Penumpang pesawat Lion Air bernama Dean Ricko Pakpahan mengaku ditampar pramugari makspai penerbangan tersebut.

Ricko pun mengadukan ke polisi di Polres Bandara Soekarno Hatta, Tangerang.

Ia menceritakan, kejadian itu bermula saat dirinya bersama adiknya terbang dari Bandara Juanda di
Surabaya menuju Bandara Soekarno Hatta pada Minggu (26/11/2017) siang.

Dalam tiket tertera, nomor penerbangannya adalah JT 581 dengan waktu penerbangan pukul 15.40 WIB.

"Kami check in, lalu ada pemberitahuan penerbangan JT 581 mengalami delay sampai 16.40. Kami menunggu di ruang tunggu, pas jam 16.40 petugas mengatakan delay lagi jadi 17.50," ujar Ricko.

Setelah mengalami dua kali delay, akhirnya Ricko bisa terbang ke Jakarta pukul 17.40.

Namun, saat melakukan boarding, tiket Ricko dan penumpang lain dicoret petugas.

Oleh petugas, nomor penerbangan yang seharusnya JT 581 diganti menjadi JT 749.

"Kami sempat tanya apakah dengan diganti (nomor) penerbangan, manifes kami tercantum apa enggak," ucap dia.

Permasalahan Ricko tak sampai di situ.

Di dalam pesawat, tempat duduk yang tertera dalam tiketnya sudah di tempati orang lain.

Dia bertanya ke pramugari. Pramugari itu menyuruh Ricko mencari kursi yang masih kosong.

"Kami ini naik pesawat bukan naik metro mini, saya bilang gitu. Akhirnya saya dapat seat 21A, duduk sama adik kandung saya," kata Ricko.

Setelah dapat tempat duduk, Ricko kembali bertanya ke pramugari.

Dia mau memastikan apakah tempat yang dia duduki bersama adiknya itu benar-benar kosong.

"Saya tanya kursi ini ada orangnya enggak. Memang saat itu nada saya agak keras. Dia bilang, sudah duduk dulu. Dia jawab begitu juteknya, lalu dia meninggalkan kami yang belum dapat kepastian soal tempat duduk. Pas dia mau pergi, adik saya menahan sambil megang lengannya. Pokonya tidak menyenangkanlah perbuatannya dia," ujarnya.

Karena mendapat perbuatan tak menyenangkan dari awak kabin, Ricko memutuskan untuk menghampiri pramugari itu.

Dia ingin mengetahui namanya.

Setelah mengetahui namanya, Ricko kembali ke kursi.

Saat kembali itu, dia bertemu dengan seorang pramugari senior.

"Dia bilang maaf atas ketidaknyamanannnya. Menurut pramugari kami, adik bapak lakukan kontak fisik dengan mendorong pramugari," kata pramugari senior itu.

Ricko tak terima lantaran merasa adiknya tidak pernah mendorong pramugari itu.

Perdebatan terjadi, tetapi akhirnya Ricko memutuskan tak melanjutkannya.

Setelah pesawat mendarat di Bandara Soekarno Hatta, Ricko bersama adiknya ingin menemui pilot pesawat.

Dia mau mengadukan tindakan pramugari itu ke pilot pesawat itu.

"Saat penjelasan ke pilot adik saya ribut sama terlapor. Saya pikir, ada ribut-ribut lagi saya rekam.

Saya rekam biar ada pembuktian. Karena pas kejadian awal adik saya menahan lengan, biar saya ada bukti," kata Ricko.

Pramugari itu berang saat melihat percekcokan itu direkam.

Dia mencoba merebut ponsel Ricko.

Ricko pun mempertahankan ponselnya.

Dalam peristiwa itu, Ricko merasa tertampar di bagian wajahnya oleh si pramugari.

"Saya kerasa terkena pukul dua kali, saya ngomong 'saya dipukul nih'. Saya enggak tahu dia sengaja mau mukul apa tujuannya mau ambil HP saya," ujar Ricko.

Percekcokan itu dilerai awak kabin dan pilot pesawat.

Namun, Ricko merasa perbuatan pramugari itu telah melewati batas.

"Saya sudah buat laporan ke polisi bandara Soetta, saya sudah BAP, sudah visum. Itu kan tindak pidana umumnya, saya mau ke sana lagi untuk melapor perdatanya ke bagian otoritas. Saya juga akan melapor ke Ombudsman, ke Kemenhub juga," ucap Ricko.

Pihak Lion Air, Selasa, membenarkan adanya keterlambatan dan insiden yang melibatkan pramugari dan penumpang dalam penerbangan itu.

Pihak maskapai juga telah meminta keterangan dari pramugari yang dituduh.

"Pihak manajemen Lion Air melakukan pemanggilan kepada FA2 (pramugari yang dituduh) tersebut pada Selasa (28/11/2017).
