Begitulah kebohongan demi kebohongan KPK,dan bagaimana agar kebohongan ini tertutupi KPK mengajak media mendatangi DPP PKS untuk melakukan penyitaan mobil LHI, agar media meliput dan rakyat Indonesia menjadi yakin Bahwa LHI benar bersalah. anehnya tanpa surat penyitaan dan mereka tidak tahu mobil mana yang mau disita,akhirnya mereka memberi garis KPK semua mobil yang ada terserah mau punya LHI atau tidak, yang penting diliput media.
Tapi apa hendak dikata orang tua di pedesaan aja mengerti kalau ini penzaliman untuk LHI dan PKS. Ini menjadi preseden buruk buat KPK.
Dari rentetan kejadian yang menimpa LHI, “maka saya memutuskan saya akan membebaskan LHI jika saya Abraham Samad”.
Ini saya lakukan demi penyelamatan harkat dan martabat KPK.saya bisa menjelaskan kepublik bahwa kali ini KPK silap dan ini menjadi pelajaran kedepan. toh KPK juga manusia biasa yang tak luput dari salah dan khilaf. saya yakin rakyat tidak akan marah karena KPK kata-katanya bagaikan Firman Tuhan.
Menurut saya ini adalah yang terbaik,dari pada saya melanjutkan kasus ini, hari demi hari saya menghabiskan waktu dan usia saya untuk mencari-cari kesalahan LHI, menutup-nutupi kebohongn yang pertama dan akhirnya menimbulkan kebohongan kedua,untuk menutupi kebohongan kedua kami harus melakukan kebohongan yang ketiga .begitu seterusnya akhirnya kebohongan menumpuk dan rakyat Indonesia akan marah.
Lebih baik saya stop Kasus ini dengan menyatakan LHI bebas karena buktinya kurang, toh Negara belum RUGI, baru akan rugi. Lebih elegan jika kami KPK menghabiskan tenaga dan Pikiran untuk menuntaskan kasus Hambalang dan Century yang jelas-jelas merugikan Negara…
Kami yakin jika dua kasus ini tuntas maka menjadi kebanggaan buat kami(KPK) yang akan kami ceritakan suatu saat kepada anak cucu kami…

Satu bulan LHI dipenjara Rutan Guntur berkas juga belum selesai, bagaimana mau selesai berkas wong buktinya tidak didapaatkan KPK, akhirnya takut kehilangan muka karena kebohongan pertama maka KPK kenakan pasal pencucian uang utk LHI . Apa pidana pokoknya sehingga dituduh melakukan tindak pidana pencucian uang? Pidana pokok yg mungkin, ya suap tadi. Lo bukti suap gak ketemu-ketemu, malah pindah sangkaan pencucian uang. Lihat pasal cucian uang: menerima, bla2…uang yg diduga diketahui hasil tindak pidana.Konstruksinya, LHI terima uang yg diduga diketahui LHI hasil tindak pidana.Tindak pidana apa? Ya tindak pidana suap yg tak bisa dibuktikan tadi.Lho gimana membuktikannya?
