1) Ingatkan suami agar ia mau menundukkan pandangan dari hal-hal yang di larang oleh Allah SWT. sebagaimana disebut dalam firmanNya:

Katakanlah kepada pria yang beriman, Hendaklah mereka menahan pandangannya dan memelihara kemaluannya, yang demikian itu lebih suci bagi mereka (QS. An-nuur : 30)

Selain untuk menghindarkan diri dari kemaksiatan, menundukkan pandangan juga bisa membuat hati dan jiwa tenang, karena tidak tedorong oleh kejolak jiwa dan nafsu.

2) Kalau toh, tanpa sengaja dia melihat bagian dari tubuh wanita, maka hendaklah dia segera memalingkan pandangan sembari menahan diri,

Hal itulah yang di ajarkan Rasulullah Shallallahu alaihi wasallam kepada Sayyidina Ali dimana beliau bersabda:

"Wahai Ali, janganlah engkau menyusulkan pandangan pada pandangan (sebelumnya) karena yang menjadi hakmu hanyalah yang pertama saja dan bukan yang seterusnya" (HR. Ahmad)

3) Dan yang harus Anda lakukan selanjutnya adalah berhias dan berpenampilan cantik hanya untuk suami, jika Anda telah tampil menawan, maka suami tidak akan berpaling ke lain hati atau memandangi setiap bagian tubuh wanita yang ada di depan matanya.

Jangan seperti wanita-wanita yang berdandan cantik harum dan rapi ketika keluar rumah, namun tanpak lusuh acak acakan. dan bau tak sedap saat tengah bersama suami, Dan jelas itu merupakan salah satu bentuk pengkhianatan.

4) Buatlah hati suami senang dengan kehadiran Anda di sisinya, Selain akan mendapatkan pahala dari Allah, suamipun akan betah berada di dekat Anda.

Jika suami merasa senang bersama Anda maka dia tidak ingin lagi memalingkan pandangannya dari Anda, Jadilah wanita seperti yang disabdakan Rasulullah Shallallahu alaihi wasallam:

''Maukah engkau aku beri tahu tentang sesuatu yang paling baik yang di simpan seseorang? Yaitu wanita shalihah, jika suami melihatnya dia akan menyenangkannya, jika menyuruhnya dia akan menaatinya, Dan bila suami tidak di sisinya dia akan menjaga kepercayaan yang di berikan kepadanya" (HR. Abu Dawud)

5) Sadarkan dia bahwa perilakunya itu bisa membuat jengkel dan sakit hati Anda. Yaitu dengan cara menegur langsung saat dia beraksi di depan mata Anda. namun demikian, carilah cara yang tepat dan tidak membuat suami merasa terkekang dan diawasi terus menerus.

6) Dipihak lain Anda sendiri juga harus memberi teladan yang baik pada suami,dengan berusaha semaksimal mungkin menjaga pandangan, tidak melepaskan mata kesemua arah.

Jika terpaksa harus berbicara dengan laki-laki lain. Tundukkan pandangan dan jangan menatap wajah atau matanya.

7) Lakukan komonikasi terbuka dan hangat. disinilah pentingnya kebersamaan dalam keluarga untuk menangkal segala bentuk kecurigaan dan pikiran negatif. Jika segala sesuatunya dibicarakan dengan secara terbuka dan penuh kehangatan, hal itu akan membuat suami merasa senang bersama Anda.

8) Ciptakan suasana penuh kemesraan dan keakraban serta menjauhi segala hal yang bisa menyeret pada konflik.

Bahkan hanya karena pandangan bisa terjadi pembunuhan.

Seiring berjalannya waktu maka muncul istilah mata keranjang, istilah ini ditujukan pada mata yang suka melihat lawan jenis untuk memuaskan hawa nafsunya, mata ini tidak hanya dimiliki kaum adam saja, tapi juga kaum hawa, untuk menutupi sebutan yang kurang sedap, ini sekarang orang sering mengunakan istilah cuci mata, guna menyalurkan hobi mereka.
