Sesosok mayat wanita bercadar ditemukan tergeletak di halaman masjid Anas Bin Faadolah Desa Menang, Kecamatan Pagu, Kabupaten Kediri, Jawa Timur.
Penemuan pada hari Kamis (4/1/2018) tersebut sempat menghebohkan warga sekitar.
Menurut seorang saksi mata, Saifuin (35), dirinya mendengar bunyi keras di halaman masjid.
Setelah Saifuin mendatangi sumber suara tersebut, dirinya melihat sesosok wanita dengan kondisi tertutup kain hitam tergeletak di halaman masjid.
Setelah melihat mayat tersebut, Saifuin langsung memanggil pihak berwajib.
Di dekat mayat tersebut, polisi menemukan sepucuk surat misterius.
Diduga, surat tersebut merupakan pesan dari pelaku untuk memperlakukan jenazah sesuai syariat Islam.
"Maaf!!! Mohon dirawat sesuai syariat Islam
Jangan cari tahu sp saya..." tulisnya dalam surat tersebut.
Penyidikan kasus ini pun mulai menemui titik terang.
Pasalnya, pihak kepolisian berhasil mengetahui identitas wanita paruh baya tersebut.
Wanita itu diketahui bernama Nurul Khotimah, warga Jalan Pahlawan Gang III, Kedungwaru, Tulungagung.
Data tersebut berhasil didapatkan oleh pihak kepolisian melalui alat identifikasi berupa Mobile
Automatic Multi Biometric Identification System (MAMBIS).
Sebelum mendapatkan identitas tersebut, Tim Inafis Polres Kediri sudah mengambil sampel sidik jari dan retina korban.
Dari situlah pihak kepolisian akhirnya bisa mengungkap jati diri Nurul.
Wartawan Surya.co.id pun mulai mendatangi kediaman keluarga korban.
Rusdi, ayah mendiang Nurul Khotimahn (38), mengaku sangat terpukul saat mengetahui putrinya telah meninggal dunia.
Dia menduga ada keterlibatan orang terdekat dalam kematian tersebut.
Tribunstyle melansir dari Surya, "Saya minta polisi menangkap pelakunya," ucap Rusdi bernada tinggi.
Pria berkepala enam tersebut meminta Polres Kediri mengusut tuntas kasus yang merenggut nyawa anaknya tersebut.
"Kalau bisa dihukum setimpal dengan perbuatannya menghilangkan nyawa," pintanya.
Perlu diketahui bahwa Nurul merupakan anak ketiga dari empat bersaudara.
Saat ini, dia tinggal bersama suaminya di daerah Tulungagung.
Agustina (40), kakak korban, mengatakan bahwa sebelum kejadian nahas tersebut, adiknya sempat mengantarkan anak sulungnya ke sekolah.
Sementara suami korban tengah mengantarkan anak bungsunya ke pondok pesantren di Solo, Jawa Tengah.
Diketahui korban menggunakan sepeda angin untuk mengantarkan anaknya.
Setelah itu, biasanya korban kembali untuk berdagang garmen lalu menjemput anaknya pulang sekolah pukul 12.00 WIB.
Namun, saat itu Nurul tak kunjung datang.
Bahkan, anaknya pun sampai diantar oleh gurunya untuk pulang ke rumah.
"Ketika di rumah dalam kondisi terkunci tidak ada orang," bebernya.
Agustina mengaku sempat mencari korban ke rumah teman-temannya.
Hingga pada akhirnya, polisi datang ke rumah orang tua korban di Dusun Kroncong, Desa Purworejo,
Kecamatan Kandat, Kabupaten Kediri yang menyampaikan kabar duka.
"Saya berharap kasus ini dapat secepatnya terungkap dan menangkap pelakunya," pungkasnya.
Agustina mengaku sebelum kejadian sempat berbincang bersama suami korban.
Pada saat itu, suami korban sempat menunjukkan history panggilan telepon dari ponsel korban yang dihubungi oleh teman sekolahnya.
