Bareskrim Polri terus menelusuri aset milik PT First Anugerah Karya atau First Travel. Kali ini pihak polisi menggeledak sebuah gudang bekas pabrik tekstil di Jalan Raya Bogor, Cimanggis, Kota Depok, Jawa Barat.
Usai dibuka, polisi menemukan ribuan koper yang biasa digunakan calon jemaah umroh biro travel tersebut.
" Kopernya disimpan di gudang bekas pabrik tekstil," kata Kepala Tim Penelusuran Aset Direktorat Tindak Pidana Umum Bareskrim Polri, Kompol Wiranto kepada Dream, Senin, 11 September 2017.
Wiranto mengatakan sebanyak 20 ribu koper ditemukan di lokasi tersebut. Gudang tersebut ternyata telah disewa biro perjalanan milik Andika Surachman dan Anniesa Desvitasari Hasibuan itu selama tiga tahun.
" Nyewanya sudah tiga tahun," ucap Wiranto.
Sebelumnya dikabarkan, Direktorat Tindak Pidana Umum Bareskrim Polri juga telah menggeledah kediaman Andika-Anniesa di kawasan Sentul City, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Dari penggeledahan itu polisi menemukan beberapa laras airsoft gun dan 10 butir peluru kaliber 5,56 milimeter.
" Temuan peluru ini bisa menjadi masalah baru," kata Direktur Tindak Pidana Umum Bareskrim Polri, Brigjen Herry Rudolf Nahak, di kantornya, Jakarta, Selasa, 22 Agustus 2017.
Rudolf mengatakan terkait kepemilikan peluru tajam tersebut, bos First Travel dapat dikenai Undang-Undang Darurat Nomor 12 tahun 1951 dengan ancaman 15 tahun penjara. " Dia ini memiliki (peluru tajam) tanpa hak, bisa dikenakan Undang-Undang Darurat," ucap dia.
Misteri Uang Rp800 M First Travel, Astaga Cuma Segini Asetnya?
Dream - Lebih dari 50 ribu jemaah umroh PT First Anugerah Karya atau First Travel belum kunjung berangkat. Uang para jemaah diduga digelapkan oleh Direktur Utama dan Direktur First Travel, Andika Surachman dan Anniesa Desvitasari Hasibuan serta Direktur Keuangan, Siti Nuraidah Hasibuan alias Kiki Hasibuan.
First Travel disebut meraup lebih dari Rp800 miliar uang dari para jemaah. Tapi, polisi yang bekerjasama dengan Pusat Pelaporan Aliran dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan (PPATK) hanya menemukan sisa uang dalam rekening perusahaan hanya Rp1,3 juta.
Lalu, kemana uang sebanyak Rp800 juta itu?
Kepala Bagian Penerangan Umum Divisi Humas Polri Kombes Pol Martinus Sitompul mengatakan hingga saat ini pasangan suami istri itu belum membuka secara gamblang kemana saja uang itu digunakan.
" Tidak semua dijelaskan oleh tersangka, ada yang di tutup-tutupin. Makanya kita terus melakukan penelusuran aset-asetnya," kata Martinus di Mabes Polri, Jakarta, Rabu 6 September 2017.
Martinus mengatakan 10 hingga 15 persen dari dana yang diduga bernilai Rp800 miliar telah menjadi aset. Sementara sisanya masih ditelusuri peruntukannya.
" Nggak bisa dibayangkan. Rp800 miliar yang dirugikan. Kemudian kalau data dari beberapa aset hanya sekitar 10 sampai 15 persen, yang lain kemana? Tentu yang ini masih kita telusuri," ucap dia.
Sementara itu Kepala Divisi Legal First Travel, Deski enggan menjelaskan kemana saja aliran dana First Travel yang diduga telah digelapkan. Deski hanya menegaskan jika First Travel sampai kini masih berusaha memberangkatkan para calon jemaah.
Deski justru mempertanyakan pernyataan polisi yang menyebut First Travel hanya memiliki saldo sekitar Rp 1,3 juta. Keraguan itu disampaikan karena perusahaan saat ini menggunakan jasa empat orang pengacara.
" Bagaimana bisa dikatakan (sisa) uang Rp1,3 juta? bagaimana cara bayar pengacara," kata Deski.(Sah)
Ternyata Begini Aktivitas Bos First Travel di Tahanan
Dream - Tiga minggu sudah pasangan suami-istri sekaligus bos PT First Anugerah Karya atau First Travel, Andika Surrachman dan Anniesa Desvitasari menjalani masa tahanan di Rutan Polda Metro Jaya.
Kepala Divisi Legal First Travel, Deski menjelaskan mengenai aktivitas Andika dan Anniesa selama di dalam tahan waktunya dihabiskan untuk beribadah.
" Ya palingan ibadah, mungkin banyak ibadah," kata Deski kepada Dream, Senin 4 September 2017.
Selain beribadah, kata dia, pasangan suami-istri itu juga mulai bisa beraktivitas dan bersosialisasi dengan sesama tahanan lain.
" Ya ngborol juga dengan teman di selnya. Itu aja sih, semuanya kan serba terbatas," ucap dia.
Seperti diketahui, Andika dan Anniesa ditangkap pada 9 Agustus 2017 atas kasus dugaan penggelapan dan penipuan jamaah umroh. Selain itu, polisi juga menangkap Direktur Keuangan First Travel, Siti Nuraidah Hasibuan alias Kiki Hasibuan.
