teteup,, masih melakukan kesalahan yang sama. 😁 Dateng² bilang, “Mba mau jual cincin..”
“Ok Mba, tek timbang dulu ya..”
“Ditimbang buat apa ya?”
“Kalau jual emas, di mana² ya emang gitu. Soale kalau emas abis dipakai kan emang susut mba beratnya..” <— senjata bakul emas, sukanya ngomong ‘di mana²’. Padahal ga semuanya begitu. 😒
“Ah masa sih, barusan saya jual cincin tiga biji, nggak gitu kok. Berati cuma di sini aja ya yang begini?”
“Ya enggak Mbak, di mana² ya begitu. Mungkin Mbak baru beli dijual lagi kali, bla bla bla” aku ga inget dia ngomong apa aja. Tapi yang jelas dia ngeyel.
“Emas dipakai harusnya tambah berat Mba. Kan kena daki, ada sisa sabun yang nempel.. Kok ini malah nyusut? Berati cuma di sini kan? Buktinya di toko tadi enggak ada acara timbang²an lagi tuh?”
Pun mbaknya tetep ngeyel dengan kata ‘di mana-mana’. 😒
“Susut 0,1 gram Mba. Jadi 4,7.” kata Mbaknya.
“Busyeet! Pembohongan publik memang ya! Semua ketentuan ditulis. Dipotong sekian ribu, aku terima, gpp. Karena emang ditulis di suratnya! Ini kenapa ada potong²an kok ga ditulis? Kan namanya mengelabuhi pembeli!” aku muntab.
Denger ada orang mamah², kokoh-nya keluar. “Kenapa Bu?”
Aku menjelaskan. Jebul cara jawab kokohe lebih mbosenin dari Mbak-e.. 😂 Aku makin esmosi.
“Ya nggak bisa kaya gitu lah. Aku loh, barusan, ga ada seperempat jam yang lalu, baruuu aja jualan cincin. Ga ada acara potong²an gitu tuh.”
Kokohe tetep ga percaya kalo aku baru jual². Sampai tanya ditoko mana? Tek jawab tokonya, dia jawab “Ga mungkin!” aku jawab apa lagi dia ngeyel dengan jawaban kekeuh yang tak berdasar.
Sampai² akhirnya dia bilang, “Yaudah. Maunya Ibu apa?” <— nah guweh suka yang ini kwkwkw.. 😂
“Maunya ya kaya yang di surat perjanjian lah! Di situ ga ada potong²an kok. Kalau mau potong ya ditulis di keterangan. Jadi nggak mengelabuhi konsumen namanya!”
“Ga bisa! Pokoke kaya gitu. Yawis gini aja. Ini kukasih harga kaya yang di nota wis. Pokoke Ibu’e dapet harga yang sama kaya pas beli. Gimana?”
Aku mikir. Hmmm.. Perdebatan dan perngeyelan yang panjang ini sudah harus diakhiri. Ok lah. Daripada kaya harga awal, kudu dipotong 20rb. Kan aku lebih rugi. Lumayan lah.. Ok deal. Aku dikasih duit satu koma berapa ya, lupa. Pokoke pergramnya kena 350rb, sama kaya pas aku beli. Nah, coba kalo aku ga ngeyel. Udah jadi 4,7 dikali 330 lagi! Kan lumayan banget ya, 20rb ping.. 😁
Ok uang sudah kuterima. Bodohnya aku, ndadak takon meng Mbak²e, “Mbak, emang kalau jual emas ikutnya harga nota apa harga pasaran sih?”
“Harga pasaran.”
“Emang harga pasaran kaya cincinku berapa?”
“370 munggah Mba..”
Oh.. Pantes Kokoh²nya ngelosaken dengan harga 350/gr, dengan alesan ‘susut, tapi kan ga kena potongan 20rb/gram’. Ya iya lah. Wong pasarane 370 ke atas, masih bati lah. Awas kweh Koh, ra maning² tuku mas nang tokomu! 😠 *eh tapi ini ada yang beli di situ dan belum tek jual 😁😭
“MEMBONGKAR KECURANGAN DI TOKO EMAS”
.: Lanjut ke toko C :.
Pengalaman di toko A dan toko B makin membuatku waspada. Jadi pas masuk, aku pura² mau beli.
“Yang kaya gini segramnya berapa Mba?”
“445” hohoho ini memang toko baru, eksklusif banget model²nya, karatnya juga tinggi.
“Ok, aku mau jual cincin!”
Dyarrrr… Mbak-e salting 😛
Pas diitung², mbak-e langsung ngasih duit ke aku.
“Kena segini ya Mba..” *aku lupa nominalnya.
“Wait wait wait.. Jadi segramnya kena berapa nih?
“Ya 420, dikurangi 15rb, dikali 3,53 gram.”
“Loh, katanya segram 445, kok ini pakai harga nota?”
“Ya emang gitu Mba..”
“Emang gitu gimana? Barusan aku jual di dua toko loh ya. Yang namanya jual emas ya pakainya harga pasaran sekarang. Apa cuma di toko ini yang pakai harga nota?”
