kali ini bapak akan share bagai mana atau gimana cara memilih umbi singkong yang baik, bagus, berkualitas..
hmmm kirakira gimana yaa..
kalo bagi bapak sendiri memilih umbi singkong ini susah susah gampang ya nakk.. ada beberapa unsur yang harus diperhatikan di umbi singkong itu sendiri. baik mulai dari teksturnya, ukuranya, dan yang lainya..
tapi disini bapak berbagi tips yang simplenya aja yaa untuk memilih singkong yang baik berkualitas.. so karena pilihan singkong ang berkualitas itru juga akan mempengaruhi kualitas dari gorengan keripik itu sendiri lohh..

okeoke sabar nakk.. aduhh gak sabaran banget si haha
simple nak sebenernya, dan ini bapak bagi beberapa tips cara memilih singkong yang baik, bagus, dan berkualitas by bapake. di bawah ini yaa:
1. pilih singkong yang notabene berukuran besar. karena singkong yang besar menandakan umbi singkong itu sudah siap panen atau sudah matang. jangan pilih singkong yang kecil karena biasanya singkong yang kecil masih blm siap panen
2. pilih singkong yang cenderung berukuran lurus. karena ada beberapa singkong yang berukuran bengkok. jadi usahakan yang berukuran lurus, btw hal ini juga akan memudahkan dlm hal pengupasan kulit singkong loh.
3. pilih singkong yang kulit atau keraknya itu sedikit kasar atau merekah. kalau ini agak susah jelasinya.. hehe jadi bapak kasih liat gambarnya aja yaa..
4. jangan pilih singkong yang sudah membiru (itu pertanda singkong udh lama nak. hati-hati)
5. jangan pilih singkong yang mengeluarkan lendir terlalu banyak. itu pertanda singkong busuk nak karena bapak pernah nemuin singkong seperti itu berlendir seperti getah tapi berlebihan,, hati-hati gabagus nak.
6. pilih singkong yang masih fresh kalau untuk hal yang satu ini di usahakan kalau belum punya langganan usahakan tanya itu singkong kapan kepada pedaganynya, biasanya kalau singkong sudah lama. singkong itu akan berubah warna kebiruan atau lebam7. pilih lah singkong yang mudah dikupas kulitnya, yupp ini yang paling simple, kalau singkong itu mudah dikupas kulitnya menandakan bahwa singkong itu punya kualitas bagus nak.
8. pilih lah singkong yang cenderung berwarna Putih Bersih untuk daging buahnya. itu menanadakan bahwa singkong memiliki kualitas yang baik.

tapi itu bukan jd acuan ya nak untuk membeli singkong.. nanti kalau gak ada singkong dengan kreteria diatas gak jadi beli dehh.. jangannn... hehe
sekali lagi itu tips real berdasarkan pengalaman bapak bergelut didunia singkong mhehehe kalau ada salah tolong berikan masukan bapak di komentar..
