"Lembaga Persahabatan Ormas Islam mendukung Pemerintah Republik Indonesia membubarkan Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia." Demikian butir keenam pernyataan LPOI yang dibacakan Sekretaris Umum LPOI Lutfi A Tamimi dengan didampingi Ketua Umum LPOI KH Said Aqil Siradj di Gedung PBNU, Jl Kramat Raya, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis, 1 Juni 2017 lalu.
Sontak, klaim LPOI yang mendukung pembubaran HTI menuai bantahan dari sejumlah anggotanya. Matla'ul Anwar, misalnya. Ormas yang berbasis massa di Banten ini mengakui sebagai anggota LPOI.
"Tetapi bukan berarti bisa diklaim setuju dengan semua kebijakannya,"ungkap Sekretaris Jenderal Mathla’ul Anwar KH Oke Setiadi, dalam pernyataanya yang tersebar luas di kalangan wartawan, Sabtu (03/06/2017).
Terkait rencana pembubaran HTI, Kyai Oke bahkan mengakui pihaknya telah menerima surat permintaan audiensi dari HTI dan akan menerimanya walaupun surat resmi jawaban dari Mathlaul Anwar belum dilayangkan.
"Kami juga telah menerima surat dari DPP HTI untuk audiensi dan siap menerima DPP HTI di bulan Syawwal," ungkapnya.
Penolakan atas klaim LPOI secara keras juga disampaikan Peratuan Islam (Persis). “Info sesat, tidak benar. Rapat LPOI tanggal 14-16 Mei 2017 hasilnya tidak disetujui usulan pembubaran HTI”, ungkap Ketua Bidgar Pengembangan Dakwah PP Persis, Dr H Tiar Anwar Bahtiar seperti dilansir situs resmi Persis, persis.or.id, Sabtu (03/06/2017)
Ketua Bidgar Hubungan Antarlembaga PP Persis, Ustaz Nanang Hendrayatna menambahkan, pada Rakernas I LPOI dalam rapat pleno di Cimahi, Jabar, mayoritas ormas menolak pembubaran HTI, termasuk Persis yang diwakili Ustaz Faisal.
“Waktu itu Said Agil menyerahkan keputusannya kepada hasil keputusan rakernas, tapi ya itulah ciri khas dia, selalu nyeleneh”, terangnya.
Bantahan selanjutnya, juga datang dari PP Al Irsyad Al Islamiyah. Ketua Umum Al Irsyad, KH Abdullah Djaidi kaget ormasnya disebut mendukung pembubaran HTI.
“Dari mana informasinya? Kita tidak pernah mengeluarkan pernyataan kok,” kata Djaidi seperti dilansir Hidayatullah.com.
Djaidi mengakui, Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah masuk dalam LPOI, namun Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah tidak menyatakan mendukung atau tidak mendukung pemerintah membubarkan HTI. “Kita tidak ikut campur,” ujarnya.
Sikap yang sama juga disampaikan Ikatan Dai Indonesia (Ikadi). Sekjen Ikadi, KH Ahmad Kusyairi, menyebut dukungan LPOI supaya pemerintah membubarkan HTI adalah upaya penyelewengan. “Enggak pernah ada itu. Diselewengkan itu,” ujar Khusyairi seperti dilansir Hidayatullah.com.
Benar, kata Kusyairi, Ikadi adalah anggota LPOI. Namun Ikadi tidak mendukung langkah pemerintah dalam pembubaran HTI.
Mengenai sikap IKADI terhadap pembubaran HTI, Kusyairi menyerahkan prosesnya ke pengadilan. “Semuanya harus merujuk terhadap aturan hukum yang ada. Tidak boleh dibubarkan semena-mena,”pungkasnya.
Sementara itu, Ketua DPP Al-Ittihadiyah Dr H Fikri Bareno menyebut dukungan LPOI kepada pemerintah untuk membubarkan HTI adalah klaim sepihak dari KH Said Aqil Siradj selaku Ketua Umum LPOI.
"Jadi itu hanya Said Aqil saja atas nama ormas, saya rasa itu hanya klaim saja," ungkap Ketua DPP Al-Ittihadiyah Dr H Fikri Bareno melalui sambungan telepon kepada Suara Islam Online, di Jakarta, Sabtu (03/06/2017).
Senada dengan sikap pimpinan ormas-ormas Islam lainnya, Ketua Umum Persatuan Ummat Islam (PUI) KH Nazar Haris, MBA, mengatakan pembubaran ormas harus melalui mekanisme pengadilan, tidak boleh langsung membubarkan tanpa putusan pengadilan.
"Kalau pemerintah mau membubarkan HTI, harus juga dibubarkan dan dilarang Syiah dan organisasinya," tandasnya.
LPOI adalah sebuah aliansi ormas Islam dengan jumlah anggota 13 ormas Islam. Ke-13 ormas itu adalah Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), Persatuan Islam (Persis), Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyah, Mathla'ul Anwar, Al-Ittihadiyah, Persatuan Islam Tionghoa Indonesia (PITI), Ikatan Dai Indonesia (Ikadi), Majelis Azzikra, Syarikat Islam Indonesia (SII), Al-Washliyah, Persatuan Tarbiyah Islamiyah (PERTI), Persatuan Ummat Islam (PUI), dan Himpunan Bina Mualaf Indonesia (HBMI).
Sebelum bernama LPOI, aliansi ormas ini bernama Lembaga Persahabatan Indonesia-Libya (LPIL). Setelah Presiden Moamar Khadafi dijatuhkan, aliansi ini berubah namanya. Pada awalnya, Dewan Dakwah Islamiyah Indonesia (DDII) juga diklaim menjadi bagian dari aliansi ini. Namun, DDII menyatakan tidak tergabung dalam LPOI.
