Yang terbaik adalah meruqyah diri sendiri secara mandiri, akan tetapi jika kesulitaan melakukan ruqyah sendirian, maka tak mengapa meminta bantuan orang lain untuk membantu meruqyahkan, seperti yang dikutip dari majalahummi. Yakni dengan menggunakan ayat-ayat quran.


“Dan Kami turunkan dari Al-Quran suatu yang menjadi penawar dan rahmat bagi orang-orang yang beriman dan Al-Quran itu tidaklah menambah kepada orang-orang yang zhalim selain kerugian.” (QS. Al Isra’: 82)

Berikut ini 25 ciri-ciri umum seseorang yang mendapat gangguan non medis, jika ada beberapa yang dirasakan, pertanda perlu melakukan pengobatan ruqyah:

1. Sering merasa pusing-pusing sebagian atau keseluruhan, leher terasa berat atau kaku

2. Dada terasa sesak atau panas

3. Sakit pada perut dan ulu hati

4. Gangguan sekitar rahim, prostat dan ginjal

5. Sakit yang sangat pada jam-jam tertentu

6. Sakit yang tiba-tiba datang dan hilang

7. Mudah marah atau tersinggung

8. Bingung, sulit berkonsentrasi



9. Sering bermimpi yang menakutkan

“Ketika kalian mengalami mimpi buruk, hendaknya meludah ke kiri tiga kali, dan memohon perlindungan kepada Allah dari kejahatan setan dan dari dampak buruk mimpi. Kemudian, jangan ceritakan mimpi itu kepada siapapun, maka mimpi itu tidak akan memberikan dampak buruk kepadanya.” (HR. Muslim)
