SAMARINDA - Kasus video mesum yang dibuat oleh remaja Samarinda, masih berlanjut. Setelah kepolisian menyelesaikan kasus penyebaranya, dan telah mengamankan tiga pelaku.

Kali ini kepolisian tengah menangani kasus persetubuhan anak di bawah umur.

Setelah kasus ini berjalan cukup lama, akhirnya salah satu pihak buka suara terkait kasus yang menghebohkan warga Samarinda.

Kuasa hukum NA (18), pemeran wanita di video berdurasi 5 menit itu, Agus Amri membeberkan tentang kasus yang dialami oleh klienya.

Agus menjelaskan, pihaknya mengapresiasi langkah kepolisian dalam penanganan kasus tersebut.

"Kita apresiasi kepolisian, setelah menangani kasus penyebaranya, saat ini sedang tangani kasus tentang perlindungan anak," ucapnya, Selasa (28/11/2017).

Kendati demikian, dirinya tidak menyangkal saat itu korbanya telah terbujuk rayu mantan kekasihnya, RA (19) untuk berhubungan badan layaknya pasangan suami istri.

Bahkan, sebelum persetubuhan itu dilakukan, RA kerap mengirim foto foto tidak senonoh kepada NA, dengan maksud agar NA mau berhubungan badan.

Dan, akhirnya aksi persetubuhan itu terjadi disalah satu kamar hotel berbintang di Samarinda, usai RA mengikuti acara perpisahan sekolah, pada 20 Juli tahun lalu.

"Pengakuan klien kami, dia kerap di kirimkan gambar kemaluan, bahkan masturbasi dan dibujuk rayu untuk berhubungan seksual. Dan, adegan itu direkam tanpa sepengetahuan klien kami, walaupun kalau kita perhatikan di video itu, dia (NA) melihat ke ponsel. Dia ini minus 6, dan tidak bisa melihat dengan jelas dari jarak segitu," urainya.

Selesai berhubungan badan, RA mengaku telah merekam adegan yang mereka lakukan.

Saat itu, NA langsung meminta RA untuk menghapus video itu, dan di kamar itu juga RA menghapus video tersebut.

Merasa kecewa dan marah kepada RA, karena aksi merekam video itu, seminggu setelah kejadian itu, NA memutuskan untuk mengakhiri hubungan keduanya.

"Nah, saat itu sudah dihapus, tapi kita ketahui videonya ada lagi, dan tersebar, mungkin ada software yang dapat mengembalikan file yang sudah dihapus, ini biar pakar yang membuktikan," ungkapnya.

Lanjut dia menjelaskan, NA memang adik tingkat RA, dan di sekolah NA cukup populer, karena termasuk siswi berprestasi.

Kendati demikian, NA dikenal di sekolah sebagai sosok yang kurang gaul, bahkan dikenal sebagai kutu buku.

"Memang terkenal di sekolah, tapi termasuk kuper (kurang pergaulan), dan kutu buku, hal inilah yang dimanfaatkan oleh mantan pacarnya untuk membujuk dan merayu korban. Kita bisa lihat sendiri di video itu, tampak dia pasif, dan inisiatif dari adegan itu dari RA," tuturnya.

Masih Agus menjelaskan, kondisi korban dan kelaurganya cukup tertekan dengan kasus ini, terlebih pemberitaan di media, dan tanggapan masyarakat yang dinilai merendahkan, padahal secara hukum, klienya sebagai korban harus dilindungi.

"Kenapa baru kali ini kami mau membeber, mereka tertekan, depresi akibat kasus ini. Dan,  memang kami harus jelaskan semuanya, agar kasus ini terang. Dan, ini sudah seizin pihak keluarga," ucapnya.

"Dengan ini kami harap masyarakat mengerti, dan dapat jadikan pelajaran dari kasus ini. Tidak ada toleransi terhadap kejahatan seksual terhadap anak," tutupnya.
