Sedangkan selimut yang dirapikan, lebih berpotensi lembap (apalagi kalau suasana di luar yang sedang hujan atau dingin) dan menjadi "taman Safari" para kutu kasur.

Kedua, mandi di pagi hari pasti biasanya dilakukan sebelum sarapan. Sebelum tubuh kita mendapatkan kalori, jika kita mandi, peredaran darah dalam tubuh kita akan terganggu dan hal ini akan membuat tubuh kita rentan akan penyakit!

3. Makan Banyak Buah
Dengan alasan kesehatan dan anjuran para pelatih kebugaran, banyak orang yang dulunya suka makan daging dan sayur, sekarang beralih menjdi makan banyak buah dan perdikit porsi daging, padahal ini salah BESAR!


Tahukah anda kalau lambung kita sangat sensitif dengan "dingin"? Lambung adalah organ tubuh yang harus dijaga kehangatannya dan buah memiliki sifat dingin bawaan yang mampu mendinginkan lambung kita. Karena itulah, makan banyak buah akan dapat menyerang lambungmu. So, ingat makanlah buah sesuai porsi dan secukupnya saja dan diseimbangkan dengan makan sayur dan daging ya!

4. Olahraga Malam Hari
Karena kesibukan kehidupan perkotaan membuat banyak orang jadi tak memiliki waktu untuk berolahraga di pagi hari, bahkan banyak anjuran oleh para pelatih tubuh, olahraga pada malam hari lebih cepat menghancurkan lemak, padahal itu salah besar!

Ketika pagi hari, tubuh kita sudah diset ulang untuk melakukan banyak aktifitas, karena itulah pagi hari kita harus makan agar tubuh kita dipenuhi oleh kalori. Sampai pada malam, tubuh kita dengan otomatis akan menyetel tubuh kita menjadi mode "butuh istirahat"
Dan ketika mode ini dinyalakan, kalau kita memaksakan tubuh kita untuk berolahraga, tidak jarang tubuh kita akan mengalami cidera dikarenakan refelks yang kurang, otot yang tidak kencang lagi dan kalau salah - salah, akan membahayakan nyawamu.

Jadi teman - teman, dengan uraian ke-4 kebiasaan baik yang sebenarnya menghancurkan kesehatan kita, kiranya kita semua bisa lebih memilah - milah mana yang sehat mana yang tidak. Tidak selamanya yang BAIK itu BENAR, tetapi yang BENAR itu pasti BAIK!
