ADAKAH SAH SEMBAHYANG DENGAN MINYAK WANGI DAN MINYAK RAMBUT YANG MENGANDUNGI ALKOHOL??
Islam telah meletakkan kebersihan sebagai kunci bagi sahnya ibadat sembahyang. Oleh kerana itu tidak akan diterima sembahyang seorang muslim sehingga badannya bersih, pakaiannya bersih dan tempat yang digunakan pun dalam keadaan bersih. Kebersihan dikira sebagai menentukan sahnya sembahyang seseorang itu, kerana najis yang terdapat pada tubuh badan, pakaian atau tempat sembahyang boleh menyebabkan sembahyangnya tidak sah.
Persoalan alkohol selalu dikaitkan dengan sah atau ketidaksahan sembahyang, kerana itu timbullah keraguan adakah alkohol itu najis? Ini kerana ada sebahagian minyak wangi dan minyak rambut mengandungi alkohol sehingga timbul persoalan, bolehkah minyak wangi atau minyak rambut yang bercampur alkohol dibawa sembahyang?
Pengertian alkohol :
Alkohol ialah bahan cecair tanpa warna yang mudah mengewap menjadi gas dan mudah terbakar. Ia boleh dihasilkan melalui dua cara.
i. Penapaian yis karbohidrat (yeast fermentation of carbohydrates)
ii. Sintetik atau tiruan dari campuran bahan kimia (yang bukan daripada sumber semula jadi seperti tumbuhan dan binatang) dengan penghidratan etil (hydration of ethylene). (The New Websters Encyclopedic Dictionary Of The English Language: 17)
Cara yang pertama di atas merupakan cara bagaimana menghasilkan khamar (arak) atau minuman yang memabukkan.
Kenajisan arak :
Menurut jumhur (majoriti) ulama yang terdiri daripada Imam-Imam mazhab yang empat iaitu Imam Abu Hanifah, Imam Malik, Imam asy-Syafie˜i, Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal dan lain-lain ulama rahimahumullah, arak adalah najis berdasarkan firman Allah s.w.t.:
Maksudnya : "Wahai orang-orang yang beriman! Sesungguhnya arak, judi, pemujaan berhala dan mengadu nasib dengan batang batang anak panah adalah (semuanya) kotor (keji) daripada perbuatan syaitan. Oleh itu hendaklah kamu menjauhinya supaya kamu berjaya. (Surah al-Maidah ayat 90)
Oleh kerana arak itu menurut jumhur ulama adalah najis, maka alkohol yang terdapat dalam arak itu pun adalah najis juga. Dari itu, mana-mana alkohol yang dihasilkan atau diambil daripada arak adalah najis juga hukumnya.
Ini memberi maksud bahawa kenajisan alkohol adalah bertitik tolak dari sebab kenajisan arak. Dari itu, dapat difahami bahawa alkohol itu bukanlah semestinya najis jika ia tidak diambil daripada arak, sebagai contoh tapai yang biasa dimakanpun menurut pakar ada mengandungi alkohol, namun ia tidak haram dimakan kerana sifatnya yang tidak memabukkan.
Akan tetapi, jika tapai itu sifatnya memabukkan (sampai ke peringkat boleh memabukkan), maka memakan tapai itu adalah haram. Adapun alkohol yang dihasilkan melalui sintetik atau tiruan dari campuran bahan kimia yang mana sifatnya sangat memudharatkan seperti mana racun, ia adalah suci seperti sucinya ganja, candu, morfin dan lain-lain yang memudharatkan di mana tidak ada seorang ulamapun yang menghukumkannya sebagai najis ainiyyah.
Imam an-Nawawi rahimahullah mengatakan bahawa salah satu najis itu ialah setiap yang memabukkan dalam bentuk cecair. Maksudnya setiap yang memabukkan lagi cair.
Imam Ibnu Hajar rahimahullah dalam menghuraikan kata-kata Imam an-Nawawi rahimahullah di atas berkata: "(Tiap-tiap yang memabukkan) ialah tiap-tiap yang boleh memabukkan. Maka termasuk dalam pengertian itu setitik yang memabukkan; dan yang dikehendaki dengan yang memabukkan di sini ialah apa jua yang boleh menutup atau menghilangkan upaya akal.
