Satreskrim Polresta Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur, menangkap pelaku penyebaran video mesum yang beberapa waktu lalu sempat menghebohkan dunia maya, Jumat (4/11/2017).
Dari pemeriksaan sementara, pelaku mengaku hanya iseng.
Pelaku sengaja mencuri video ini dari telepon seluler pemeran pria.
Akibat perbuatannya, pelaku dijerat pasal berlapis, pasal 27 undang-undang nomor 11 tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik dan pasal 35 undang-undang nomor 44 tahun 2008 tentang pornografi dengan ancaman 6 tahun penjara.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Samarinda, Kompol Sudarsono mengatakan pelaku telah ditahan di rutan Polresta Samarinda.
"Sejak Selasa lalu ditetapkan sebagai tersangka. Polisi lalu melakukan penangkapan di kos tersangka di Yogyakarta di hari yang sama. Baru, pada Kamis kemarin dipindahkan ke Polresta Samarinda," ujar Sudarsono, di Samarinda Seberang, Jumat (3/11/2017), dikutip dari Tribun Kaltim.
"Tersangka adalah teman dari pemeran pria di video. Melakukan karena iseng. Penetapan tersangka setelah kami lakukan pendalaman dari 11 saksi pihak pria dan wanita pemeran dari video tersebut," katanya.
Diberitakan sebelumnya, kasus video mesum mencuat setelah tersebarnya video itu di sejumlah media sosial, yakni di grup WhatsApp dan grup Line.
Video berdurasi 5 menit serta foto-foto pemeran wanita dalam video itu tersebar, diduga merupakan alumni siswi SMA Negeri 1 Samarinda.
Kasus video mesum sejoli itu tersebar sejak 23 Oktober 2017, dan dilaporkan di hari yang sama oleh orang tua terduga pemeran wanita dalam video.

Video yang berdurasi 5 menit tersebut tersebar luas di sosial media, terutama di aplikasi Line maupun WhatsApp.
Dalam percakapan di chating grup grup tersebut, banyak yang mengatakan bahwa perempuan di video tersebut merupakan siswi SMAN 1 Samarinda atau yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan Smansa.
Video yang lakukan layaknya suami istri tersebut tampak direkam oleh sang pria.
Di saat yang bersamaan, muncul pula foto-foto wanita dalam video tersebut yang menggunakan batik Smansa, pada percakapan di grup tersebut.
Bahkan, terdapat screen shot akun Instagram yang diduga kuat merupakan milik wanita dalam video panas itu.
Setelah video tersebar, keterangan pada bio instagram milik pemeran perempuan menuliskan "Tolong yang punya video gua, plisss hapus !!".
Setelah dikonfirmasi, soal kebenaran video itu, pihak sekolah tidak tahu menahu dan menyangkal jika pemeran adegan tersebut adalah siswanya.
"Saya tidak tahu sama sekali, kebetulan belum lihat juga videonya," ucap Muslimin, Humas SMAN 1 Samarinda, Selasa (24/1/2017).
Pihak sekolah akn turun tangan jika yang bersangkutan masih berstatus pelajar, namun jika sudah alumni pihak sekolah tidak akan ikut campur.
"Setahu saya tidak ada, kalau memang terbukti siswa di sini dan masih aktif, ada ketentuan dan langkah-langkah yang akan diambil sekolah.
Apalagi yang sudah lulus tahun tahun lama kita tidak urusin lagi," tegasnya.
Video tersebut pernah tersebar 2 tahun lalu
Seoerang teman pemeran video pria yang berinsial (DI), menurutnya, video tersebut pernah tersebar beberapa tahun lalu
Saat itu, video tersebut hanya hanya di kalangan grup-grup Line dan WhatsAap teman-teman sepermainan kedua pemeran video tersebut.
“Sudah sejak dua tahun lalu itu ada. Makanya, videonya, ada yang berdurasi dua menit. Ini karena saat ini, aplikasi Line dan WA, hanya bisa mengirimkan video dengan waktu tak panjang. Dua orang itu, Na dan RA, berpacaran sejak Na kelas 2 SMA,” ujarnya yang melansir dari TribunKaltim.com
Tak lama berpacaran, keduanya kemudian putus. Na kemudian melanjutkan pendidikan di Universitas di Jakarta, sementara RA melanjutkan pendidikan di Universitas di Yogyakarta.
Ketika sedang kuliah di Yogya ini, RA kemudian menjalin hubungan dengan Sa.
Tetapi, saat itu, Sa sudah lebih dahulu menjalin hubungan dengan pria lain.
Pria lain inilah yang diduga menyebarkan video tak senonoh tersebut.
“Jadi, pacar dari Sa itu yang diduga menyebarkan video.
Ia diduga sakit hati, karena Sa tiba-tiba dipacari oleh RA, mantan dari Na itu.
"Bagaimana bisa video tersebar, karena HP dari Ra ini pernah hilang. Saya juga dapat info dari adik dari Na yang sebenarnya saat ini masih ada di Samarinda, dan bersekolah di sekolah yang sama dengan kakaknya,” ujarnya.
Ia pun mengaku, mengenal sosok Na, termasuk wanita yang polos.
Saat pertama video itu muncul dua tahun lalu, tak ada yang menyangka Na bisa melakukan adegan layaknya suami istri tersebut.
“Kalau ketemu Na, dia orangnya polos. Tidak centil kok. Kalau disapa, dia ramah dan menegur balik. Anaknya tak banyak tingkah,” katanya.
Sosok pria datang sendiri ke kantor polisi
Setelah video tersebut tersebar, polisi melakukan pemeriksaan marathon.
Pada (26/10/2017), Satreskrim Polresta Samarinda melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap pria berinsial RA (18) yang merupakan pemeran pria dalam video panas tersebut.
"Beberapa hari yang lalu dia (RA) baru datang ke Samarinda, dan sejak pagi sudah datang ke Polres untuk kita mintai keterangan," ucap Kasat Reskrim Polresta Samarinda, Kompol Sudarsono, Kamis (26/10/2017) yang dilansir dari TribunBali.com
pemeran wanita, bernisial Na (18) masih berada di luar kota, dan sore ini (26/10/2017) beberapa anggota kepolisian akan berangkat ke Jakarta, untuk melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap pemeran wanita.
"Mereka kooperatif, semoga kasus ini cepat tuntas," tambahnya
Selain pemeran adegan tersebut, pihak kepolisian juga akan memanggil admin beberapa grup media sosial, tempat tersebarnya video berdurasi 5 menit itu.
"Kasus ini masih berkembang terus, admin grup tempat video itu tersebar juga akan kita panggil untuk dimintai keterangan," tuturnya
Motif penyebaran video
Kasus tersebut sudah ditahap penyelidikan.
Hingga kini, pihak kepolisian belum mengetahui motif dan bagaimana video tersebut bisa menyebar ke masyarakat.
Pihak kepolisian, melalui Kompol Sudarsono, Kasat Reskrim Samarinda, menjelaskan bahwa saat ini proses pencarian motif masih dilakukan dengan mengorek keterangan para saksi.
Masih banyak saksi yang harus kami periksa. Hari ini kemungkinan ada 5 orang saksi yang kami periksa,” ujarnya.
“Pokoknya kami cari saksi yang mendukung untuk membuat terang masalah ini. Memang, kami cari motifnya. Masih coba membuka modusnya,” katanya.
