Hal tersebut dikatakan Direktur Jenderal Pembiayaan Perumahan Kementerian PUPR, Maurin Sitorus, dalam Rapat Pelaksanaan Bantuan Pembiayaan Perumahan Bagi Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR) Tahun 2017.
“Target Subsidi Bantuan Uang Muka Perumahan sesuai rencana kerja pemerintah adalah sebesar 550.000 unit,” terang Maurin dalam keterangan tertulis yang dilansir Rumah.com.
Maurin juga menjelaskan, bagi perbankan yang ingin menjadi bank pelaksana untuk SBUM harus memenuhi beberapa persyaratan, baik itu bank umum maupun bank umum syariah.
“Persyaratan sebagai bank pelaksana SBUM salah satunya mengajukan surat pernyataan minat menjadi bank pelaksana kepada Direktorat Jenderal Pembiayaan Perumahan Kementerian PUPR dan merupakan bank umum mitra pemerintah dalam pengelolaan rekening pengeluaran, rekening penerimaan dan rekening lainnya milik Kementerian Negara, lembaga atau satuan kerja,” imbuhnya.
Lebih lanjut Maurin mengatakan, program pembiayaan perumahan lainnya, yang sudah dilaksanakan pada tahun 2016 akan tetap terus dilaksanakan di tahun 2017.
“Program Pembiayaan Perumahan di tahun 2017 meliputi Program KPR Sejahtera FLPP (Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan), Subsidi Selisih Bunga, Bantuan Uang Muka dan kami juga akan mencoba program yang baru yaitu Bantuan Pembiayaan Perumahan Berbasis Tabungan,” jelasnya.

Sekilas Tentang BP2BT
Mengenai Bantuan Pembiayaan Perumahan Berbasis Tabungan atau disingkat BP2BT sendiri, program ini merupakan salah satu jenis Skim Pembiayaan Perumahan.
Menurut Maurin Sitorus program BP2BT diselenggarakan dengan tujuan untuk membantu dan memudahkan pekerja informal memiliki rumah.
Pekerja informal terdiri dari penduduk bekerja dengan status berusaha sendiri, berusaha dibantu buruh tidak tetap, pekerja bebas di pertanian, pekerja bebas di nonpertanian dan pekerja keluarga/tidak dibayar.
“Selama ini pekerja informal memiliki keterbatasan akses perbankan. Nah, dengan adanya program BP2BT diharapkan akan memudahkan pekerja informal untuk memiliki rumah. Rencananya program ini akan diluncurkan tahun ini,” urainya.
Menurut data Badan Pusat Statistik dalam kurun waktu Februari 2013 hingga Februari 2014, pekerja informal secara absolut bertambah sebanyak 420 ribu orang.
Kendati demikian, secara persentase pekerja informal berkurang dari 60,34 persen pada Februari 2013 menjadi 59,81 persen pada Februari 2014.
Lebih lanjut Maurin mengatakan, program pembiayaan perumahan lainnya, yang sudah dilaksanakan pada tahun 2016 akan tetap terus dilaksanakan di tahun 2017.
“Program Pembiayaan Perumahan di tahun 2017 meliputi Program KPR Sejahtera FLPP (Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan), Subsidi Selisih Bunga, Bantuan Uang Muka dan kami juga akan mencoba program yang baru yaitu Bantuan Pembiayaan Perumahan Berbasis Tabungan,” jelasnya.

Sekilas Tentang BP2BT
Mengenai Bantuan Pembiayaan Perumahan Berbasis Tabungan atau disingkat BP2BT sendiri, program ini merupakan salah satu jenis Skim Pembiayaan Perumahan.
Menurut Maurin Sitorus program BP2BT diselenggarakan dengan tujuan untuk membantu dan memudahkan pekerja informal memiliki rumah.
Pekerja informal terdiri dari penduduk bekerja dengan status berusaha sendiri, berusaha dibantu buruh tidak tetap, pekerja bebas di pertanian, pekerja bebas di nonpertanian dan pekerja keluarga/tidak dibayar.
“Selama ini pekerja informal memiliki keterbatasan akses perbankan. Nah, dengan adanya program BP2BT diharapkan akan memudahkan pekerja informal untuk memiliki rumah. Rencananya program ini akan diluncurkan tahun ini,” urainya.
Menurut data Badan Pusat Statistik dalam kurun waktu Februari 2013 hingga Februari 2014, pekerja informal secara absolut bertambah sebanyak 420 ribu orang.
Kendati demikian, secara persentase pekerja informal berkurang dari 60,34 persen pada Februari 2013 menjadi 59,81 persen pada Februari 2014.
