KPR Bersubsidi FLPP (Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan) merupakan dukungan pembiayaan perumahan kepada Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR) yang pengelolaannya dilakukan oleh Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat.

- Suku Bunga 5% tetap selama jangka waktu KPR, sudah termasuk premi asuransi jiwa dan asuransi kebakaran

Rumah KPR Bersubsidi FLPP
Rumah subsidi KPR FLPP adalah perumahan umum yang dibangun oleh pengembang sesuai dengan ketentuan pemerintah. Seperti kita ketahui, Indonesia masih kekurangan sekitar 13,5 juta unit rumah.
“Sekitar 60 persen atau sebanyak 603.516 dari program sejuta rumah ini ditujukan untuk masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah,” kata Menteri Sekretaris Negara Pratikno dilansir dari laman Sekretariat Kabinet, Kamis (7/5/2015).
Sisanya, sebanyak 396.484 unit rumah atau 40 persen diperuntukkan bagi kalangan menengah. Pemerintah mengalokasikan dana dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara 2015 senilai Rp 13 triliun. Dan akan di tambahn tiap tahunnya untuk program sejuta rumah ini.
Guna mempercepat terealisasinya program sejuta rumah ini, Pratikno menambahkan, Presiden sudah memerintahkan jajarannya supaya membuat ataupun mengubah kebijakan yang telah ada. Kebijakan tersebut antara lain peningkatan batas atas rumah yang bebas Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) dari maksimal harga Rp 140 juta menjadi Rp 300 juta.
Rumah yang dibangun dengan memakai Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan (FLPP) atau KPR rumah bersubsidi ini, nantinya harus dijual dengan harga relatif murah dan juga bunga cicilan yang rendah.
“Kalau rumah komersial uang muka dipatok 20 persen, rumah bersubsidi ini hanya menetapkan uang muka sebesar 1 persen dari harga jual. Begitu pula bunga kreditnya hanya sekitar 5 persen yang bisa dicicil hingga 20 tahun,” kata Pratikno.

Jangan sampai kita terjebak memilih rumah dengan harga yang lebih tinggi dari batas harga yang ditentukan. Disamping itu, pastikan juga jika kita termasuk didalam masyarakat yang berhak memperoleh subsidi KPR rumah.

Guna mempercepat terealisasinya program sejuta rumah ini, Pratikno menambahkan, Presiden sudah memerintahkan jajarannya supaya membuat ataupun mengubah kebijakan yang telah ada. Kebijakan tersebut antara lain peningkatan batas atas rumah yang bebas Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) dari maksimal harga Rp 140 juta menjadi Rp 300 juta.
Rumah yang dibangun dengan memakai Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan (FLPP) atau KPR rumah bersubsidi ini, nantinya harus dijual dengan harga relatif murah dan juga bunga cicilan yang rendah.
“Kalau rumah komersial uang muka dipatok 20 persen, rumah bersubsidi ini hanya menetapkan uang muka sebesar 1 persen dari harga jual. Begitu pula bunga kreditnya hanya sekitar 5 persen yang bisa dicicil hingga 20 tahun,” kata Pratikno.
