Para wanita tampaknya harus lebih waspada.
Sebab, belakangan kasus kejahatan semakin marak, para wanita merupakan satu di antara sasarannya.
Kasusnya pun beragam.
Mulai dari pencurian, perampokan, perkosaan hingga pembunuhan.
Oleh karena itu, mereka sebaiknya melakukan perbuatan yang dianggap perlu apabila sudah mencurigai munculnya kejahatan.
Termasuk saat berada di sebuah tempat sepi, dan sedang sendirian.
Sebisa mungkin, mereka tidak sendirian, atau ada yang menemani saat berada di tempat sepi.
Itu seperti yang terjadi baru-baru ini.
Perjuangan Nur Hamid (30) warga Dusun Krajan, Desa Karangrejo, Kecamatan Purwosari, Kabupaten Pasuruan ini sia-sia.
Pengangguran ini digelandang tim buser Polsek Prigen, Kamis (28/9/2017) dinihari.
Dia diamankan paska diduga kuat melakukan sebuah aksi kejahatan terhadap seorang wanita asal Dusun Tonggowa, Desa Jatiarjo, Kecamatan Prigen, Kabupaten Pasuruan.
Wanita yang menjadi korban perbuatan keji pelaku itu adalah Warsiah (67).
Kapolsek Prigen AKP Baktiono Hendrianto mengatakan, pelaku ini ditangkap di rumahnya setelah korban melaporkan kasus kejahatan ini.
Dia menjelaskan, kejadian itu bermula saat korban sedang berada di halaman belakang rumahnya.
Saat itu, korban memang sedang dalam keadaan sendirian.
Tepatnya, di sebuah kandang.
Kala itu, korban sedang memberikan makan hewan ternak sapi miliknya di kandang.
"Secara tiba-tiba, korban dikejutkan dengan sosok misterius yang menggunakan sarung. Sosok itu datang dari langit alias turun dari pohon," terangnya.
Kedatangan pelaku ini, kata Baktiono, sempat membuat korban panik.
Spontan, korban pun berteriak minta tolong.
Mendengar teriakan korban, pelaku pun bergegas melancarkan aksinya.
Pelaku mengeluarkan benda lunak, yaitu cabai merah dari celananya.
"Pelaku mengeluarkan cabai merah dari saku celananya. Selanjutnya, cabai merah itu diraupkan ke wajah korban. Yang bersangkutan (korban) tambah panik dan berteriak sekencang mungkin," papar dia.
Melihat korban kesulitan melihat, kata Baktiono, pelaku pun langsung menarik anting serta kalung korban. Pelaku melarikan diri, dan meninggalkan korban di kandang.
"Untungnya, tak lama kemudian, dua tetangga korban datang menolong meski pelaku sudah melarikan diri. Tetangga korban langsung membawa korban ke rumah dan diberi bantuan untuk membersihkan wajahnya yang terkena raupan cabai," tandasnya.
Setelah kembali normal, Baktiono menyebut, dua tetangga korban lantas bertanya ke korban siapa pelaku yang melakukan ini semua.
Untungnya, korban ini pun sempat melihat wajah pelakunya. Dan ternyata, korban mengenali siapa pelaku itu.
"Korban bilang kalau itu Hamid. Dua tetangga korban langsung melapor ke polisi, dan kami yang mendapatkan laporan langsung merespon. Kami tangkap pelaku bersama dengan masyarakat," imbuhnya.
Hingga saat ini, Baktiono menyampaikan pihaknya masih mendalami perkara ini.
Sebab, ada dugaan kuat pelaku ini merupakan pelaku perampasan atau bahkan pencurian musiman, atau biasa disebut sebagai kambuhan.
"Kami masih menyelidikinya. Yang jelas, pelaku ini sempat ditahan enam bulan, pada tiga tahun yang lalu. Saat itu, pelaku kesandung kasus pencurian sapi dan divonis hakim bersalah dengan hukuman enam bulan," ungkapnya.
"Perampasan itu terjadi pada Rabu sore, dan tersangka kami tangkap kamis dinihari," katanya kepada Surya.
Dari tersangka, polisi mengamankan barang bukti potongan kalung emas yang belum dijual.
Barang rampasan lain, sudah dijual tersangka.
Kepada Surya, Hamid mengakui kesalahannya. Ia memang berniat merampas anting dan kalung itu untuk membayar hutangnya ke teman-temannya. Setelah dirampas, ia jual kalung dan anting itu ke temannya.
"Kalung dijual dengan harga Rp 750.000 sedangkan anting hanya Rp 350.000. Hutang saya, Rp 2 juta. Hasil curian. Itu saja masih kurang kok. Sebenarnya saya tidak ingin masuk bui lagi, tapi bagaimana lagi, saya tidak ada pilihan lain," pungkas dia.