“Ya enggak Mba.. Di mana² ya begitu.” <— senjatane metu.
Aku melu ngetokna senjata, “Berati toko ini mengelabuhi pembeli ya? Kenapa nggak ditulis, penjualan menggunakan harga nota! Biar pembeli nggak kecewa!”
“Ya nggak mengelabuhi. Memang begitu ketentuannya. Mungkin Mba beli di toko tadi sudah lama kali. Di sini kan Mba beli belum lama. Jadi masih pakai harga nota.”
“Mbak, aku dateng ke Cilacap itu baru 1,5 tahun. Jadi beli antara toko sana sama sini itu ga nyampe 10 tahun. Ngerti? Paling sebulan dua bulan!”
Lalu Mbak-e beralasan lain lagi, bilangnya pernah kerja di toko A, jd dia tahu betul seluk beluk toko A. Dan disangkanya aku bohong.
“Ok. Let’say aku beli cincin itu ya (nunjuk ke deretan cincin), segramnya 450. Aku jual satu tahun kemudian, segram turun jadi 400rb. Berati aku tetep dapet harga 450 kan ya?!” <— senjata berikutnya: analogi. 😁
“Ya enggak. Tetep 400rb!” jawab Mbak²nya spontan. 😁
“Nah..! Itu artinya apa? Artinya, yang dipakai adalah harga pasaran! Saat jual! Bukan saat beli!” Heheheu kena deh..
“Ya enggak Mba. Pada waktu beli kan biasanya ditawari nanti jualnya pakai harga apa?” <— beralibi makin ga jelas.
“Lah kok malah tambah aneh. Jadi pembeli harus tanya dulu gitu? Trus nanti ditulis di kertasnya gitu, ‘penjualan menggunakan harga pasar’ gitu? Lah kok nggak ditulis sekalian? Apa itu namanya nggak mengelabuhi? Baru denger saya istilah takon²an disit. Apa karena ini toko mas baru? Jadi gawe aturan sejen?”
Lagi muntab² gini, boz-e datang. Saya suka saya suka.. 😁😍
“Ada apa?” tanyanya. Dilihat mukanya memang ngademin. 😁
“Gini loh Ko. Harga sekarang 445. Aku beli 420. Lah kok aku jual pake harga nota dipotong 20rb. Ya aku ruginya dobel² lah ya Ko.. yang bener aja. Ya minimale kan sama kaya harga beli lah. Nggak untung juga gpp wong aku beli emas karena emang bukan mau cari untung. Tapi jangan rugi kebangeten dong..”
“Ya udah. Kasih harga sama kaya beli aja! Ga usah kena potongan!” perintah si boz pd karwannya. Si Mbak tdk berkutik. 😁
Nahloh.. Bener kan prediksiku, Kokoh² ini ‘biza’ nih.😁😍
Ok lah, untuk ke-dua kalinya hampir saja dikelabuhi bakul emas! Akhirnya pulang dengan hati ga tenang.. Kwkwkw. Iya ga tenang. Karena bimbang, arep mbaleni meng toko A apa ora ya?! 😁
Daripada membiarkan hati penasaran berkelanjutan. Ok lah. Bismillah ke toko A. Apapun hasilnya, niatku cuma butuh klarifikasi. Tadi jan²e pakai harga nota, apa harga pasar?! 😁
.: Kembali ke Toko A :.
Langsung berpura² jadi calon pembeli.
“Mbak, yang 70% segram berapa sekarang?”
“Beda² Mba, paling murah 398. Liyane ya 400 munggah.”
Batinku, kamfrettttt.. 😂
“Ini kalau aku beli ini brati dijualnya pake harga apa mba?”
“Ya ngikut harga pas njual mba..”
“Jadi harga pasar pas aku jual ya mba?”
“Iya..”
Aku langsung esmosi. Tak parani Mas² melambai sing mau, ke bagian penjualan.
“Tadi aku jual cincin dihargai 355. Sedangkan pasaran minimale 398. Maksudmu apa? Arep nipu pembeli apa?”
“Siapa yang bilang 398?”
“Lha kaeh Mbak’e. Nembe bae takon. Mentang² nyong ra takon, koe ngregani sembarangan ya?!” aku wis esmosi.
“Ya enggak Bu. Cincine Ibune memang regane segitu.”
“Segitu kepriwe? Jelas² minimale 390. Kok aku diregani harga nota, 370. Udah gitu kena potongan lagi 15ewu. Apa kiye jenengane ora menipu, hah?”
Bocah kuwe ketakutan. Akhire ngundang batire. Cah wedon. Nah, orang ini nih yang paling menjengkelkan di antara karyawan² emas yang kutemui pagi itu.
Dia mengulang² penjelasan, bahwa harga jual beda dengan harga emas beli saat ini. tapi pas kukasi analogi kaya pas di toko B, dia ho oh-in, tapi tetep mengaku bahwa emasku special case. Nggak bisa pokoke. Dialog berjalan alot, sampai aku tanya, “Mana bozmu!”
“Nggak disini.” Nyolot ngomongnya.
“Ga mungkin. Itu ruangan boz. Bisakah saya ngomong sebentar?”
