Kanit Reskrim Polsek Cilincing, AKP Andre Soeharto, R melakukan aborsi dengan cara menenggak dua tablet obat aborsi jenis Cytotec bermerk Gastruk.
Selain itu, ia pun memasukkan tiga tablet lainnya ke kemaluannya sendiri.
"Bayi lima bulan itu rencana digugurin si R itu karena mendapatkan dari website," kata Andre, pada Selasa (30/5/2017).
Ia mengetahui jenis obat yang dikonsumsinya berasal dari internet.
Setelah tahu jenis obatnya, R pun menghubungi RN (39) selaku sales obat Gastrul di Pasar Pramuka.
Kemudian setelah mendapatkannya, R pun lekas mengonsumsinya di kostan yang dihuninya.
"Ditenggaknya sebanyak dua tablet dan tiga tablet lain itu, dimasukkan ke dalam kemaluannya sendiri," ucapnya.

R awalnya merasa dua tablet yang dikonsumsinya tidak puas.
Akhirnya, timbul rencana dalam diri R untuk memasukan tiga tablet lainnya dengan cara berhubungan badan.
"R ini alhasil punya teman kencan baru berinisial KS (23). R ini mengenali KS dari media sosial (Medsos) 'Badoo' dan akhirnya berjanjian lalu berkencan di kostan R," ungkapnya.
Andre menerangkan, saat itu KS merasa aneh dengan kondisi perut R.
Tapi, KS sama sekali tidak tahu jika R sedang hamil.
Serta tiga tablet sudah ada di kemaluan R.

Usai berhubungan intim, sekitar pukul 03.00 WIB, Kamis (18/5/2017), R mulai merasakan sakit di perutnya.
Akhirnya janinnya pun keluar dengan sendirinya.
R pun kembali menghubungi KS dan memintanya agar datang ke kost.
Akhirnya, timbul rencana dalam diri R untuk memasukan tiga tablet lainnya dengan cara berhubungan badan.
"R ini alhasil punya teman kencan baru berinisial KS (23). R ini mengenali KS dari media sosial (Medsos) 'Badoo' dan akhirnya berjanjian lalu berkencan di kostan R," ungkapnya.
Andre menerangkan, saat itu KS merasa aneh dengan kondisi perut R.
Tapi, KS sama sekali tidak tahu jika R sedang hamil.
Serta tiga tablet sudah ada di kemaluan R.

R pun menceritakan kejadian yang dialaminya jika sudah mengaborsi sosok bayi berusia lima bulan dari perutnya.
"R ketika itu meminta, agar KS ini menemani mengubur bayi itu bersama-sama," kata Andre.
Awalnya, KS sempat menolak permintaan R.
Namun karena kasihan melihat R lemas, akhirnya KS menemani R mengubur bayinya di Jalan Hybrida Raya Gading Orchard Sukapura.
Aksi menguburkan bayi abrosi tersebut, sudah diketahui MSA (40), sekuriti di komplek itu.
KS ternyata telah memberikan kode kepada MSA, saat menguburkan bayi tersebut.
"MSA ini curiga dan tak sengaja telah melihat KS dan R mengubur sesuatu di Jalan Hybrida," ujarnya.
Usai mengubur bayi, KS sengaja berdiri di pos sekuriti komplek. Karena R saat itu masih lemas.
"Akhirnya, MSA menanyakan terkait benda yang barusan dikubur. Sehingga, R mengakui perbuatannya dan KS dan MSA menemani R untuk laporkan kejadian itu ke kantor polisi," ujar Andre.
Ketika polisi melakukan olah tempat kejadian perkara (TKP) dan membenarkan jika terdapat sebungkus plastik yang didalamnya ada kain membungkus bayi tersebut.
Akhirnya, R ketika itu langsung mengakui perbuatannya dan menyesali perbuatannya tersebut.
R dijerat Pasal 77A ayat (1) UU RI nomor 35 tahun 2014 tentang perubahan atas UU RI nomor 23 tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak.
Atau Pasal 194 UU RI nomor 36 tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan anak.
"R terancam hukuman penjara selama 10 tahun," kata Andre.
R pun menceritakan kejadian yang dialaminya jika sudah mengaborsi sosok bayi berusia lima bulan dari perutnya.
