Ramadhan seharusnya menjadi momentum persatuan bagi seluruh umat Islam di seluruh dunia tak terkecuali umat Islam di Indonesia. Momen yang penuh berkah di mana Allah SWT menurunkan rahmat-Nya bagi kaum muslimin dan seluruh alam semesta. Suka cita, bahagia dan kegembiraan seharusnya menjadi milik kaum muslimin. Tapi semua itu ternodai akibat ulah rezim penguasa di negeri ini. Sucinya bulan Ramadhan harus tergores oleh hitam-pekatnya jelaga kezaliman rezim. Umat harus menyambut Ramadhan dengan berbagai konflik horizontal yang muncul di dalam tubuh umat. Lebih miris lagi, konflik justru dipicu oleh ulah zalim penguasa.
Peran media sekular telah berhasil menggiring opini seolah-olah telah terjadi ancaman dan intimidasi terhadap kasus seorang dokter di Sumatra Barat, dr. Fiera Lovita akibat ulahnya mengunggah status di laman Facebooknya yang isinya mengherankan sikap Habib Rizieq Shihab dalam kasus dugaan pelanggaran UU Pornografi (bbc.com, 27/5). Faktanya, dikutip dari Suara.com, 28/5, Gubernur Sumatera Barat Irwan Prayitno membantah aksi intimidasi oleh organisasi kemasyarakatan terhadap seorang dokter di RSUD Solok, Sumbar, seperti yang viral di media sosial. "Dokter FL aman, tidak diintimidasi oleh siapapun. Saya dan Polda Sumbar jamin itu. Semua pihak saling memaafkan. Ini Ranah Minang yang utamakan musyawarah," katanya melalui Twitter resminya @irwanprayitno, Senin (29/5).
Konflik horizontal antara umat juga dialami oleh HP, administrator akun Instragram @muslim_cyber1. Seperti dikutip dari Republika.co.id, Direktorat Cyber Bareskrim Polri menangkap lelaki berinisial HP, Selasa (23/5) selaku administrator akun Instagram @muslim_cyber1. HP ditangkap karena akun itu kerap mengunggah konten bermuatan kebencian. "Akun ini rutin mem-posting gambar-gambar, kalimat-kalimat yang bisa menebar kebencian bernuansa sara," kata Kadiv Humas Polri Inspektur Jenderal Polisi Setyo Wasisto di Mabes Polri, Ahad (28/5). Sementara dari pihak HP menduga kasus yang menimpanya karena telah mengunggah video pertemuan Polri dengan terkait chat HRS dan FH.
Sungguh miris, konflik horizontal di tengah-tengah umat sebenarnya tak perlu terjadi. Apalagi di bulan Ramadhan yang mulia ini di mana kaum muslimin harusnya mengokohkan tali ukhuwah diantara sesamanya di tengah melambungnya harga kebutuhan pokok dan kondisi umat yang ditimpa berbagai kezaliman. Tenaga, harta dan pikiran umat justru terkuras banyak akibat konflik di tengah-tengah umat yang tanpa kita sadari adalah hasil dari ulah rezim yang tak becus dalam menangani, bahkan terkesan membiarkan kriminalisasi Islam dan ulamanya. Buntut pembiaran rezim terhadap pihak-pihak yang menghina dan melecehkan Islam dan ulamanya adalah munculnya berbagai pembelaan dan tindakan pribadi yang lahir dari ketidak-adilan rezim terhadap umat Islam. Contoh di atas di mana Cyber muslim yang mengunggah bukti rekayasa polisi terhadap chat mesum HRS yang berujung penangkapan dan masyarakat yang bertindak terhadap individu yang melakukan penghinaan terhadap ulama adalah bukti nyata negara telah gagal mengurusi urusan rakyat. Dan lagi-lagi umat Islam berpotensi menjadi korban atas konflik horizontal yang terjadi.
Semestinya negara bertindak sebagai pengurus urusan umat yang mengambil tindakan tepat dan bijak atas keresahan yang terjadi di tengah masyarakat. Negara juga harus mampu menjadi garda terdepan dalam pembelaan terhadap agama dan melindungi kehormatan ulama bukan malah mengkriminalisasi. Mandulnya peran negara dalam mengurusi umat dan menciptakan stabilitas masyarakat dan negara adalah akibat dari “keistiqomahan” pemerintah mengemban sistem sekularisme yang melahirkan perpecahan dan konflik di tengah-tengah umat yang merupakan buah dari lepasnya aturan agama dalam seluruh aspek kehidupan. Inilah akar problematika berbagai kezaliman yang menimpa umat kini.
Ramadhan adalah bulan turunnya Alqurankepada umat terbaik dari yang terbaik yaitu kita kaum muslimin. Inilah momentum yang tepat bagi seluruh elemen umat ini untuk bersinergis menjalin ukhuwah dan persatuan dengan kembali membumikan Alqurandi tengah-tengah umat sebagai satu-satunya sistem aturan yang paripurna yang sesuai dengan fitrah manusia. Aturan yang terpancar dari akidah Islam dan tertulis indah dalam kitab suci Alquraninilah yang akan melahirkan pemimpin-pemimpin yang adil, bijaksana dan mampu mengurusi urusan rakyatnya. Serta bertanggung jawab dalam menghilangkan keresahan dan konflik di antara umat serta menciptakan kedamaian lahir dan bathin. Pemimpin yang didamba dan dirindukan umat. Bukan pemimpin yang justru menciptakan keresahan, konflik dan perpecahan. Apalagi pemimpin yang mengkriminalisasi agama dan ulama demi materi. Wallahu ‘alam bishshawwab.