“Aku yang paling tinggi di sini!”
“Ok kasi nomor telpon saja.”
“Nggak bisa!” Matanya diserem²in kaya Neneknya Tapasya.
“Ok deal ya. Sini kupoto mukamu. Jangan heran kalau nanti beredar di sosmed. Tokomu dadi ra payu. Atau parah²nya masuk surat pembaca Suara Merdeka!”
“Ya sebentar ya Bu tak tanyain bos dulu..”
“Lah kuweh,, ana bosmu. Miki nglomboni ngomong langka!” aku yang nggendong Ocang bobo tanpa jarit, nganti kemeng diskusi karo bocah tukang nglomboni kuwe.
Lamaaaa banget ora metu². aku bolak balik tanya ke pegawai lain, dijawab, “Tunggu ya Bu..” Tunggu kepriwe, anakku ngising belum dicewoki sampai keturon gara² diskusi alot cuma mau memperjuangkan hak pembeli yang terdzolimi. Huh!
Setelah sekitar 20mnt menunggu, akhire njedul juga bocah kuwe. Tapi dia minta aku menepi ke pojok yang sepi.
“Nih Bu, Boz setuju Ibune dikasih rega awal tanpa potongan.”
aku wis apal trik-e. Janjane ya pihak toko masih untung, orang harga sekarang udah naik.
“Nah gitu dong, aku nggak berharap untung enggak Mba. Tapi minimale jujur lah. Harga pasaran sekian, dipotong sekian.”
Eh dia masih nyolot, “Ya emang begitu Bu kalau jual emas. Tuh buktinya nggak ada yang reang2 kaya Ibune.”
“Eh please ya! Tadi pas aku ra ngerti juga lempeng, ra reang. Mbasa aku ngerti nek bar dilemboni kan ya baru reang! Wis gagean! aku ditambahi berapa!?”
Mbak² kurang ajar itu ngitung² pake kalkulator. Akhirnya aku ditambaih 189rb kalau ga salah, dikasi sesuai harga asli. Nah loh! Coba kalau aku nggak balik lagi..!?! 😠😡
Kesimpulan:
1) 3x masuk toko emas, 3x pula reang² karo bakule. Tapi endingnya, alhamdulillah berhasil dikembalikan haknya.
2) pas mau beli, pastikan. Ketika mau jual lagi, nanti diitungnya sesuai harga apa? Harga nota apa harga pasar? Nah,,, untuk menentukan harga pasar itulah yang aku ga tahu. Bilangnya sih harga pasar jual beda ama harga beli saat itu. Entahlah, kurang paham aku.
3) Transaksi penjualan di ketiga toko emas itu ritme-nya sama, dibuat secepat mungkin, seolah dibikin tergesa², agar kita ga tny macem² dan langsung setuju pd harga yang berikan. Padahal harusnyakita lebih teliti sebelum menjual. Bila perlu sudah dihitung dulu perkiraannya dari rumah.
4) Belilah emas pada toko emas yang amanah. aku punya pengalaman beli di sebuah toko emas di Pasar Gede, dua kali beli, pertama ngepasi adzan ashar. Kedua, ngepasi adzan dzuhur. Dua²nya si boz itu izin sama aku (pas nglayani aku) karena dia mau ke mesjid dulu, sholat jamaah. Trus aku diserahkan ke karyawannya yang mbak². Kalau yang semacam ini juga mengelabuhi membeli emasku dibeli dengan harga nota juga, ya berati kesimpulane : wis, rasah tuku emas²an! 😂 Tapi in syaa Allah yang ini udah paling amanah lah ketimbang yang kokoh² kae. Walau mungkin model-e ga sebagus emas²e kokoh-e, tapi ya daripada esmosi mening. Enggane dikelabuhi sama yang semacam ini juga, ya masih enak ole mengingatkan. Karena visi misi kita kan sama, jannah. Masa enggane dodolane untung dari hasil mengelabuhi customer.. :'(
5) kalau ga mau rugi ya jangan beli emas perhiasan. Beli emas batangan. Walau bilangnya jualnya ga ribed, ah kata siapa.. Heheheu.
Dilema ya?! Punya uang kalau bentuk cash, cepet abis. Ditabung di bank, lagi musim amblas digondol maling. Nek aku sih paling ya digondol OL shop.. 😂 Trus bwt beli emas, resikone kudu eyel²an pas jual. Ya wis lah mending disebar bae ke pos² yang memang butuh, sisane disebar nggo wong liya sing juga butuh, trus kita nyekel seperlune bae lah. Rasah khawatir pas butuh pas ra nduwe duit. In syaa Allah tulih direwangi nggolet nang Gusti Allah, ya kan? Heheheu.
Bismillah. Niat insun adol² emas, kuras² butab. Melu² pesan-e pak Ustadz. Salah, jika ada pepatah mengatakan, menabung pangkal kaya. yang benar, shodaqoh pangkal kaya. Karena dengan menabung cuma bikin kita segitu² aja. Heheheu..
*Sungguh pengalaman itu mahal harganya. Termasuk pengalaman eyel²an karo bakul emas..
