Ledakan bom yang telah menewaskan dua anggota polisi dan pelaku menggegerkan warga Kampung Melayu, Jakarta Timur dan jagat nasional. Bom yang disebut sebagai bom bunuh diri itu membuat hiruk-pikuk di wilayah Kampung Melayu yang terbilang cukup padat, membuat kepanikan di malam hari. Kepanikan yang tercipta dari bom itu pun membuat wilayah tersebut mencekam.
Apalagi, dalam beberapa terakhir ini wilayah Jakarta menjadi ‘horor’ khsusunya wilayah Jakarta Selatan dan Timur. Telah terjadi penyerangan di wilayah Jaktim dan Jaksel oleh geng motor yang diketahui telah menewaskan warga.
Ketika kita menengok di kasus bom bunuh diri ini, maka yang kita ingat adalah aksi serupa yang terjadi di Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat beberapa waktu lalu.
Ketika itu, Tito Karnavian masih menjabat sebagai Kapolda Metro Jaya. Pasca aksi penyerangan itu, Tito pun langsung dipromosikan sebagai Kapolri menggantikan Badrodin Haiti yang memasuki masa pensiun.

Betapa tidak, ketika bom itu meledak yang hadir ke lokasi kejadian adalah Kapolda Metro Jaya Irjen M Iriawan dan Wakapolri Syafruddin yang dalam waktu singkat sudah berada di lokasi. Seperti halnya yang terjadi ketika bom Thamrin, yang ketika itu sudah hadir yakni Tito Karnavian dan Budi Gunawan.
Terlebih, kabar yang berhembus Tito selaku Kapolri dinilai tidak mampu untuk mensinergikan di tubuh polri, terutama soal aksi yang dilakukan umat Islam, yang menuntut ditegakan keadilan atas Basuki Tjahaja Purnama alias Ahok yang telah menistakan ayat suci Al-Quran.
Sebab, hasil dari pergerakan umat Islam yang menuntut itu menghantarkan Ahok ke meja hijau dan saat ini masuk ke dalam jeruji besi tahanan. Kita hanya bisa menduga apakah aksi ini merupakan sebuah pesan kepada warga DKI Jakarta atau bukan? Yang pasti, basis timur mayoritas dikuasai oleh Anies-Sandi.
Gagal paham ala Kapolri ini harus dibayar mahal, Tito pun menanti dicopot. Padahal masa pensiunnya masih cukup lama. Mungkin, Jokowi tidak menemukan sosok Polri yang diinginkannya pada figur dan kepemimpinan Tito.
Apalagi, dibawah komando Tito, Polri tidak menunjukkan semangat reformasi birokrasi dan revolusi mental ala Jokowi. Polri masih menunjukkan karakter polisi yang selama ini dikeluhkan masyarakat yakni polisi yang bekerja berdasarkan uang dan pesanan.
Kapolri seperti kurang memahami pandangan masyarakat tentang berurusan dengan polisi sama dengan uang keluar. Atau stigma ‘ada uang, urusan lancar’ yang telah melekat di masyarakat.
Yang lebih mengejutkan lagi, Kepala Staf Kepresidenan Teten Masduki pun ikut turun lapangan untuk meninjau korban ledakan bom yang terjadi di Kampung Melayu, Jakarta Timur, Rabu (24/5) malam itu. Alih-alih Jokowi menugasinya.
“Saya diminta menyampaikan bela sungkawa kepada korban dan keluarga. Dan memastikan semua korban mendapatkan perawatan,” kata Teten Masduki ketika meninjau dan menjenguk sejumlah korban ledakan di Kampung Melayu di RS Premier Jatinegara, Kamis (25/5).
Entah tugas khusus dari Jokowi ini memang hanya untuk memastikan bahwa korban ledakan mendapatkan perawatan yang semestinya apakah tidak. Apa justeru ini merupakan pesan tertentu. Terlebih tak biasanya Teten turun gunung dari singgasana istana. [akt]
