Kita bahas pembubaran PKS ya... Supaya KPK (banci), ICW (banci) dan Istana (korup) bahagia di pagi hari yg gerimis ini hehe

1. Eng ing eng ...PKS meradang. Blm 1 pun kader partainya yg terbukti korupsi di pengadilan, ICW & antek2 Cikeas desak PKS dibubarkan

2. Wajar PKS marah besar. Partai2 lain sdh tak terhitung kadernya masuk penjara. Dari kasus korupsi sampai kasus birahi. Kok aman2 saja?

3. Ketika ada sangkaan korupsi pada kader PKS kenapa perlakuannya beda? Opini yg tercipta (atau diciptakan) berbeda? Ada apa ini? Hehe

4. Lucunya lagi, yg pertama kali usulkan pembekuan atau pembubaran adalah ICW. LSM antikorupsi yg sdh sakit gigi bahkan disangka telah mati

5. Apakah PKS dapat dibubarkan dgn alasan PKS secara hukum terbukti terima uang hasil dari korupsi kader/pengurusnya? Dapat. Bisa.

6. Partai dapat dibubarkan jika terbukti melanggar larangan yg diatur dalam Pasal 40 UU No 2 Tahun 2011 jo. UU No 2 Tahun 2008 (UU Parpol)

7. Diantaranya, Partai Politik dilarang: melakukan kegiatan yang bertentangan dengan UUD 1945 dan peraturan perundang-undangan ; atau

9. Menganut dan mengembangkan serta menyebarkan ajaran atau paham komunisme/Marxisme-Leninisme (Pasal 40 ayat 5 UU Parpol)

10. Nah, dari pasal2 tsb, tentu alasan usulan pembubaran PKS lebih pada sangkaan (karena blm terbukti) PKS telah langgar perUUan yg berlaku

11. Apakah jika nanti PKS terbukti langgar UU, kita setuju PKS dibubarkan? Setuju ! Kenapa? Karena kita mau tegakkan hukum secara benar !

31. Bank Mandiri tanpa diketahui sebabnya mencairkan kredit 1.6 Triliun ke JIEC yg kemudian uang kredit haram itu mengalir kemana2.

32. Sesuai bukti uang, 1.6 Triliun itu hny 200 M utk pengembangan JIEC/PRJ. 500 M utk takeover 40% saham PT. Wisma Metropolitan Kencana

39. Kenapa KPK tdk mau usut korupsi Hartati yg libatkan PD, PDIP, Mega dan SBY itu? Pdhl Hartati tdk kemana2. Dia dipenjara dlm kasus Buol
