Tak seperti laki-laki yang InsyaAllah bebas hambatan untuk selalu beribadah. Perempuan mendapat tamu keistimewaan tiap bulan yaitu menstruasi. Nah, bagaimana bila menstruasi/haid saat Ramadhan, apalagi dihari-hari terakhir.
Seperti kita ketahui malam-malam ganjil di 10 hari terakhir bulan Ramadhan kemungkinan besar Allah memberikan keistimewaan Malam Lailatul Qodar atau Malam Seribu Bulan.
Mengutip konsultasisyariah oleh Ustadz Ammi Nur Baits, Juwaibir mengatakan bahwa dia pernah bertanya pada Adh-Dhahak, “Bagaimana pendapatmu tentang wanita nifas, haid, musafir, dan orang yang tidur; apakah mereka bisa mendapatkan bagian dari lailatul qadar?”
Adh-Dhahak pun menjawab, “Iya, mereka tetap bisa mendapatkan bagian. Setiap orang yang Allah terima amalannya akan mendapatkan bagian lailatul qadar.” (Lathaif Al-Ma’arif, hlm. 341)
Keterangan ini menunjukkan bahwa wanita haid, nifas dan musafir tetap bisa mendapatkan bagian lailatul qadar. Hanya saja, wanita haid dan nifas tidak boleh melaksanakan shalat.
Untuk bisa mendapatkan banyak pahala ketika lailatul qadar, wanita haid atau nifas masih memiliki banyak kesempatan ibadah. Di antara bentuk ibadah yang bisa dilakukan adalah:
1. Membaca Alquran tanpa menyentuh mushaf.
2. Berzikir dengan memperbanyak bacaan tasbih (subhanallah), tahlil (la ilaha illallah), tahmid (alhamdulillah), dan zikir lainnya.
3. Memperbanyak istigfar.
4. Memperbanyak doa.
Membaca zikir ketika lailatul qadar, sebagaimana yang disebutkan dalam riwayat dari Aisyah radhiallahu ‘anha, “Aku bertanya, ‘Wahai Rasulullah, jika aku menjumpai satu malam yang itu merupakan lailatul qadar, apa yang aku ucapkan?’ Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam menjawab, “Ucapkanlah,
‘اللَّـهُـمَّ إنَّكَعَفُوٌّكَرِيمٌتُـحِبُّالعَفْوَفَاعْفُعَنِّي’
(Ya Allah, sesungguhnya Engkau Dzat yang Maha Pemaaf dan Pemurah maka maafkanlah diriku.)'” (Hadis sahih; diriwayatkan At-Turmudzi dan Ibnu majah)
Dalam Fatwa Islam Tanya-Jawab dijelaskan, "Wanita haid boleh melakukan semua bentuk ibadah, kecuali shalat, puasa, tawaf di ka’bah, dan i’tikaf di masjid. Menghidupkan lailatul qadar tidak hanya dengan shalat, namun mencakup semua bentuk ibadah. Al-Hafizh Ibnu Hajar mengatakan, ‘Makna ‘menghidupkan malam lailatul qadar’ adalah begadang di malam tersebut dengan melakukan ketaatan.’ An-Nawawi mengatakan, “Makna ‘menghidupkan lailatul qadar’ adalah menghabiskan waktu malam tersebut dengan bergadang untuk shalat dan amal ibadah lainnya.'”
Kesimpulan: Meskipun wanita berhalangan, mereka masih mampu untuk mendapatkan malam lailatul qadar. Semoga ukhti tetap semangat ya meski mendapat tamu istimewa di hari-hari terakhir bulan Ramadhan ini.

Dalam Fatwa Islam Tanya-Jawab dijelaskan, "Wanita haid boleh melakukan semua bentuk ibadah, kecuali shalat, puasa, tawaf di ka’bah, dan i’tikaf di masjid. Menghidupkan lailatul qadar tidak hanya dengan shalat, namun mencakup semua bentuk ibadah. Al-Hafizh Ibnu Hajar mengatakan, ‘Makna ‘menghidupkan malam lailatul qadar’ adalah begadang di malam tersebut dengan melakukan ketaatan.’ An-Nawawi mengatakan, “Makna ‘menghidupkan lailatul qadar’ adalah menghabiskan waktu malam tersebut dengan bergadang untuk shalat dan amal ibadah lainnya.'”
