Rasulullah SAW. sangat memperhatikan kualitas hubungan dengan istri-istrinya. Rasulullah SAW. senantiasa berusaha untuk bersikap mesra terhadap istrinya, diantaranya adalah:1. Mandi Bersama
Mandi bersama akan menghadirkan kemesraan dan kenikmatan yang lebih. Setelah berjima’, ditutup dengan mandi bersama, saling mengusapkan sabun dan menyiramkan air. Sebagaimana yang dicontohkan oleh Baginda Nabi.
Diriwayatkan bahwa Aisyah r.a. berkata, “Pernah aku mandi bersama Rasulullah. Kami menggunakan satu bejana. Bejana ini berada diantara aku dan beliau.
Tangan kami saling berebut masuk ke dalam bejana. Beliau berhasil mendahuluiku, sampai-sampai aku berkata, “Tolong sisakan untukku!Tolong sisakan untukku!” Aisyah mengungkapkan bahwa saat itu mereka berdua sedang junub. (HR. Bukhari, Muslim dan Abu Awanah)
2. Disisir Istri
Dari Aisyah r.a. berkata, “Saya biasa menyisir rambut Rasulullah SAW., saat itu saya sedang haid.” (HR. Ahmad)
Rasulullah SAW. bisa membungkus hal sepele, menjadi sesuatu yang berkesan untuk pasangannya. Menyisir rambut, pekerjaan yang biasa tidak ada keistimewaannya.
Namun ketika dibungkus dengan kemesraan, akan menjadi hal yang sangat istimewa. Rasulullah SAW. bisa menyisir rambutnya sendiri, demi menciptakan kemesraan, maka beliau minta disisirkan oleh istrinya. Kita pun bisa melakukannya, bukan?
3. Meminta Istri Meminyaki Badannya
Rasulullah SAW. sangat piawai menjadikan hal yang sepele menjadi berkesan dan menjadi bumbu penyedap pernikahannya. Interaksi sehari-hari dengan istrinya senantiasa dibuat istimewa, sehingga semua istrinya merasa yang paling istimewa.
Seringkali Rasulullah SAW. meminta istrinya untuk mengoleskan minyak di badannya. Tentunya Rasulullah bisa melakukannya sendiri, sengaja meminta istrinya yang mengolesi, agar tercipta kemesraan dan bertambahnya rasa cinta dan kasih.
Aisyah r.a. berkata,”Saya meminyaki badan Rasulullah SAW. pada hari raya Idul Adha, setelah beliau melakukan jumrah aqabah.” (HR. Ibnu Asakir)
4. Minum Bergantian Pada Tempat yang Sama
Di sebagian daerah, tabu istri minum pada gelas yang sama dengan suaminya. Biasanya ada gelas khusus untuk suami yang tidak boleh dipakai oleh siapa pun. Namun ternyata, Rasulullah SAW. punya sikap yang berbeda, beliau justru minum dari gelas (muk) yang sama.
Aisyah r.a. berkata, “Saya biasa minum dari muk yang sama ketika haidh, lalu Nabi mengambil muk tersebut dan meletakan mulutnya di tempat saya meletakan mulut saya, lalu beliau minum. Kemudian saya mengambil muk, lalu saya menghirup isinya. Kemudian beliau mengambilnya dari saya, lalu beliau meletakan mulutnya pada tempat yang saya meletakan mulut saya, lalu beliau pun menghirupnya.” (HR. Abdurrazaq dan Sa’id Musyar)
Apa yang dilakukan Rasulullah SAW. adalah bentuk romantisme dengan istrinya. Hal kecil, jika dibungkus dengan cinta dan romantisme dapat memelihara cinta agar senantiasa bertabur bunga.
5. Membelai Istri
Kasih sayang terhadap pasangan bisa ditunjukkan dengan belaian dan usapan lembut. Akan terasa ada getaran hebat yang menjalari seluruh tubuh, hati pun terasa nyaman dan damai.
Kontak langsung dengan pasangan mengandung energi positif untuk mengikat dua hati. Rasulullah SAW memberikan keteladanan kepada kita tentang hal ini.
Dari Aisyah r.a. “Adalah Rasulullah SAW. tidaklah setiap hari melainkan beliau mesti mengelilingi kami semua (istrinya) seorang demi seorang. Beliau menghampiri dan membelai kami dengan tidak mencampuri hingga beliau singgah ke tempat istri yang giliri waktunya. Lalu beliau bermalam di tempatnya.” (HR. Ahmad)
6. Mencium Istri
Wujud kasih sayang yang lain adalah ciuman. Jika dilakukan dengan penuh perasaan maka akan menambah rasa cinta yang bersemayam dalam hati. Rasulullah SAW. sangat memperhatikan akan hal ini.
Dari Aisyah r.a. “Bahwa Nabi SAW. biasa mencium istrinya setelah wudhu.” (HR. Abdurrazaq)
Dari Hafshah, putri Umar r.a., “Sesungguhnya Rasulullah biasa mencium istrinya sekalipun sedang puasa.” (HR. Ahmad)
7. Tiduran di Pangkuan Istri
Rasulullah SAW. dengan akhlaknya yang agung, begitu memperhatikan kualitas hubungan dengan istri-istrinya.
Di tengah kesibukannya berdakwah dan menanggung tanggung jawab sebagai Rasul, beliau memanfaatkan waktu bersama dengan istrinya. Sehingga waktu yang terbatas tidak menjadi masalah dalam hubungan mereka.
Aisyah r.a. berkata, ”Nabi SAW. biasa meletakan kepalanya di pangkuanku walaupun aku sedang haidh, kemudian beliau membaca Al Quran.” (HR Abdurrazaq)
8. Memanggil Dengan Kata-kata Mesra
Panggilan mesra terhadap pasangan akan menghadirkan kebahagiaan tersendiri. Rasa cinta dan sayang yang diekspresikan dengan kata-kata akan jauh lebih bermakna dan menghujam dalam dada.
Rasulullah SAW. sangat memahami betul akan hal itu, maka beliau pun memiliki panggilan mesra untuk istrinya. Rasulullah biasa memanggil Aisyah dengan panggilan yang disukainya, seperti Aisy dan humaira (yang kemerah-merahan pipinya)
9. Mendinginkan Kemarahan Istri Dengan Mesra
Setiap orang pasti pernah dihinggapi dengan perasaan marah. Ketika sedang marah maka emosi tidak terkontrol. Rasulullah berlaku bijak ketika istrinya sedang marah, beliau berusaha mendinginkannya dengan cara yang sangat mesra.
Rasulullah SAW. memijit hidung Aisyah jika ia marah sambil berkata,
“Wahai Uwaisy, bacalah doa, wahai Tuhanku, Tuhan Muhammad, ampunilah dosa-dosaku, hilangkan kekerasan hatiku dan lindungilah diriku dari fitnah yang menyesatkan.” (HR. Ibnu Sunni)