Ibnu Hajar rahimahullah menghuraikan lagi: (Cecair) itu seperti arak dengan segala jenisnya yang diambil daripada anggur; dan nira (tuak) yang diambil selain daripada anggur. Dengan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahawa setiap arak mengandungi alkohol, tetapi tidak semua alkohol berasal daripada arak.
Hukum alkohol daripada arak. Alkohol yang dihasilkan atau diambil daripada arak, meminumnya adalah jelas haram sebagaimana keterangannya di atas. Adapun menggunakan minyak wangi atau minyak rambut yang mengandungi alkohol yang diambil daripada arak adalah haram juga, kerana berlumur dengan najis tanpa ada keperluan yang syar’i adalah haram hukumnya sebagaimana kata Ibnu Hajar rahimahullah: "Haram berlumur dengannya (najis) di luar sembahyang pada badan dan pakaian dengan tiada apa sesuatu hajat (yang syar’i)"
Dengan itu, adalah tidak sah sembahyang seseorang yang memakai minyak wangi atau minyak rambut yang mengandungi alkohol yang diambil daripada arak kerana ia adalah najis.
Hukum alkohol sintetik atau tiruan dari campuran bahan kimia. Alkohol sintetik atau tiruan dari campuran bahan kimia adalah haram meminumnya kerana sifatnya yang memudharatkan seperti mana racun. Bagaimanapun minyak wangi atau minyak rambut yang mengandungi alkohol yang dihasilkan melalui sintetik atau tiruan dari campuran bahan kimia adalah harus menggunakannya, kerana ia bukan najis.
Dari itu, adalah sah sembahyang seseorang yang memakai minyak wangi atau minyak rambut yang mengandungi alkohol yang dihasilkan melalui sintetik atau tiruan dari campuran bahan kimia kerana ia bukan najis.
Perkara yang meragukan hendaklah ditinggalkan Tetapi yang menjadi persoalan ialah kita tidak dapat mempastikan bahawa alkohol yang terkandung di dalam sesuatu minyak wangi atau minyak rambut itu, adakah ia diambil dari sumber yang suci atau najis?
Apabila timbul keraguan seumpama ini, menurut ajaran Islam, perkara tersebut hendaklah ditinggalkan. Hasan bin Ali radhiallahu anhuma meriwayatkan bahawa dia telah menghafal daripada Rasulullah shallallahu alaihi wasallam yang bersabda maksudnya : "Tinggalkanlah apa yang meragukanmu kepada apa yang tidak meragukanmu."

Dalam hadis yang lain pula dijelaskan bahawa meninggalkan perkara yang diragui kehalalan dan keharaman sesuatu perkara adalah menandakan kesungguhan seseorang itu dalam memelihara agama dan kehormatannya. Manakala membuat perkara yang masih di dalam kesamaran akan membawa kepada melakukan perkara yang haram.
Sabda Rasulullah Shallallahu ˜alaihi wasallam yang diriwayatkan daripada an-Nu’man bin Basyir radhiallahu anhu:Maksudnya: "Maka barangsiapa yang menjauhi perkara-perkara yang syubhat, (maka) dia telah melepaskan bagi agamanya dan kehormatannya (dari kecaman); dan barangsiapa yang terjatuh di dalam perkara-perkara yang syubhat (maka) jatuhlah dia ke dalam perkara haram."

Oleh itu jelaslah menggunakan minyak wangi atau minyak rambut yang mengandungi alkohol yang bersumber daripada arak adalah haram, kerana ia adalah najis dan tidak sah dibawa sembahyang. Manakala minyak wangi atau minyak rambut yang mengandungi alkohol yang dihasilkan melalui sintetik atau tiruan dari campuran bahan kimia adalah diharuskan, kerana ia bukan najis dan sah dibawa sembahyang.
Walau bagaimanapun apabila timbul keraguan terhadap kedudukan alkohol yang terdapat dalam minyak wangi atau minyak rambut, sama ada ia diambil daripada sumber yang najis atau sumber yang suci, menurut ajaran Islam adalah lebih selamat perkara tersebut ditinggalkan dari menggunakannya. Tambahan pula di pasaran banyak terdapat minyak wangi atau minyak rambut yang sama sekali tidak mengandungi alkohol yang boleh menjadi pilihan kita
