"Assalamualaikum le lovers sekedar berbagi cerita.
Kira kira beginilah penampakan martabak Grentea coklat di kedai saya.
Tapi kemarin di protes konsumen, karena tidak ada sebutir coklatpun di dalamnya.
Setelah saya jelaskan baik baik kalau coklat greantea itu warnanya hijau, dan sudah meleleh di tengah martabak yang panas, konsumen malah marah.
Cara marahnya yang keterlaluan. Sambil menggebrak meja kasir sampai pecah.
Di hancurkannya martabak yang sudah saya kemas di dalam kotak, lalu di lemparkan ke jalanan sambil berteriak teriak, mana coklatnya?

Mungkin dibayangannya cokelat selalu berwarna "cokelat."
Sementara itu netizen juga merasa ada kesalahan pula di menu Martabak Grentea Coklat milik Ani Trihandayani.
Menurut netizen sebaiknya ditulis martabak greentea saja.
"Dulu saya bekerja di salah satu first class lounge di bandara Soeta, orang kaya yang berpendidikan biasanya kalo komplain ga teriak teriak,malah pake bisik-bisik,biar ga bikin ribut. Emang ga perlu kaya asal berpendidikan pasti faham etika.yang sabar ya bunda" tulis Sri Wahyuniasih.
"Martabak cokelat greentea,sekilas klo di tangkap beberapa orang mungkin ada cokelat dan di tambah rasa greentea, bisa jadi koreksi bun buat pemberian nama menu nya #saransaja sabar nya penjual menghadapi pembeli insya Allah berbalas bun semangat " tulis Rizkha Murni Sovi.

"Sebagai customer kalau saya liat Tulisan judul "Martabak Greentea Cokelat" artinya harus ada COKELATnya dan harus ada GREENTEA nya. Sebaiknya namanya ganti aja cukup MARTABAK GREENTEA aja daripada dianggap PHPin customer.
Ohya, saya tukang kue, sering belanja bahan kue dan tau di dunia ini ada cokelat rasa green tea.
Walaupun sebenarnya kalau mau agak rajin liat ingredients-nya, cokelat green tea itu TIDAK MEMAKAI BUBUK KAKAO/COKELAT sama sekali.
Jadi yang nyela-nyela orang yg kurang paham soal cokelat green tea, plis deh ya belajar lagi.
Tapi memang cara komplain customer yg mba sebut di atas ya keterlaluan. Tidak seharusnya bersikap seperti itu." tulis Fadhilah Habiburrachman.
