Mayat wanita menghebohkan warga sekitar pinggir Kali Ciliwung, Grand Depok City Pancoran Mas. Mayat ditemukan dalam kondisi berbusana lengkap pada Kamis (20/7) sore, diduga korban pembunuhan.
Polresta Depok melakukan autopsi terhadap korban yang diketahui bernama Yeni Maharani (27). Terdapat luka memar di kepala, leher dan perut sebelah kanan.
"Korban mati lemas diduga karena cekikan pada leher," kata Kasubbag Humas Polresta Depok AKP Firdaus, Jumat (21/7).
Polisi tak perlu lama mencari pelaku pembunuhan Yeni, karena ternyata pembunuhnya adalah suami korban, SH (27). Pelaku diamankan di kawasan Kalibaru, Kecamatan Cilodong, Depok. Dia dicokok tak lama setelah membunuh istrinya.
Wakapolresta AKBP Faisal Ramadhani mengatakan, SH mengaku kesal dengan Yeni lantaran memergokinya selingkuh dengan wanita lain. Bahkan sebelum membunuh istrinya, pelaku sempat cekcok mulut terlebih dahulu.
"Lalu cekcok mulut dan akhirnya pelakukan melakukan pembunuhan dengan cara mencekik leher hingga meninggal dunia," ujarnya.
Berdasarkan pengakuan SH, setelah mengetahui adanya perselingkuhan Yeni sempat mencoba melakukan bunuh diri. Namun aksi nekat tersebut berhasil digagalkan.
Cerita bermula ketika kisah perselingkuhan SH terbongkar pada Rabu (19/7) lalu. Yeni cekcok dengan SH, bahkan sempat terjadi kontak fisik antara keduanya.
Yeni yang tak terima dicurangi suaminya, mencakar di bagian perut. Kemudian SH membalas dengan menjambak dan mendorong Yeni hingga jatuh ke kasur.
Setelah diperlakukan kasar dan dicurangi, Yeni sempat berniat gantung diri di kamar keponakannya. Namun aksi nekat tersebut diketahui dan berhasil digagalkan SH.
"Namun saat itu kain yang digunakan korban berhasil dipotong oleh pelaku menggunakan pisau kater sehingga korban terjatuh ke samping kanan di lantai," terang Faizal.
Malam hari usai gagal bunuh diri, sekira pukul 19.30, Yeni kabur dari rumah. SH bingung. Sempat mencoba cari tahu keberadaan istrinya namun tak urung juga jumpa.
SH akhirnya memutuskan untuk mengirimkan pesan singkat kepada Yeni, menanyakan keberadaannya. Keesokan harinya, Kamis (20/7), Yeni akhirnya membalas pesan tersebut. Dia menyampaikan tengah berada di Tanjung Priuk.
"Siang harinya korban SMS lagi ke suaminya. Dia bilang sedang ada di GDC dekat bambu-bambu masuk ke dalam," ungkap Faizal.
Mengetahui lokasi istrinya, SH akhirnya memutuskan menemui Yeni sekira pukul 15.30 WIB. Akhirnya dia menemukan Yeni duduk di pinggir kali.
Pada kesempatan itu, SH membujuk Yeni dengan minta maaf dan mengajaknya pulang. Namun permintaan itu ditolak oleh Yeni lantaran telah dicurangi oleh suaminya sendiri.
"Sehingga pelaku khilaf lalu mencekik korban dari depan hingga korban terjatuh ke tanah," jelas Faizal.
Setelah Yeni lemas tidak bernapas, kemudian SH meninggalkannya di tempat kejadian. Kemudian, pelaku langsung menelepon kerabatnya yaitu Yanuar agar datang ke jembatan GDC.
Beberapa saat kemudian, Yanuar datang. SH memintanya untuk mengecek di kerumunan masa yang menemukan jasad Yeni. Saat itu pelaku pulang menggunakan motornya sendiri.
"Sedangkan Yanuar ditinggal di tempat kejadian perkara," tutup Faisal.
Sebagai barang bukti, polisi menyita satu buah HP merk samsung, pakaian yang dikenakan korban berupa kaos lengan panjang warna putih celana jeans biru. Atas perbuatannya pelaku dikenakan Pasal 338 KHUP dengan ancaman 12 tahun penjara.
