Seminggu berlalu,  D tak kembali ke rumahnya di Kota Maumere.

Ditelepon dan dikirimi pesan singkat  (SMS), tak ada jawaban. Hal ini membuat M, sang  istri, curiga.

M menerima  telepon dari seseorang yang mengabarkan keberadaan D  di sebuah kamar kos  di Lorong Angkasa, Kelurahan Wolomarang,  Kecamatan  Alok  Barat.

Selasa (29/8/2017) sekitar pukul  21.00 Wita,  M mengajak sanak familinya menguber sebuah rumah kos  sesuai yang disampaikan penelepon yang  tak memberi tahu identitasnya.

Setibanya di lokasi, M mendapati kamar-kamar kos yang lain terbuka dan penghuninya duduk di luar.

Kecuali, sebuah  kamar di ujung  timur tertutup.

M memberanikan  diri menggedor pintu, menunggu sekitar 2-3 menit pintu dibuka.

M terkejut ternyata  D ada di dalamnya.  Ia menanyakan dengan siapa D ada di kamar  itu,  tak dijawabnya.

“Saya  lari ke kamar belakang ternyata ada perempuan yang saya kenal  namanya N (sapaan RN).   Sepertinya dia mau lari lewat belakang, saya tarik bajunya ke depan dan teriak minta  tolong. Kami bawa mereka ke  Polres  Sikka,” ujar  M,  Selasa malam.

M membuat pengaduan mengenai ulah D dengan  pasangannya  RN sesama  ASN  di Pemkab Sikka kepada Polres  Sikka.

Selasa  malam,  RN dan D menginap di Mapolres Sikka menanti permintaan keterangan pada Rabu pagi di Unit Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak  Polres  Sikka.

Keduanya meninggalkan ruangan pemeriksaan  pukul  12.45 Wita.

Kepala Satuan  Reserse dan  Kriminalitas (Reskrim) Polres Sikka, AKP Andryz Setiawan, S.H,S.IK, membenarkan  penggerebekan pasangan pria dan  wanita,  D dan RN , oknum  PNS  Pemkab  Sikka,  Selasa malam.

Penyidikan terhadap D dan  RN,  kata  Andryz, masih berlangsung dan dikenakan pasal 284 (ayat  1) KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman sembilan bulan kurungan.

“Proses  hukum  kami lanjutkan.  Kami masih kumpulkan saksi dan bukti-bukti lainnya,kasus ini murni pengaduan dari M,” ujar  Andryz.

D mengakui  keberadaanya dengan  RN sesama  ASN  di kamar kos  di Lorong  Angkasa,  Kelurahan  Wolomarang, Kecamatan Alok Barat, Selasa  (29/8/2017).

D mengakui tidak berbuat apa-apa  dengan RN.

Meski  dia  tak menegaskan aktivitas apa yang sedang dilakukan  dengan  RN, sesama ASN di  Sikka.

D mengakui  telah mengenal RN dan  menjadi  sahabatnya sejak  tahun 2016.

Sempat digosipkan menjalani  hubungan istimewa, D tak pedulikan.

Menurutnya, masyarakat Kota Maumere selalu sensitif dan menilai  negatif bila seorang pria  sedang berdekat dengan  perempuan.

Ia mengaku  heran, penggerebekan  dirinya  dengan  RN  dibesar-besarkan.

Padahal, kata D, ada kasus yang  lebih besar melibatkan  pejabat oknum pemerintahan.

“Dia  (RN)  kan staf saya di satu  kantor.  Ya otomatis  kami punya kedekatan karena pekerjaan,” ujar D kepada wartawan  didampingi  penasehat hukum, Victor  Nekur, S.H, dari  Orin Bao Law Office,  Rabu siang  (30/8/2017)  di Maumere.

D menjabat kepala bidang di salah  satu  dinas  otonom di Pemkab  Sikka, mengatakan soal  yang menimpanya bukan musibah, tetapi   cobaan  dari  Tuhan.

“Saya akan tanggungjwab  atas masalah yang saya  hadapi. Tapi saya  tidak  campuri urusan oranganya,” tandas  D.

Victor  Nekur mengharapkan media massa  menulis apa  adanya kasus menimpa klienya. Ia  tidak membenci dan membela siapa pun.

Sebelum D tersangkut kasus pidana ini, kata  Victor, D  telah menunjuknya menjadi penasehat hukum kasus perdata  D  menggugat cerai  M.  

Namun, status D sebagai ASN,  demikian  Victor, perceraian harus disetujui atasan  D  yakni  Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan  Desa (PMD)  dan  Sekretaris  Daerah  Sikka.

Ketika   rencana mediasi direncanakan  hari   Rabu,  hari  Selasa malam  D menelponnya  supaya  datang ke  Polres  Sikka.

“Saya  tanya D kenapa  terjadi  begini (ditangkap).  D mengakui benar dia  (dengan RN) berada di kos, sampai saat ini  tidak  terjadi  apa-apa,” ujar  Victor.

Victor mengatakan, D menghargai proses hukum laporan istrinya ke Polres  Sikka.

Penyelesaiannya tergantung para pihak untuk melanjutkan dan diproses perceraian.

“Kami akan jalani  dan hormati proses hukum di  kepolisian.  Karena  kasus  ini  dalam proses  gugatan cerai,” ujarnya.

D menambahkan, laporan istrinya semakin membulatkan  tekad melakukan perceraian.

D merasakan  tidak  ada kecocokan lagi melanjutkan rumah tangga dengan  M yang memberinya seorang anak  berusia  sembilan  tahun lebih.
