Insiden mengejutkan terjadi pada seorang jemaah haji Indonesia.
Kejadiannya di hotel tempat menginap atau pemondokan jemaah di Mekah.
Petugas Daerah Kerja (Daker) Makkah terpaksa mendobrak sebuah kamar di hotel dengan nomor kamar 401.
Petugas sektor terpaksa mendobrak pintu kamar nomor 401 untuk mengeluarkan satu jemaah haji lansia yang terkunci di dalam.
Ternyata kamar itu diisi jemaah asal Embarkasi Banjarmasin kelompok terbang (keloter) 10 (BDJ 10).
Setelah didobrak, petugas menemukan fakta mengejutkan.
Jemaah tersebut tidak sekadar terkunci, tapi ditemukan dalam kondisi sudah pingsan.
Sekretaris sektor 7, Hasim Prasetio, menjelaskan, peristiwa tersebut bermula saat dirinya bersama tim sector melakukan patroli ke hotel 713 lantai 4, Senin dinihari.
Saat itu, salah satu jemaah membari tahu bahwa ada orang yang terkunci di dalam kamar sejak siang.
"Tadi malam saat kami tim C dengan ketua tim Alexander Pirmansyah patroli rutin, ternyata banyak jemaah yang ada di lorong kamar hotel 713 lantai4."
Dari situlah maka diketahui informasi bahwa ada salah satu jemaah yang tidak ikut pergi ke Masjidil Haram.
"Ternyata jemaah yang tidak ikut itu karena terkunci di dalam sejak siang. Di telepon tidak diangkat dan digedor-gedor dipanggil tidak menjawab," ujar Hasim.
Mengetahui hal itu, lanjut Hasim, ketua tim langsung berkoordinasi dengan kepala sektor
Petugas perlindungan jemaah (Linjam), Mayor Dudu Badrusalam, lalu berkoodinasi dengan pihak hotel untuk mendobrak pintu kamar 401.
"Jamaah ditemukan pingsan karena maag akut. Setelah itu, langsung ditangani oleh dokter kloter sehingga jamaah tersebut bisa sadar kembali," jelasnya.
Agar tidak terjadi hal serupa, Hasim mengimbau agar kamar tidak dikunci manakala ada jemaah di dalamnya.
Atau, ketika akan meninggalkan kamar yang terdapat lansia di dalamnya, jemaah harus memberitahukan kepergiannya kepada teman satu regu.
Jemaah juga diminta menaruh kunci di safety box di lobi hotel.
"Tadi siang saya sudah mengecek keadaan jemaah tersebut, dan dia telah beraktifikas sebagaimana mestinya. Kami sangat mengapresiasi ketua tim, linjam, petugas dan tim kesehatan yang begitu sigap," pungkasnya.
Melempar Jumrah
Mendekati puncak haji, Pemerintah Arab Saudi melalui Menteri Haji dan Umrah Arab Saudi melalui Muassasah Asia Tenggara telah merilis surat edaran tentang waktu yang dilarang bagi jemaah haji Indonesia untuk melontar jumrah.
Berdasarkan edaran tersebut, Daker Makkah mengeluarkan maklumat tertanggal 6 Agustus terkait waktu larangan melontar jamarat bagi jemaah haji Indonesia.
Maklumat ditujukan kepada seluruh Kepala Seksi dan Kepala Sektor Daker Makkah agar informasi seputar larangan ini bisa segera disosialisasikan kepada jemaah haji Indonesia.
Kepala Daker Makkah Nasrullah Jasam dalam maklumatnya mengatakan, komitmen mematuhi larangan waktu melontar ini penting demi kelancaran bersama dan untuk menghindari kemacetan akibat penumpukan jemaah.
"Jemaah haji Indonesi agar memperhatikan dan mentaati jadwal waktu melontar jumrah,” tulisnya, Senin (6/8/2017) Pekan lalu.
Berikut ini waktu yang dilarang bagi jemaah haji Indonesia untuk melontar jumrah yang menjadi salah satu wajib haji:
1. 10 Dzulhijjah larangan melontar jamarat dari jam 06.00 s.d. 10.30 WAS;
2. 11 Dzulhijjah larangan melontar jamarat dari jam 14.00 s.d. 18.00 WAS;
3. 12 Dzulhijjah larangan melontar jamarat dari jam 10.30 s.d. 14.00 WAS.
Kepada PPIH Arab Saudi, Nasrullah meminta agar mensosialisaikan waktu larangan ini sehingga bisa dipahami dan ditaati oleh seluruh jemaah haji Indonesia. (Sumber: Kemenag
