SUMENEP- WD (22), warga Dusun Rabe, Desa Angkatan, Kecamatan Arjasa, Pulau Kangean Sumenep, Madura, menjadi korban nafsu bejat tiga pemuda berandalan, warga Desa Laok Janjang, Kecamatan Arjasa, Pulau Kangean,Sumenep, Jumat ( 24/11/2017).

Korban yang berstatus janda sempat pingsan akibat pemerkosaan itu sebelum akhirnya diselamatkan warga.

Kasusnya kini ditangani Polres Sumenep.

Polisi akhirnya menangkap Kholil Ramban (25) warga Dusun Ngomber, Desa  Laok Jang-Jang,
Kecamatan Arjasa, Pulau Kangean, Kabupaten Sumenep.

Sedangkan dua rekannya hingga kini dalam pengejaran polisi.

Perempuan yang sehari-harinya menjadi penjaga toko itu, pada Jumat petang sekitar pukul 17.00 pulang dari tempat kerjanya ke rumah kontrakannya yakni di rumah milik Buhari di Dusun Bunut,

Desa Duko, Kecamatan Arjasa.

Sampai di rumah kontrakanu, korban yang gerah karena seharian tidak mandi, langsung masuk kamar mandi.

Diduga, pelaku Khalil Rahkan bersama dua temannya menyelinap masuk kamar korban melalui jendela rumah kontrakan korban.

Ketiganya mendekat ke kamar mandi yang saat itu korban sedang mandi.

Pelaku lalu mengedor pintu kamar mandi, meminta korban keluar kamar mandi.

Korban yang terkejut ada suara laki-laki di depan pintu kamar mandi sempat berteriak meminta laki-laki yang mengedor-ngedor pintu kamar mandinya agar keluar.

“ Tapi mereka bertiga tidak pergi, malah diam dan bersembunyi dibalik tembok kamar mandi,” papar Kasubag Humas Polres Sumenep, AKP Suwardi, Jumat (24/11/2017).

Korban yang merasa ketiga pelaku sudah pergi dari sekitar kamar mandinya, lalu pelan-pelan keluar kamar mandi dengan menggunakan handuk.

Ketika korban keluar kamar mandi, ketiga pelaku lalu muncul dari balik tembok dan bersama-sama menyergap tubuh korban dari belakang.

Korban sempat berteriak minta tolong warga sambil berusaha melepaskan tubuhnya dari sergapan ketiga pelaku.

“ Namun justru pelaku semakin kalap dan langsung merobohkan tubuh pelaku. Pelaku tak memperdulikan teriakan pelaku, tetapi malah menindih tubuh pelaku,” lanjut Suwardi.

Pelaku utama, Khalil Rahman, memaksa korban melayani nafsu bejatnya dan mulai menggagahi korban yang masih terus berontak.

Korban akhirnya tak berdaya dan tak sadarkan diri.

Nah, ketika korban pingsan itulah, pelaku memperkosa korban secara bergiliran.

Usai melampiaskan nafsu bekatnya dan membiarkan korban tergeletak pingsan.

“Beberapa saat kemudian korban siuman dan langsung melaporkan kejadian yang menimpanya ke aparat desa dan kepolisian setempat,” imbuh Suwardi.

Sejak mendapat laporan itu, polisi langsung bergerak memburu ketiga.

Hanya satu tersangka yakni Khalil Rahman, yang berhasil dibekuk di rumahnya, sedang kedua tersangka lainnya, ternyata sudah kabur.

Khalil kini mendekam di sel Mapolres Sumenep. Tersangka bakal dijerat dengan pasal 285 KUHP tentang pemerkosaan dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 12 tahun penjara.
