Dengan berlandaskan Peraturan Gubernur DKI Jakarta nomor 163 Tahun 2015 tentang Tim Gubernur Untuk Percepatan Pembangunan yang ditandatangani Basuki Tjahaja Purnama.
Dalam data apbd.jakarta.go.id, honorarium anggota TGUPP sebanyak 60 orang akan mendapatkan gaji sebesar Rp 24.930.000. Sehingga dalam setahun akan menghabiskan anggaran hingga Rp 19.445.400.000.
Kemudian terdapat honorarium Ketua TGUPP sebanyak 14 orang dengan pendapatan perbulan Rp 27.900.000. Sehingga dalam setahun akan menghabiskan APBD DKI hingga Rp 5.077.800.000.
Melihat angka tersebut maka untuk memberikan gaji bagi honorarium TGUPP dalam setahun akan menghabiskan APBD DKI Jakarta 2018 sebanyak Rp 24.523.200.000.

Sedangkan, pada era kepemimpinan Basuki atau akrab disapa Ahok sangat berbeda. Honorarium anggota TGUPP sebanyak 6 orang dengan gaji setiap bulannya Rp 24.900.000. Dengan kontrak selama lima bulan akan menyerap APBD DKI Jakarta sebesar Rp 747.900.000

Perbedaan lainnya adalah, kontrak kerja untuk para honorarium pada masa Anies langsung dilakukan untuk 12 bulan. Bahkan mereka mendapatkan gaji 13. Sedangkan pada masa Ahok, honorarium ini hanya dikontrak perlima bulan.
Ketua Tim Gubernur Untuk Percepatan Percepatan Pembangunan (TGUPP) Muhammad Yusuf memberikan penjelasan terkait naiknya anggaran untuk timnya dari Rp 2,35 miliar menjadi Rp 28 miliar dalam RAPBD 2018.

Melihat angka tersebut maka untuk memberikan gaji bagi honorarium TGUPP dalam setahun akan menghabiskan APBD DKI Jakarta 2018 sebanyak Rp 24.523.200.000.

Sedangkan, pada era kepemimpinan Basuki atau akrab disapa Ahok sangat berbeda. Honorarium anggota TGUPP sebanyak 6 orang dengan gaji setiap bulannya Rp 24.900.000. Dengan kontrak selama lima bulan akan menyerap APBD DKI Jakarta sebesar Rp 747.900.000
Sedangkan, honorarium Ketua TGUPP sebanyak satu orang dengan gaji Rp 27.900.000. Dengan kontrak selama lima bulan akan menyerap APBD DKI Jakarta sebesar Rp 139.500.000.
Melihat angka di atas maka untuk memberikan gaji bagi honorarium TGUPP pada era Ahok dalam setahun akan menghabiskan APBD DKI Jakarta 2018 sebanyak Rp 2.127.600.000.
Perbedaan lainnya adalah, kontrak kerja untuk para honorarium pada masa Anies langsung dilakukan untuk 12 bulan. Bahkan mereka mendapatkan gaji 13. Sedangkan pada masa Ahok, honorarium ini hanya dikontrak perlima bulan.
Ketua Tim Gubernur Untuk Percepatan Percepatan Pembangunan (TGUPP) Muhammad Yusuf memberikan penjelasan terkait naiknya anggaran untuk timnya dari Rp 2,35 miliar menjadi Rp 28 miliar dalam RAPBD 2018.
Yusuf mengatakan total Rp 2,35 miliar itu hanya untuk non-PNS yang berjumlah 5 orang, plus biaya makan dan minum mereka. Sedangkan jumlah PNS berjumlah 8 orang.
