KEDIRI - Proses penyidikan soal kematian wanita bercadar, Nurul Khotimah (38) terus berlanjut.

Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Sat Reskrim) Polres Kediri berupaya secepatnya merampungkan berkas pemeriksaan terhadap tersangka Makrus (39) terkait kasus pembunuhan tersebut.

Tersangka Makrus warga Kecamatan Wates, Kabupaten Kediri yang merupakan pengusaha percetakan ini telah menjalani serangkaian pemeriksaan oleh tim penyidik sesuai Surat Pemberitahuan Dimulainya Penyidikan (SPDP).

Namun, penyidikan tersebut sempat menuai kendala.

Pasalnya, tersangka tidak kooperatif, bahkan terkesan berbelit-belit mengenai kronologi kasus pembunuhan ini.

Padahal, seluruh hasil pemeriksaan berupa keterangan tersangka akan dipakai untuk melengkapi berkas Berita Acara Pemeriksaan (BAP).

Nantinya, rentetan kronologi dari keterangan tersangka yang tertuang dalam BAP, menjadi landasan merancang mekanisme adegan rekonstruksi pembunuhan Nurul.

Rencana reka ulang adegan pembunuhan yang sebelumnya telah dijadwalkan itu, terpaksa ditunda hingga seluruh berkas pemeriksaan kasus pembunuhan ini rampung.

"Rekontruksi ditunda sekitar satu pekan kedepan," tutur Kasatreskrim Polres Kediri, AKP Hanif Fatih Wicaksono kepada Surya, Jumat (12/1/2018).

Informasinya, terkait mekanisme rekonstruksi akan melibatkan sejumlah saksi di antaranya warga setempat di lokasi penemuan jenazah Masjid Pagu, pemilik toko yang menjual spidol dan kertas dan lainnya.

Rencananya, reka ulang akan di gelar di halaman Polres Kediri sebagai tempat pengganti lokasi bertemunya tersangka dengan Nurul yang sebenarnya di Kecamatan Kedungwaru, Kabupaten Tulungagung.

Setelah itu, dilanjutkan ke tempat kejadian perkara (TKP) yaitu penemuan jenazah korban di Masjid Anas Bin Fadolah, Desa Menang, Kecamatan Pagu, Kabupaten Kediri.

Polisi merekonstruksi pembunuhan ini secara detail setiap adegan yang diperagakan oleh tersangka saat membunuh korbannya.

Pada intinya, hasil rekonstruksi akan digunakan sebagai acuan untuk mengetahui
adanya unsur pembunuhan berencana atau tidak.

"Kami masih mempersiapkan saksi dan mekanisme reka ulang kasus pembunuhan ini," ucap Hanif.

Seperti yang diketahui, drama sandiwara kisah hubungan asmara antara Makrus (39) bersama Nurul Khotimah dimulai sejak 2013.

Sebenarnya, pihak keluarga korban telah mengetahui jalinan asmara itu.

Informasi tersebut diperoleh ketika suami korban, Sunaryo yang mengetahui istrinya main serong dan bercerita pada mertuanya Rusdi (65).

Bahkan, Sunaryo sempat menunjukkan ponsel milik korban yang sebelumnya telah disitanya, berisi histori percakapan panggilan telepon dengan tersangka Makrus.

Meskipun telah kepergok suaminya, selama hampir empat tahun berjalan korban masih berhubungan dengan Makrus.

Nurul berulang kali membeli ponsel yang dipakai berkomunikasi bersama tersangka.

Seiring berjalannya waktu, korban telah beritikad untuk mengakhiri hubungan gelapnya.

Ternyata, tersangka tidak menerima keputusan sepihak korban untuk menyudahi hubungan perselingkuhan ini.

Tersangka kecewa berat hingga pada akhirnya berbuat nekat membunuh korban dengan menjerat leher Nurul hingga tewas.

Polisi telah menangkap tersangka.

Kini tersangka mendekam di dalam Rumah Tahanan (Rutan) Polres Kediri.
