“Karena alat kelamin telah hilang, tidak mungkin ia bisa kembali lagi menjadi perempuan atau laki-laki. Ini kesepakatan yang harus ia pikirkan dalam waku 10-15 tahun kedepan dan sekarang ia masih muda dan harus tetap hidup sampai usianya 80 atau 90 tahun,” tambahnya.
Sejauh ini, Vinny telah melakukan suntik filler di usia 17. Selain itu, ia juga sudah suntik filler 12 kali di pipi serta dua kali di tulang alis, 35 kali perawatan laser, 5 Botox, peeling, lima kali prosedur hidung, dan bila ditotal bisa sampai 110 prosedur untuk memiliki penampilan bak alien seperti sekarang.
Yang lebih gila lagi, selain ingin alat kelamin, Vinny juga ingin menghapus puting susu dan pusar agar terlihat seperti makhluk asing yang sempurna.
“Saya ingin alat kelaminku dipotong karena hidup akan lebih mudah. Saya akan mencari pengganti alat kelamin, lubang untuk buang air kecil,” ungkap pria yang juga berprofesi sebagai model ini.
Ditanya tentang alasan mengapa Vinny menjalani ratusan operasi plastik hingga ingin menghilangkan alat kelaminnya, Vinny menjelaskan bahwa ia melihat dirinya sebagai pelopor.
Dr Simoni mengatakan bahwa prosedur menghilangkan alat kelamin merupakan prosedur baru dan jika terjadi sesuatu akan sulit untuk mengatasinya.

Memiliki bentuk wajah yang aneh tentu membuat Vinny menjadi perhatian dan pembicaraan banyak orang. Apalagi cara berpakaian dan riasannya juga unik. Namun ia mendapat dukungan dari adiknya Daniella dan manajernya Marcela.
“Kekhawatiran terbesar saya hanyalah keamanannya. Saya benar-benar memiliki kekhawatiran tentang cyber bullying dan intimidasi nyata selama kehidupannya sehari-hari,” kata Daniella.
Manajer Vinny Marcela menambahkan, “Saya secara pribadi menyukai penampilan Vinny karena saya selalu menyukai orang-orang yang tidak terlihat normal, atau setidaknya yang menurut masyarakat normal.”
“Saya mendukung transformasi Vinny untuk menjadi manusia tanpa gender. Jika dia siap melakukannya, dan para dokter menyetujui operasi secara legal, saya akan menemaninya di sisinya,” tambahnya.
Terlepas dari peringatan yang diterima Vinny dari para profesional medis, ia tetap bersikeras untuk meneruskan keinginannya menjadi alien tanpa kelamin. Selain itu ia berencana pula untuk mengadopsi tiga anak.
“Saya sangat bahagia dan bangga atas cara saya menjalani hidup saya. Orang mengira saya gila karena penampilan saya, tapi saya pikir saya melakukan sesuatu dengan mendorong batasan dan mengubah cara orang berpikir,” tutup Vinny.