"Saya pernah ditunjukkan ponsel ada telepon berulang kali ke ponsel adik (korban)," bebernya.
Sepengetahuannya adiknya hanya sedikit mempuyai teman pria itupun rekannya semasa sekolah.
"Kalau persoalan pribadi dia (korban) cenderung tertutup," imbuhnya.
Kecurigaan ayah dan kakak Nurul juga dilontarkan oleh suami korban, Sunaryo.
Dia menunjukkan ponsel korban yang sempat dihubungi oleh teman prianya.
"Kami meminta polisi agar menangkap pelaku dan dihukum setimpal," tegasnya dijumpai Surya di rumahnya, Jumat (5/1/2018).
Dipaparkannya, korban mempunyai teman pria semasa sekolah yang dahulu pernah dekat.
Ia mengetahui pria tersebut masih berupaya menghubungi korban meski masing-masing telah berumah tangga.
Bahkan, lanjutnya, secara terang-terangan kalau teman sekolahnya tersebut pernah meminta korban menceraikan suaminya dan menikah dengannya.
Korban dijanjikan akan diberi rumah dan dipenuhi seluruh biaya kebutuhan hidup asalkan bersedia menuruti keinginannya.
"Iya memang benar begitu," jelasnya.
Sementara itu, bukti otentik hasil penyelidikan semakin menguatkan adanya tindakan dugaan pembunuhan.
Polisi tidak menemukan tanda-tanda adanya bekas perlawanan di tubuh korban.
Diketahui juga bahwa Nurul sempat dijemput oleh seorang laki-laki di rumahnya pada Kamis pagi.
Keduanya sempat bertemu di sekitar RSUD dr Iskak, yang ada di timur kediaman Nurul.
Bahkan, saat-saat bertemunya pria tersebut dengan Nurul berhasil terekam kamera CCTV RSUD dr Iskak.
Saat dikonfirmasi terkait informasi itu, Kasat Reskrim Polres Tulungagung, AKP Mustijat
Priyambodo membenarkan.
“Kami sudah memeriksa rekaman CCTV RSUD dan memang benar mereka sempat terekam,” terang Mustijat.
Temuan lain dari penyelidikan di Tulungagung, korban sempat menitipkan sepedanya di sekitar RSUD dr Iskak.
“Sepeda korban juga sudah kami temukan di sana,” tambah Mustijat.
Kasatreskrim Polres Kediri, AKP Hanif Fatih Wicaksono masih memeriksa suami korban.
Tak hanya itu, pihaknya juga meminta keterangan teman dekat korban berinisial (A) warga Kecamatan Wates, Kabupaten Kediri.
"Kami masih melakukan penyidikan terkait kasus ini," ujarnya.
Hanif menjelaskan pihaknya belum dapat memastikan dugaan keterlibatan teman dekat korban.
Apalagi, terkait indikasi bukti petunjuk yang menjurus dugaan pembunuhan.
"Kami masih memburu pelakunya," pungkasnya.
"Kalau bisa dihukum setimpal dengan perbuatannya menghilangkan nyawa," pintanya.
Perlu diketahui bahwa Nurul merupakan anak ketiga dari empat bersaudara.
Saat ini, dia tinggal bersama suaminya di daerah Tulungagung.
Agustina (40), kakak korban, mengatakan bahwa sebelum kejadian nahas tersebut, adiknya sempat mengantarkan anak sulungnya ke sekolah.
Sementara suami korban tengah mengantarkan anak bungsunya ke pondok pesantren di Solo, Jawa Tengah.
Diketahui korban menggunakan sepeda angin untuk mengantarkan anaknya.
Setelah itu, biasanya korban kembali untuk berdagang garmen lalu menjemput anaknya pulang sekolah pukul 12.00 WIB.
Namun, saat itu Nurul tak kunjung datang.
Bahkan, anaknya pun sampai diantar oleh gurunya untuk pulang ke rumah.
"Ketika di rumah dalam kondisi terkunci tidak ada orang," bebernya.
