JAKARTA - Seorang personil grup band yang sempat populer di kalangan remaja pada 2008, kini memiliki kondisi yang memprihatinkan bagi netizen.

Ibnu Aventinu bersama bandnya, Elkasih, dulu paling dikenal lewat tembang berjudul 'Kau Tigakan Cintaku'.

Namun, kini tidak terdengar lagi kabar terbaru para personil Elkasih.

Hanya sang vokalis yang kerap disapa dengan nama El Ibnu yang sempat mendapat perhatian publik.

Melansir Tribun Jabar, Jumat (17/11/2017), saat ini El Ibnu menderita stroke.

Menurut keterangan dari sang ibu, Metri Citra Wiji, penyakit itu mulai menyerang El Ibnu pada 15 Januari 2015 saat putranya itu berada di Maroko.

"Februari dia pulang ke Indonesia sempoyongan. Badan kurus, bawa tas gede. Itu pun dia udah nggak pegang uang sama sekali karena dia biayanya habis," ungkap Metri.

Sejak saat itu, kemampuan gerak El Ibnu menjadi terbatas, tidak seperti dulu lagi.

Istrinya pun menggugat cerai ketika sang vokalis dalam kondisi lemah.

Penyakit yang diderita El Ibnu sudah mendapatkan perawatan medis.

Namun sayangnya, dirinya sempat terkendala dalam menggunakan layanan BPJS yang ia miliki.
