Suryadarma (60) kalap dan tega membakar istri serta anaknya di Jalan Kemuning Gang Swadaya, Jati Makmur, Binjai Timur, Medan, Jumat (6/10/2017), sekitar pukul 02.45 WIB.

Melansir dari surat kabar lokal, Kabag Humas Polres Binjai, AKP L Tarigan menjelaskan, akibat peristiwa tersebut, kedua korban pun mengalami luka bakar.

Siti Mariah (54) mengalami luka bakar pada bagian wajah, leher, dan juga dada bagian atas.

Sementara Syah Suma (25) mengalami luka bakar pada bagian badan dan lengan sebelah kanan.

"Saat ini mereka sudah menjalani perawatan di RS Djoelham," katanya.

Berikut ini himpun fakta-fakta terkait peristiwa mengenaskan ini.

1. Kronologi kejadian

Kembali melansir dari surat kabar Medan, diketahui Siti dan Syah dibakar saat melintas di Jalan Sudirman.

Saat itu kedua korban mengendarai becak motor Honda Fit X bernomor polisi BK 5844 SR yang mengangkut kelapa.

CCTV Sekolah Rekam Kejadian Aneh dan Ada yang Melayang, Hal Mengejutkan Diungkap Kepala Sekolah.

Pelaku yang sudah menunggu korban, langsung menyiramkan bensin ke tubuh keduanya dan menyulutnya menggunakan mancis.

"Api dengan cepat membakar pakaian kedua korban dan langsung berteriak minta tolong. Melihat kejadian itu, pelaku langsung melarikan diri ke arah pasar kaget dan menuju Polres Binjai Binjai untuk menyerahkan diri," katanya.

Saat ini katanya, pelaku dan barang bukti telah diamankan di Polres Binjai untuk menjalani diproses hukum.

2. Suryadarma sempat tidak pulang ke rumah 2 hari

Sebelum Suryadarma membakar sang istri, diketahui ia sudah dua hari tidak pulang ke rumah.

Suryadarma dan istri sempat bertengkar hebat dan mengakibatkan hubungan keduanya semakin renggang.

"Sudah dua hari bapak tidak pulang," kata Billy, putra Suryadarma, Jumat (6/10/2017).

Billy pun sangat kaget mendengar informasi bahwa adik dan ibunya bertengkar, karena selama ini bapaknya tidak pernah berbuat kasar.

Kabid Keperawatan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Dr Raden Mas (RM) Djoelham Kota Binjai, Ali Mursal mengatatakan, luka bakar Siti mencapai 40 persen dan Syahsuma 18 persen.

"Untuk ibu Siti kita rawat dulu satu minggu, setelah kita kita akan lihat apakah infeksi atau tidak, kalau ada infeksi akan kita cuci," katanya.

3. Siti ungkap Suryadarma hobi judi

Hobi berjudi Suryadarma menyulut pertengkaran dan diduga menjadi latar belakang dia tega membakar istri dan anaknya.

Hal inilah yang diungkapkan Siti saat ditemui di RSUD RM Djoelham Kota Binjai, Jumat (6/10/2017).

"Suami saya hobi bermain judi. Kalau dia tidak punya uang dia minta sambil marah-marah kepada saya," kata Siti.

Jengah melihat kelakuan suaminya, Siti pun harus menyewa tempat tinggal di belakang rumah milik mereka di jalan Kemuning Gang Swadaya, Jati Makmur, Binjai Timur.

"Saya dan anak-anak harus sewa rumah di belakang rumah kami, karena saya kesal lihat tingkah suami saya," kata wanita beranak lima ini.

Katanya, untuk menyalurkan hasrat berjudi sang suami, pria bertubuh kurus tersebut juga telah menggadaikan becak milik mereka, untuk bermain judi.

"Habis digadai, saya juga yang menebusnya sama orang," katanya dengan nada lemah.

Pantauan di rumah sakit RSUD RM Djoelham, Siti terbaring lemah di kasurnya di ruangan Nusa Indah lantai tiga.

4. Suryadarma tidak menyesal telah membakar istri

Diketahui Suryadarma ternyata memendam kesedihan pasca peristiwa memilukan itu terjadi.

Suryadarma diketahui menangis taktala mengingat anaknya juga mengalami luka bakar di bagian punggung, akibat perbuatannya usai menyiram bensin dan menyulutnya dengan mancis.

"Pelaku sangat menyesali anaknya mengalami luka bakar di bagian punggung dan menangis bila mengingat peristiwa tersebut," kata Kasat Reskrim Polres Binjai, AKP Hendro Sutarno, Jumat (6/10/2017) di Polres Binjai.

Namun, perasaannya berbanding terbalik terhadap istirnya, ia mengaku bahwa ia tidak menyesal telah membakar istrinya.

"Pelaku tidak menyesal membakar sang istri hanya menyesal melakukan perbuatan itu pada anaknya," katanya.

Menurut mantan Kasat Reskrim Madina ini, dari hasil interogasi, korban dan pelaku sudah tidak memiliki kesepahaman sejak tahun 2010.

Karena merasa tidak dihargai, pelaku dendam dan merencanakan untuk membakar sang istri.

"Pelaku diancam hukuman penjara selama 10 tahun," katanya.
