Ustaz Abdul Somad didera tudingan menghina Nabi Muhammad SAW.

Hal tersebut menyusul tersebarnya potongan video saat sang ustaz memberikan ceramah di acara Muktamar HTI di Riau pada Agustus 2017.

Dalam ceramah yang terekam pada potongan video tersebut, Ustaz Somad mengatakan bahwa Nabi Muhammad tidak bisa mewujudkan Rahmatan Lil Alamin karena berada di bawah tekanan.

Netizen kemudian memahami ceramah ustaz asal Silo Lama, Asahan, Sumatera Utara itu sebagai bentuk penghinaan kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW.

Kolom komentar video unggahan akun Youtube perpuzalim 1924, Rabu (9/8/2017), itu pun dihujani kritikan dari warganet.

Mereka bahkan menyampaikan ejekan pada kolom komentar video berjudul 'Ustd Abdul Somad, Lc khilafah membawa kemakmuran Muktamar Tokoh Umat Riau' tersebut.

Ustaz Somad pun tak diam saja menghadapi tudingan tersebut.

Melalui akun Instagramnya, @ustadzabdulsomad, Selasa (9/1/2018), ia menuliskan, "Klarifikasi UAS Terkait Video (Baca sampai selesai, bersambung di komentar)

1. Mohon maaf jika klarifikasi ini terlambat. Karena selama umroh saya tidak beli nomer baru Saudi Arabia dan tidak isi pulsa. Khawatir tergoda internet. Hanya pakai wifi hotel saja.

2. Video pertama di depan Masjid Raya An-Nur Provinsi Riau. Dihadiri banyak tokoh lintas ormas. Semua memberikan orasi 5-10 menit. Saya diundang sebagai dai dari luar HTI. Orasi saya seputar urgensi politik Islam.

3. Video kedua di Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru. Dihadiri tokoh lintas ormas. Saya sebagai dai luar HTI.
4. Isi tausiyah video 8 menit itu tentang politik Islam. Usia Nabi dibagi tiga

a. 40 tahun sebagai seorang dalam persiapan kenabian. Belum memegang kekuasaan

b. 13 tahun di Makkah fase kenabian, tapi lemah, tertindas. Bilal disiksa, Sumayyah wafat sebagai syahid, Shuhaib terusir, dan lain-lain

c. 10 tahun di Madinah setelah memiliki kekuasaan. Barulah terwujud pemerataan keadilan dengan bahasa Al-Qur'an: Rahmatan Lil-'Alamin

5. Fiqh Islam itu banyak aspek
a. Ada fiqh ibadah: shalat, zakat, puasa, haji, dan lain-lain
b. Aspek mu'amalah: jual beli, gadai, hutang piutang, dan lain-lain
c. Aspek munakahat: nikah, cerai, zhihar, li'an, dan lain-lain
d. Aspek politik: syarat pemimpin, dan lain-lain.

Dalam membahas aspek politik Islam ini, Ulama menggunakan banyak istilah. Panjang lebar dibahas Imam al-Mawardi (wafat 450 H) dalam Al-Ahkam As-Sulthaniyyah, sampai Al-Qaradawi dalam Min Fiqh Ad-Daulah. Hingga Ustadz Sulaiman Rasjid dalam Fiqh Islam:

c. Al-Khilafah
d. Ad-Daulah.

Yang dimaksud adalah, aspek politik dalam Islam

6. Yang selalu saya sampaikan adalah pendapat moderat Syaikh Al-Qaradawi dalam Min Fiqh Ad-Daulah. Bahwa ketika mencoblos, maka itu adalah persaksian di hadapan Allah SWT bahwa kita bersaksi memilih pemimpin dan wakil kita. Jangan lupa diantara dosa terbesar adalah kesaksian palsu.

7. Dalam ilmu hadits ada yang disebut "Al-Jam'u wa At-Taufiq" yaitu mengkombinasikan dan mengkompromikan beberapa hadits tentang suatu masalah.

Begitu juga hendaknya sikap kita menyikapi beberapa potongan video, tulisan, pernyataan dari seseorang agar dapat pemahaman yang utuh.

8. Ada pernyataan: m"Abdul Somad menghina Nabi Muhammad SAW". Saya katakan: "Saya Alumni Darul Hadits yang belajar hadits-hadits Nabi. Dari tahun 2008 pulang ke Indonesia mengajar hadits. Di UIN mengampu mata kuliah hadits". Please deh!

9. Insya Allah saya dapat menjelaskan pada ikhwah sudaghe sedulur sederek sedoyo halak hita sasudena yang gagal faham. Tapi saya tidak akan pernah mampu memberikan penjelasan pada orang-orang yang memang mengambil kesempatan dengan gagal faham.

10. Biasanya efek fitnah-fitnah begini orang makin simpati, lovers dan followers makin bertambah.

Saya sudah cukup ribet dengan popularitas ini. Ke mall saya terpaksa pakai topi pet. Itu pun ketahuan juga. Di airport saya sering hampir ketinggalan pesawat gara-gara lovers minta poto.
