Assalamua’alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh. Ustadz Yudhistira sebetulnya sangat banyak pertanyaan yang ingin saya tanyakan karna ketika saya membaca buku ternyata ilmu itu semakin di gali semakin luas layaknya lautan. Pertanyaan pertama saya adalah mengapa dalam agama Islam ada larangan tidak boleh meniup makanan yang akan kita makan. Mohon penjelasannya. Jazakallah.
Wa’alaikumsalam Warhmatullahi Wabarkatuh. Kang Wahyu yang dirahmati Allah SWT, dalam sebuah hadits disampaikan “Dinginkanlah makanan, sesungguhnya yang panas-panas tidak ada berkahnya. (HR Hakim dan Dailami).”
Ibnu Abas mengatakan, “Nabi SAW telah melarang untuk menghirup udara di dalam gelas (Ketika minum) dan meniup di dalamnya. (HR Tirmidzi).
Dari Abu Qatadah, Nabi saw. bersabda, “Jika kalian minum janganlah bernapas dalam wadah air minumnya.” (HR Bukahari Muslim).
Rasulullah saw. melarang kita meniup-niup makanan dan minuman yang masih panas. Menurut beliau, ada baiknya kita menunggu makanan tersebut hingga layak dikonsumsi, yaitu hangat atau agak dingin. “Dinginkanlah makanan, sesungguhnya yang panas-panas tidak ada berkahnya,” (HR Hakim dan Dailami).
Tentu saja ada kebaikan dalam perintah Rasulullah SAW agar kita tidak meniup-niup makanan atau minuman panas. Apakah itu? Di dalam tubuh kita terdapat beraneka ragam muatan negatif yang harus dikeluarkan.
Bentuknya berupa muatan biolistrik, suhu, sisa-sisa metabolisme, gas, dan sebagainya. Dalam konteks pernapasan, sampah bioelektrik adalah yang terpenting. Proses pernapasan pun termasuk salah satu bagian penyeimbang, di mana dia membawa muatan-muatan negatif dari dalam tubuh”
Bagaimana proses pernapasan itu terjadi? Pada tahap awal, udara masuk ke saluran pernapasan melalui respirasuisehingga terjadi pertukaran udara antara oksigen dan karbondioksida. Aliran udara yang dihisap
melalui proses respirasi, kemudian akan melewati bagian-bagian tubuh, termasuk memasuki sel-sel. Di dalam sel-sel ini muatannya akan berusaha diseimbangkan lagi.
Apabila terlalu banyak elektron, dia akan ditambah dengan proton. Kalu protonnya terlalu banyak, electron yang berlebih akan segera dibuang ketika otot berkontraksi, akan terjadi penumpukan asam laktat, artinya electron menjadi lebih tinggi sehingga harus disalurkan atau dibuang sebagai muatan negative. Proses pembuangannya ini salah satunya melalui proses pernapasan.
Nah apabila muatan negatif tersebut dihembuskan pada makanan atau minuman, profil makanan dan minuman tersebut akan berubah menjadi zat asam yang biasa kita minum tersusun dari dua buah atom hidrogen dan satu buah atom oksigen, di mana kedua atom hidrogen tersebut terikat dalam atom oksigen. Itulah mengapa air memiliki nama ilmiah H2O.
Ketika bernapas kita akan mengeluarkan karbon oksida (CO2). Apabila kita tiupkan napas tersebut pada air, akan terjadi percampuran anatara karbon dioksida (CO2) dan air (H2O) sehingga akan melahirkan senyawa asam karbonat (H2CO3). Zat asam inilah yang berbahaya apabila masuk kedalam tubuh kita. Walau memang, senyawa H2CO3 termasuk senyawa asam yang lemah sehingga efek terhadap tubuh tidak terlalu tampak.
Secara filosofis, meniup-niup makanan atau minuman sama artinya dengan ketika menghembuskan keburukan yang awal hendak kita buang ke dalamnya. Kita seakan-akan mengonsumsi sampah yang awalnya hendak kita buang.
Hal ini sekaligus menjawab pertanyaan, mengapa Rasulullah SAW melarang kita bernapas di dalam tempat minum (HR Mutaffaqun Alaih) dan melarang kita minum dengan sekali napas atau sekali tegukan. Semoga bermanfaat bagi semua pembaca.
