Saat ini lagi viral resep kue yang berbentuk lucu-lucu, salah satunya adalah bentuk ulat - ulat yang berwarna hijau. Mungkin awalnya lucu ya lihat kue kering ulat ijo yang lagi ngehits itu, tapi ternyata setelah tau hukumnya, gak lucu sama sekali, malah berdosa, kok berdosa???

Mengutip wanita shalihah, ada sebuah pertanyaan yang patut menjadi bahasan kali ini.
Apa hukum membuat permen atau kue dengan bentuk gambar makhluk bernyawa dan apa hukum memperjualbelikannya?
Jawab:
Alhamdulillah,
Tidak diperbolehkan membentuk permen atau kue dan yang lainnya dengan bentuk gambar makhluk bernyawa. Berdasarkan keumuman hadits yang menunjukkan akan haramnya tashwir (menggambar makhluk bernyawa) .
Seperti sabda Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam,
كُلُّ مُصَوِّرٍ فِي النَّارِ ، يَجْعَلُ لَهُ بِكُلِّ صُورَةٍ صَوَّرَهَا نَفْسًا فَتُعَذِّبُهُ فِي جَهَنَّم
“Setiap pembuat gambar tempatnya di neraka. Kelak Allah akan membuatkan untuknya gambar yang pernah ia buat (semasa di dunia) lalu gambar itu menyiksa dirinya di neraka Jahannam.” (HR. Muslim No. 2110)
Dari Abdullah bin Mas’ud radhiallahu’anhu beliau berkata, “Aku mendengar Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam bersabda,
إِنَّ أَشَدَّ النَّاسِ عَذَابًا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ الْمُصَوِّرُون
“Sesungguhnya manusia yang paling keras siksaannya disisi Allah kelak dihari kiamat adalah pembuat gambar.” (HR. Bukhari 5950 dan Muslim 2109)
Para ulama yang tergabung dalam Lembaga Fatwa Saudi Arabia (Allajnah Ad Daimah Lil Ifta) mengatakan,
“Yang menjadi acuan pengharaman tashwir karena tashwir adalah menggambar makhluk yang memilik nyawa. Bisa berupa patung, gambar yang dipajang di dinding, gambar yang dilukiskan di kain, kertas. Baik (diproduksi) secara massal pada pabrik tekstil atau dilukis dengan kuas, pulpen ataupun dengan bantuan peralatan modern.
Termasuk larangan menggambar makhluk bernyawa sesuai dengan bentuk aslinya atau hanya hasil imajinasi semata, kecil ataupun besar, dibuat cantik atau dibuat jelek. Termasuk di dalam larangan, seseorang membuat garis-garis membentuk sebuah kerangka tulang.
Kesimpulannya, semua pengharaman ini dikarenakan oleh sebab menggambar makhluk yang memiliki nyawa. Seperti contoh gambar-gambar hasil imajinasi yang dianggap menyerupai orang-orang yang hidup semasa Fir’aun dan para pemimpin pasukan perang salib serta bala tentaranya.” (Fatawa Al Lajnah Ad Daimah 1/696).
Para ulama menegaskan akan haramnya membuat gambar makhluk bernyawa meskipun terbuat dari kue atau sejenisnya.
Ad Dardir berkata, “Diharamkan membuat gambar (3 dimensi) hewan-hewan yang berakal ataupun tidak dengan catatan dilengkapi anggota tubuh yang sempurna dan terbuat dari bahan permanen menurut ijma’ ulama. Adapun gambar yang terbuat dari bahan yang tidak permanen, menurut pendapat yang terkuat juga termasuk dalam larangan seperti gambar 3D yang terbuat dari kue ataupun kulit semangka.” (Asysyarhul Kabiir 2/337-338)
Al Qalyuubi berkata, “Tidak diperbolehkan memperjualbelikan gambar makhluk bernyawa, salib meskipun terbuat dari emas, perak atau terbuat dari kue.” (Khasyiyah Qalyubi 2/198)
Dengan demikian diharamkan membuat kue dengan bentuk menyerupai makhluk bernyawa dan dilarang memperjual belikannya.”
