Baru-baru ini masyarakat dikejutkan oleh sebuah kabar.

Tepatnya, mengenai gugatan cerai yang diajukan Basuki Tjahaja Purnama atau Ahok, kepada istrinya Veronica Tan.

Dilansir dari Kompas.com, gugatan cerai tersebut sudah didaftarakan di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Utara, Jumat (5/1/2018) sore, sekitar pukul 15.00 WIB.

"Benar tadi sore sudah didaftarkan, atas nama Basuki dan Veronica," kata petugas pendaftaran di bagian kasus perdata itu kepada Kompas.com.

Pengacara yang mewakili mantan Gubernur DKI Jakarta Basuki Tjahaja Purnama atau Ahok, Josefina Agatha Syukur, dari kantor pengacara Law Firm Fifi Lety Indra & Partners membenarkan Ahok melayangkan surat gugatan cerai terhadap istrinya, Veronica Tan. Surat gugatan telah didaftarkan di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Utara pada Jumat (5/1/2018).

Ahok menunjuk Law Firm Fifi Lety Indra & Partners sebagai kuasa hukumnya dalam kasus itu.
"Benar bahwa Pak Ahok telah melayangkan gugatan cerai terhadap Ibu Veronica. Itu benar adanya. Nomor perkaranya 10/Pdt.G/2018 tanggal 5 Januari 2018," kata Josefina kepada Kompas.com, Senin (8/1/2018) pagi ini.

Namun, ia tidak mau menjelaskan mengapa Ahok, yang kini berada dalam tahanan di Mako Brimob, Depok, Jawa Barat, setelah divonis 2 tahun penjara dalam kasus penodaan agama menggugat cerai istrinya. Ia mengatakan, kasus perceraian merupakan masalah pribadi, sidang pengadilannya pun bersifat tertutup.

Walaupun membenarkan adanya surat gugatan cerai, Josefina meragukan kebenaran surat gugatan atas nama Ahok terhadap Veronica yang beredar di media sosial pada Minggu (7/1/2018) malam.

"Sebab, (surat) gugatan yang benar adalah gugatan yang sudah didaftarkan, di mana sudah tertulis nomor perkara dari pengadilan pada sudut kanannya dan ada capnya," katanya.

Namun, ia membenarkan pengacara Ahok dalam kasus gugatan perceraian itu hanya dua orang, yaitu dirinya dan adik Ahok sendiri, Fifi Lety Indra.

Dalam apa yang disebut sebagai foto surat gugatan yang beredar semalam, nama Josefina dan Fifi memang tertulis sebagai pengacara yang mewakili Ahok.

Hal itu tentu saja sangat berbeda dengan apa yang dilakukan Ahok terhadap istrinya beberapa waktu lalu.

Sekitar sebulan yang lalu, Ahok mengunggah foto istrinya, Veronica Tan, di akun Instagramnya.

Dalam unggahan tersebut, terlihat Vero mengenakan baju berwarna putih dibalut syal berwarna merah maroon di lehernya.

Wajah ramahnya tampak tersenyum lepas menghadap kamera yang mengabadikan potretnya.
Foto tersebut pada hari ulang tahun Veronica yang jatuh pada tanggal 4 Desember.

Namun kini, rumah tangga Ahok dan Veronica tengah dilanda kabar tak bahagia.

Tersebar adanya surat gugatan perceraian yang dilayangkan Ahok kepada istrinya, Veronica Tan.

Surat gugatan tersebut tertanggal 5 januari 2017 dan ditujukan kepada pihak Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Jakarta Utara.

Kabar mengenai gugatan tersebut dibenarkan oleh seorang petugas pendaftaran perkara perdata di PN Jakut yang dihubungi oleh Kompas.com.

"Benar tadi sore sudah di daftarkan, atas nama Basuki dan Veronica," kata petugas pendaftaran di bagian kasus perdata itu kepada Kompas.com, Jumat.

Sementara itu, Tribunnews pun segera mengkonfirmasi kabar tersebut kepada salah satu kuasa hukum Ahok, I Wayan Sudirta.

Wayan mengaku tidak tahu terkait kabar tersebut, ia mengatakan saat ini tengah berada di Bali.

"Saya ada di Bali, (kabar) itu yang tidak bisa saya jawab, (karena) saya tidak tahu, saya belum tahu," ujar Wayan, saat dihubungi Tribunnews, Minggu malam (7/1/2018).

Menurutnya, hubungan mantan Bupati Belitung Timur dengan Veronica baik-baik saja.

Pasalnya, Vero dan ketiga anaknya sempat merayakan Natal bersama di Mako Brimob Kelapa Dua Depok, tempat Ahok ditahan selama 2 tahun terkait kasus penistaan agama.

"Ya kalau selama ini (hubungan keduanya) bagus, setahu saya selama ini bagus ya," tegas Wayan.

Saat ditanya kondisi kesehata kliennya, Wayan menyebut Ahok dalam keadaan sehat.

"Kalau pak Ahok dari segi kesehatan bagus-bagus saja," kata Wayan.

Sementara kuasa hukum Ahok Sirra Prayuna mengatakan sedang mempelajari kebenaran surat tersebut.

"Saya akan pelajari kebenarannya," kata Sirra.

Sedangkan, kakak angkat Ahok, Nana Riwayatie mengaku tidak tahu mengenai kasus tersebut.

"Itu masalah keluarga saya tidakk tahu, coba tanya ke yang bersangkutan, saya sedang di Tokyo," kata Nana.

Hingga saat ini, pengacara penggugat, Fifi Lety Indra belum dapat dihubungi.
