Allah kasih hadiah luar biasa buat saya,,, begitu lulus langsung diterima jadi pns.. Trus ditempatin di ruang isolasi, sempet ngerawat flu burung, swine flu dan nyambi ngerawat pasien HIV.. 11 tahun jd perawat, 9 tahun ngerawat pasien hiv stadium 3-4.. Menyaksikan sendiri sakaratul maut yg begitu menyeramkan…..

Tren penyebab hiv kian bergeser ( kesimpulan dari pengalaman jd perawat). Kalo dulu banyak pasien terkena hiv karna IDU yang sharing needle, tetep ada juga yang dari s3x bebas dan banyak juga pasien kaum elgebete..

Klo sekarang, pasien hiv yang karena IDU udah sedikit, soalnya jenis putaw juga udah jarang dipake… Krn trennya skrg ke shabu, gorilla, tramadol dll…

Yang karena s3x bebas selalu ada dan masih tetep banyak yg dari kalangan elgebete… Bahkan sempet diruangan ngerawat pasiennya elgebete semua…

Jadi saya nyimpulin sendiri kalo elgebete itu ya ujungnya pasti hiv.. Karna lobang yg dipake bukan lobang semestinya, gampang banget luka, lecet dan jadi pintu masuk virus hiv.

Beberapa kali ngobrol sama pasien dan penunggu pasien…

Ada istri yg pernah nge gap in suaminya lagi campur ama laki2 lain.. Ada juga kisah anak muda yg merantau, izin sama orang tuanya kerja di jakarta.. Dan disini kerja nya jd cowo jadi2an dimalam hari…..

” gw kalo dandan cantik sus,,,, pangkalan gw kan ga jauh dari pangkalan psk yg cewe beneran, tp pelanggannya lebih rame di tempat gw”

” ya macem2, biasanya 50rebu. Kadang lebih. Kalo pelanggannya bule suka ngasih lebih… Semalem gw bisa 6 pelanggan dan paling banyak pernah 10 orang sus”

Percakapan di lain waktu, dengan orang yang berbeda, tetep dengan elgebete. Saat itu dia sedang besuk temennya yg sedang dirawat. Dirawat karna hiv dan juga karna dia elgebete..

” iye sus, ya mau cari duit gimana lagi”
“trus,loe punya pasangan tetep ga?”
“ya nggak lah, gw males… Jadi mending kaya makan nasi padang aja, makan trus buang, ngapain ounya pasangan tetep”

” Yg kaya gw kan hampir semuanya minum ARV ( arv adalah obat anti retroviral, penekan virus HIV ), gw cuma nunggu waktu aja ini.. Udah rutin periksa sih, alhamdulillah masih non reaktif, soalnya gw pake kondom terus. Tapi kan ga semua pelanggan mau pake kondom. Kalo gw punya pasangan tetep, gw males ngurusinnya kalo pas die sakit.. Rempong cyiin, kan gw harus kerja cari duit”

Dan masih banyak percakapan2 lain…. Hampir semua pasien yg begitu, bermasalah dengan lobang 4nusnya, ya luka sampe bonyok lah, yang ga bs ngontrol bab nya lah.. Macem2 pokoknya…

Disaat-saat sulit seperti itu, yang ngedampingin mereka mayoritas adalah ibu nya udah dikecewakan krn kelakuannya, istrinya yg dikhianatin.

Ada juga sih, yang diurusin ama pacar/istrinya yang juga cewek jadi2an tapi itu ga banyak dan ga lama.. Setelah itu mereka ditinggal… Ngiluuu…

Saya perawat, dan jujur, jika bukan karena tanggung jawab profesi,, GAK pengen banget rasanya ngurusin pasien kaya begitu..

Bayangin muaknya mesti ngelakuin perawatan luka di sekitar lobang 4nus yg udah ngelakuin hal yg menurut saya menjijikkan..
