Seorang guru honorer menuliskan keluh kesahnya lewat akun Facebooknya Fitria Pinasti. Fitria menceritakan kisahnya yang hanya mendapatkan gaji sebesar Rp 150 ribu per bulan.

Banyak netizen yang sangsi dengan jumlah gajinya ini, namun dia menegaskan bahwa benar gajinya hanya sejumlah itu. Banyak pula yang beranggapan bahwa mungkin saja suaminyalah sumber keuangan mengingat di zaman sekarang gaji sebesar itu tidak dapat membiayai hidup sebulan.

Namun dia mengaku bahwa suaminya juga berprofesi yang sama dengan dia. Untuk lebih lengkapnya, berikut postingan Fitria.

“Alhamdulillah gajian.. Ya walo gaji kami tak seperti gaji kalian yang berlembar-lembar.. Cukup selembar 100 ribuan dan selembar 50 ribuan (that’s no joke!!) mungkin diantara kalian ada yang mikir,whaattt??? 150ribu dijaman serba mahal seperti sekarang dpt apa??? Buat transport ke sekolah aja kurang,gmn dgn kebutuhan yang lain??? Ya bedak, ya lipstik, ya pulsa.. Itu baru kebutuhan buat diri sendiri..

Nah susu anaknya? Diapers buat 2 anak (Krn kebetulan anak saya udah 2 dan masih balita) bayar listrik? Makan? Itu baru kebutuhan primer, biasa lah yaaa ibu2 apalagi yg rempong kek saya ini,sekali2 pngn nyalon jg lah yaaa, beli baju baru, tas baru,sepatu baru (naluri wanita).. Hanya dengan 150ribu/bulan, bisa? Ada yang mikir jg mungkin suaminya yg gajinya berjuta-juta.. Hahahaha..

Buat yg mikir gitu, tak kasih tau siniii.. Suami saya kebetulan juga guru honor ky saya.. Xixi.. Nahhhh kok masih bisa hidup???? Itulah kuasa Allah.

Allah itu maha kaya,dan rejeki itu ga melulu ttg brp banyak materi yg kita dptin guys (biar gaul dikit ahhh bahasanya) klo aku sih intinya,bukan sbrpa banyak yg kita dptin,tp sbrapa banyak yg bisa kita kasih utk sekitar kita,murid2 kita,teman2 kita,saudara kita,dan siapapun yg membutuhkan kita tanpa kecuali..

Emg sih hidup itu butuh duit, yg pnya gaji gede aja masih pada ga bersyukur,pake mogok kerja,demo sana sini.. Liat kami dooong. Apa mau tukeran gaji sama kami?

Yuk!! Hahaha.. Bahkan nh, temen-temen seperjuangan kita,ada loh yang rela jauh jauhan sama keluarganya,demi mengabdikan diri mereka di sebuah pulau jauh dari tempat kelahiran mereka dan dulu sama sekali ga pnh terpikirkan sama mereka..

Tp hati nurani mereka terpanggil. Jangankan signal HP, listrik aja blm ada, blm lagi jalan yg biasa mereka lewati ga ky jalan sewajarnya. Terjal berbatu naik turun, lewat hutan-hutan, kadang pake nyebrang sungai. (Dah kaya lagu ninja Hatori yang mendaki gunung lewati lembah kan) blm lagi kalo ujan, jalan jadi licin, tanahnya jadi lembek berair.

Dah kayak lewat ditengah lumpur. Mana becek ga ada ojeg, hayoooo sapa yang mau? Blm penghargaan (gaji) yg mereka dpt kadang ga sebanding dgn apa yg mereka berikan.

Boro2 digaji,kadang mereka cm dpt ucapan makasih aja. and it’s real. Ini nyata loohhh.. Lebih nyata dari sinetron Indosiar yang biasanya ak tonton. Salut bgd sama mereka. Demi mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa,apapun mereka lakukan.

GURU itu ujung tombak pendidikan negri ini.. Saran sayaaa,kalo mau pendidikan Indonesia maju,ga usahlah gonta ganti kurikulum yg justru bikin mumet, pake sistem ‘Full Day School’ juga.

Kasihan otak anak-anak kita kalo terlalu diforsir.. Mereka bukan mesin! Tingkatin dong kualitas pendidiknya.. Tingkatin kesejahteraan mereka dulu!! GURU lah yang melahirkan banyak profesi yang akan jadi masa depan bangsa ini!! Sekali-sekali guru honor ky kita,boleh dong bersuara.. Mengungkapkan apa yang kita rasakan selama ini.
