100 g cumi, potong kotak ukuran 3 x 3 cm
1 buah tahu putih, potong dadu 2, goreng setengah matang, tiriskan
3 batang bawang daun, iris serong
2 ikat (150 g) daun bayam, cuci bersih, petiki daunnya
200 sawi putih, cuci bersih, potong-potong 5 cm
200 g suun
200 g mi hongkongatau mie bihun
Cara Membuat Steamboat :
Kaldu: Rebus paha ayam bersama air di atas api sedang hingga mendidih, sambil dibuang bagian lemak yang mengapung di permukaan air kaldu. Kecilkan api, masak terus selama 1 jam hingga kaldu ‘keluar’. Angkat, saring.
Masukkan sisa bahan kaldu, aduk rata. Masak kembali di atas api sedang hingga mendidih, angkat. Tuang ke dalam panci steamboat.
Penyajian: Siapkan kompor gas kecil di atas meja makan. Letakkan panci steamboat berisi air kaldu di atasnya. Masukkan bahan isi ke dalam panci, masak selama 1 menit hingga matang. Sajikan panas.
Catatan Steamboat :
Mi hongkong disebut juga mi telur. Warnanya kuning terang, dengan ukuran lebih kecil dari mi ayam. Dijual dalam kemasan plastik di supermarket besar.
